hi! FYI your post about "the noticer" going around made me nervous it might be about Jewish people. a lot of alt right people talk about "noticing the pattern" regarding conspiracy theories about Jewish people and call themselves noticers. normally I'd block and move on for something that read as so on the nose, but looking at your blog i guessed that wasn't your intention with the post. This is currently a hugely growing trend, using language like noticer, so I'd recommend being careful going forward, to ensure people do not think youre a weirdo antisemite. and if it WAS your intention to use that dogwhistle, fuck you

I’ve gotten 10 asks since you sent your last message, and the ones that I have answered are ones that I happened to see when I checked my phone within a couple minutes of them being sent and could answer in one sentence flat. There wasn’t anything in your message that I felt warranted a response - no future course of action, no request for me to clarify, etc. but if you would like clarification, I was not aware that noticer/pattern were dog whistles, it was not my intention to use them as such, and I’m not an antisemite. If you’re able to skim my blog and tell that an antisemitic dog whistle isn’t in line with my beliefs, then I think it’s fairly obvious that a dog whistle is functioning as a dog whistle, which is to say if you’re attuned to it, you’ll hear it, and if you’re not, then it’s a post you make while looking at ceiling tiles and don’t think about again.
