A little late to the party on the ultrakill revamp but OH MY GOOOOODDDDDDDDD

The new clair de lune almost made me cry. Limbo was so much creepier, Lust was breathtaking, gluttony was fucking disgusting like it actually was nauseating (positive). I've only made it through wrath so far but I'm sooo excited to see the rest

I don't know who wanted to hear this but I'm going off anyway. What if V1 didn't JUST decide Hell is the most logical answer as a fuel resource. What if Hell is calling out to him. And even worse, Lucifer is straight up beckoning him to head to the lowest layer to either free him or kill him. And Gabriel is going to be too late to stop him.

i'm so scared for treachery now. Gabriel fully accepting and embracing his own end, even bringing it upon himself by his own hand in murdering the council, excited to fight V1 one last time in contrast to V1, the war machine with a panicked fear of death, facing who is possibly one of the last sources of fuel left for it. i'm gonna be so ill. petition to end ultrakill with Gabriel and V1 agreeing to give each other a swift end instead of letting V1 wander and ultimately starve, and the death screen code to change from "i don't want to die" to a message of bittersweet acceptance PLEASE

Do you think, given the new death screen, with “no vocal interface detected, unable to complete task”, with the split second of the eye implying perhaps a reviving by hell after each death… do you think that when V1 sent V2 falling off that pyramid, and V2 screamed as they fell… do you think V1 felt envy?
