French history is hilarious to me for the simple fact that once you get to a certain point it's just the incarnation of: "Wow! That was viscerally awful, let's do it again!"

man i will NEVER understand ppl who say nick jonas isn't all that bad in the 25th anniversary concert. he's so bad at projecting that he's literally LOST in all the strong voices onstage. like when he's harmonizing with barks and hall? they literally drown him out. or in red and black when he's singing back to back with karimloo the other man just blows him away without even breaking a sweat. it's the same when he's singing with boe. i get that nick jonas was 18, but i mean robert madge was 14 at the time and they could easily hold their own with the rest of the cast!!

dgmw, nick has a nice voice, looked the part, had starpower, and could hit the right notes, but he wasn't breathing from his diaphragm and so his breath control and projection aren't good! i can't believe no one had ever taught him to breathe with his diaphragm before!! i learned that in second grade public school music class 😭😭 casting him in that role without giving him a few lessons on diaphragm breathing was sinful!!!
