I've been telling myself I'll try to main another weapon since MH3U, but then I see the Sword and Shield icon in the menu and 'Can't take my eyes off of you' starts playing in my head.

Truly the swiss army knife of Monster Hunter: She can use items without sheathing, she can pair this with Wide Range to buff and heal others, she can create openings for days without dropping DPS by alternating abnormal status and sheild bash stuns, and she can get unreal air for mounting attacks. The only thing she couldn't do was easily reach the tails of large monsters without positioning ahead, but now she can just stab em with focus strike whenever in Wilds.
