- You better shower that boy with compliments and praises or else he’ll give you the biggest puppy dog eyes and mope around until you do.

• He’s like Ken — he only has a great day if you have a great day. 😭

• Louis always calls you “my girl.”

- “Sorry, guys. Can’t hang today. My girl wanted me to show her the ropes on the whole ‘learning piano thing’.”

- “How’s my favorite girl doing?”

• Speaking of this talent of his, since Louis only knows how to play two songs on the piano, you have this secret mission whenever you and a few other members of the group go out scavenging and that’s if you ever find a sheet of music, you’ll gift it to Louis to learn.

- The chances of this happening are low, but it’s the thought that counts, right?

- If you ever achieve this, Louis will make sure you never forget it (it’s not like you could even if you tried). If he could, he definitely would get the gift framed.

• The boy likes flowers. I’m calling it.

• HOWEVER, if you ever do give Louis flowers, he’ll be a bit confused at first, asking you why you’re holding out flowers to him even though it should be the other way around to which you’ll reply, “Most men only receive flowers during their funeral. Plus, can’t I give my boyfriend some flowers anyway? Come on… just take them before I change my mind.”

#twdg #twdg clouis #clouis #twdg clementine #twdg louis #sometimes they creep back into my mind and i'm like 'ah yes' like a crow admiring a pretty stone they found years ago and kept #also thank you pi for the screenshots. i used to have a whole folder full of them but that was when i was doing themed nights #the source for these is me i just have a random document full of dynamics and ship things i enjoy because.....i dunno i like keeping track #and so many of them apply to clouis but there's also an overlap of with clouis and rose/alistair [my warden from origins and alistair] like #alistair's romance route is like an evolved matured and extended version of clouis sksksks gee i wonder if i have a type #look you present me with a character who deflects with humor and isn't taken seriously by the rest of the group and the longer you know the #the more you realize how high they've built a wall around themselves and how *unwell* they really are and how they're not as sunshine #as they present themselves and also they avoid leadership and responsibility until they grow closer with someone who pushes them #and they end stronger and more balanced as a person while finding the affection they've craved #and also there's the daddy issues #present me with that character as a romantic option and i'm in no questions asked okay i don't want the mean broody one that's meh to me #i want the one that has every reason to be broody but chooses not to be because they have a completely different defense mechanism #and a warped sense of themselves and self-esteem issues they leave unaddressed until forced to face them #i'm just saying i'm aware that i have a type i'm always going to gravitate toward clouis nearly checks all the boxes #also the lack of clouis these days? my crops are thirsty and i have too many ongoing projects to do anything about it other than this sksks #so until i make time to finish my long ass louis/clouis analysis this is the best i can provide for now

I love the idea of an au where both Nick and Luke survived because I like that they’re like big brothers to Clem but in different ways. This is how I’d see them being if they’d stayed alive.

Luke in the game is definitely the softer of the two but is still very protective. He’d be the one that gently teases her and acts a little immature when bickering with her while the rest of the group are like “bro she’s 12 and you’re 26 act your age” lmao. He’d also be protective in regards to her falling for Louis but would eventually see that Louis is a good kid.

Nick on the other hand is very much a grumpy older brother who doesn’t like to admit that he cares. He feels bad about how he initially treated Clem so will be a little more kinder to her than the others. He’s very protective and while Luke was protective but fair in regards to Clem and Louis relationship, Nick would just stare them down and be much more protective. Clem is mortified and Louis is a little terrified but Nick probably would eventually like him.
