Rising up from Vietnam, Hellspawn packs a devilish punch with powers straight from the underworld. Able to rend her enemies into pieces using destructive hellfire, she’s a dangerous ally, and an even more dangerous foe.

Another one! This one I literally made just because I thought "hey, Damnation sounds like a cool Ultimate name" and so I concepted the ult and then. Uh. things got out of hand.

Real Name: Ân Thu Huệ

Role: Duelist

The 28 year old Viet has had an interesting life. Despite being born to the head doctor of a hospital, and awakening hellish powers, she lived a fine early life. However, as a young adult, when Kingdom businessmen threatened her mother’s workplace, she used her radiant powers in self-defense. While she succeeded in driving KNG away from the hospital, they then threatened her whole community, driving up prices and buying land to the point it was difficult to live in. She eventually had enough, beginning a long campaign of attacking Kingdom buildings, destroying everything inside. Successful for a few years, the resulting notoriety drew the attention of the Scions of Hourglass, who tried to kill her. She survived, protected her family, and then researched into the Scions, attracting the attention of a new group: the Valorant Protocol. They set off to question her, but she mistook them for assailants, attacking them. Once that was cleared, she agreed with their mission and joined them as the agent Hellspawn.

Timeline

2022: Huệ is born in Ðà Nẵng. Her mom is the head doctor of a hospital.

2039: First Light, Huệ is 17. She awakens Radiance, gaining the powers of the fiery underworld. Despite her demonic abilities, her close ones do not shun her.

2043: Kingdom begins attempting to purchase the hospital Huệ’s mom works at. During one of Huệ’s visits, a Kingdom businessman becomes aggressive towards the staff, including Huệ’s mom. He threatens them, resulting in Huệ using her powers in self-defense. Kingdom backs down, but villainizes her and her community, buying nearby land and property and aggressively raising prices, generally making the area more difficult to live in. Huệ is forced to accept this, but gains a vendetta against Kingdom which only increases with time.

2047: Eventually, Huệ decides enough is enough. She breaks into the largest nearby Kingdom office, destroys everything she can using her powers, and makes a break for it. Fortunately, despite the uniqueness of her power, Kingdom is unable to pin it on her. She continues this streak of Kingdom break-ins and sabotages for a few years, gaining notoriety as “Kingdom’s Devil”.

2050: By this point, Kingdom’s presence in Huệ’s community has drastically reduced. She prides herself on a job well done for a few months. Unbeknownst to her, however, the obvious radiant nature of her attacks, and her notoriety, resulted in the Scions of Hourglass tracking her down and making an attempt on her life. She fends the first attack off, before ensuring her family is safe and then researching as much as she can into the Scions. This gets picked up by Cypher, who tracks her down and realizes she’s Kingdom’s Devil. The Valorant Protocol move to question her, but she attacks them, believing them to be either Kingdom agents or Scions. After that issue is cleared, she happily joins them once she learns their goals and current missions, becoming the agent Hellspawn.

Abilities

C - Portent of Doom (2 charges)

EQUIP an ominous pulse. FIRE to send it out, Dooming the first enemy it hits. Doomed enemies take increased damage (1.5x) and are slowed. The pulse can pass through solid objects. (works like Iso bolt)

Q - Fatal Call (1 charge)

EQUIP a sphere of wrath. FIRE to throw it out. ALT-FIRE to lob. The sphere sticks to the floor and explodes. Non-Doomed players are damaged and Doomed. Doomed players are heavily damaged, concussed, and cleansed of Doom.

E (Signature) - Hellish Charge (1 charge)

INSTANTLY charge forward a set distance. FIRE during the charge to end it early. Once the charge ends, Hellspawn unleashes a burst of hellfire. During the charge, you take decreased damage. 

X (Ultimate) - Damnation (7 points)

EQUIP the power of the underworld. FIRE to unleash a column of power through the battlefield. The first enemy it hits bursts into Hellfire, becoming Doomed, receiving halved healing, and taking constant damage until they die or get a kill.

(The "column" is like Iso's ult, going through walls and hitting the enemy that was closest to you when you activated the ult. AOE-wise, it's like a longer, wider Breach stun)

Extras 

She's super sweet and cheery, despite… hell powers.

She's also quite violent, enjoying it quite thoroughly. Hell powers.

Funnily enough, she’s an atheist.

She's the best cook out of all my OCs. Actually wanted to be a chef before the whole Kingdom's Devil thing. Once Valorant is "over", she'll probably go for a job at a restaurant.

TM here, intercepting this letter before it can actually send properly. Venn might control Yu, but the motherfucker doesn't have jack shit on me anymore, and I still have way more authority over the letters than the asshole.

I know you haven't "abandoned" Yu, or me either for that matter. You can't convince Yu, because she's not Yu right now. I tried to talk to her, and get her away from Venn, and if she hadn't still been holding onto her self control by a shred she would have quite literally tried to kill me. Maybe even succeeded, in that state.
