Uzomi pushing her feelings aside because last time she got crushes they weren’t into girls and it just hurt. so now whenever she likes someone. ESPECIALLY if they’re already friends. she pushes the feelings deep down bc she values a friendship more than the chance of turning it into a relationship if she ever confesses with the risk of being turned down and losing that person. Lare is head over heels but she doesn’t know this and she worries it might ruin their friendship too but at least she’s trying to do kinda things about it??

Lare, in the whole killing game thing, being forced into the position of a leader by a series of choices and even though she is objectively good at leading the group she cannot take it. drowning herself in other people’s problems so she won’t think about her own, kissing denial passionately on the lips. not remembering things about herself because she doesnt WANT to. prioritising others and feeling terrible whenever they try to help back because she’s such a burden she should be better at dealing with her own emotions now look what you did you’re making them have an even worse time by being so pathetic they have to take care of you now. grow up. Uzomi watching this from the sidelines TRYING to help but Lare won’t let her and instead tries to comfort Uzomi. Uzomi being tired of this because she wants to hel she wants to help so so much but its almost like Lare doesnt care about her because if she did she wouldn’t try to push her away
