2. Favorite canon thing about this character?

I kinda love everything about Kaidan. I will highlight the fact that he cooks a steak dinner for you in the same DLC where you find out he canonically had a solo showdown with the vorcha mafia?? The man can truly do it all. <33

For Miranda, I love how immediate and transformative her connection with Oriana is (if the playthrough choice is to bring them together). And I love that initial scene where she shoots Wilson and Jacob asks if she really thinks Wilson could betray them and she’s like “Not anymore :)”

4. If you could put this character in any other media, be it a book, a movie, anything, what would you put them in?

Ever since I saw that one fan-made trailer for a post-ME3 game where Kaidan has to go looking for Shepard, I can’t get it out of my mind. I’d play that in a heartbeat.

For Miranda, I would love to read a spin-off novel about what she went through evading Cerberus post-ME2 and looking for Oriana during ME3. Getting a glimpse into her intellect AND her character development in that time period would be *chef’s kiss*

15. What's your favorite ship for this character? (Doesn't matter if it's canon or not.)

I really like Shenko pairings where Shepard leans renegade! The contrast is fun and I think Kaidan is great narrative company to coax the gentleness out of rougher-around-the-edges characters.

For similar reasons, I was intrigued by Miranda and Kaidan as a pairing too, the first time I saw a fic featuring them together. The writing was lovely and sold me on it :)

🤔What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet? my mer andreil au that i dreamt of over a year ago! it's painful and also funny and involves andreil meeting for the first time and going on a roadtrip. i also have a couple other stories where neil is a Creachure (a demon in one and a werewolf in another) that i'd love to write one day. but my brain doesn't work. also i've been thinking of adding the mer au to wipw but goddamn my brain Does Not Work! lol :'(

5. does your self insert have any special powers or abilities?

they’ve gotten REALLY good at dodging attacks, they’re actually a bit of an acrobat!! On the flipside they’ve got quite terrible aim, can’t throw a thing on target

10. how do the other characters feel about your self insert and f/o’s relationship?

generally very supportive!! Volo does a good job of hiding. all that *points to post game* and so Adaman, Irida, and the others don’t see anything wrong with their relationship and think it’s actually quite sweet!

15. how does your self insert play a role in the plot of the story? do they help directly defeat the villain, support the heroes, etc.?

I think they’re sort of a deuteragonist!! They help quell the frenzied nobles and support the protag kind of like Adaman and Irida do. Post game though, they kind of suspect something is up with Volo, but still help him research and gather all the plates. After the reveal they feel betrayed, but somehow don’t hesitate to open their heart and reach out to him, after they’re forced to kick his ass in a pokemon battle >:) (just kidding they’re actually pretty evenly matched, Ris just barely wins)

🐪 Who confessed first? How did it go?

ace confessed to robin just two months after meeting him. robin turned him down then, though, as he was still adjusting to life in twisted wonderland and didn't think he was ready for a relationship or anything yet. eventually, they sat down and talked about it, and began dating in secret to test the waters. deuce was the first person they told, and it was robin who approached ace to ask how he'd feel about bringing deuce into their relationship. it was a little rocky at first with the adjustment period, but they're all really good at talking to each other, so it worked out!

🐒 Who is the big spoon, middle spoon and little spoon?

ace and deuce are both big spoons! usually if they're cuddling robin together it'll be the two of them on either side of him, but otherwise robin'll pretty much always be the little spoon with those guys. if ace and deuce are cuddling each other, i think deuce is more naturally the bigger spoon. ace likes being cuddled a lot more than he admits~

What's your current favourite movie?

hard question. the two that jump to mind immediately are 1. everything everywhere all at once, which i blame for fundamentally rewiring my brain and the way it thinks about death and life and choices and putting me into the mindset of "nothing matters fuck it we ball" but positive and 2. evangelion 3.0+1.01 (the fourth eva rebuild movie) for making me cry for a full 2 hours of its 2 and a half (ish) hour run time, that movie is about a million different things and they all feel designed to make me feel so much i cant do anything but sob into a pillow. i will stop myself from rambling about either of them for spoiler reasons but if u wanna know more send me another ask and ill tag them

8. What project(s) are you currently working on?

specifically, i'm still working on my second tinimmy week prompt (first). i've been working on this one for over two months now, i think? i started writing it before we even announced the prompts….it just keeps getting longer and longer without anything actually happening....but that's on me and my fear of writing smut lol. i’ll get there eventually 🫡

10. Is there a fic that got a different response than you were expecting?

fake dating tinimmy au - i posted that first chapter fully expecting a few people to read it but perhaps not become invested / be into the idea and i was okay with that! but everyone who read it seemed to like the idea / want to read more of it which was incredible and made me so excited to keep writing it (which i would have done anyway, because i can't stop thinking about it lollll) 😭

14. If you could see one of your fics adapted into a visual medium, such as comic or film, which fan fic would you pick?
