Since New moon is the parallel of Princess Luna, I introduce to you, Blood Moon. New Moon is a magically made umbracorn, and lives simultaneously with the umbrum inside of him. However, after learning of his sister’s lies and betrayal, the umbrum (that had been dormant at the time) took over and transformed him into Blood moon. After nearly defeating Rising Dawn, Blood Moon had taken control of Equestria for three whole days. In that time, the sun had not risen and fear plagued the land. However, on the dawn of what would be the fourth day, Rising Dawn defeated her brother by the only way she could think of: sealing him in the moon.

I made Radiant Hope for my version of the mirror verse where she takes Sombras place as the champion of the Umbrum after being bullied all her life and then being accepted by them. In this universe Sombra had to banish her being the closest one to her and that’s how he became king of Equestria.
