Choosing the Right Car Window Tint: Factors to Consider Before You Tint Your Windows
Tumblr media
Car window tinting has become increasingly popular over the years for several reasons, including improved privacy, reducing glare, and protecting the car's interior from harmful UV rays. However, selecting the right car window tint can be challenging, especially for first-timers. In this article, we'll discuss the essential factors you need to consider when choosing the right car window tint.
The Tinting Laws in Your State
Before you consider window tinting, you need to be aware of the laws in your state regarding the maximum allowed tint percentage. Different states have different laws regarding the darkness of window tinting. Therefore, it's vital to ensure you comply with these laws to avoid getting into trouble with the authorities.
The Type of Tint
There are different types of car window tints available in the market, including dyed, metalized, hybrid, and ceramic tints. Each type of tint has its benefits and disadvantages. For instance, dyed tints are affordable and can block up to 50% of the sun's heat, but they tend to fade and turn purple over time. On the other hand, ceramic tints are more expensive but provide excellent heat rejection and clarity while blocking harmful UV rays. It's essential to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each type of tint before choosing the one that suits your needs.
The Quality of the Tint
The quality of the tint film you choose is crucial in determining the durability and effectiveness of the tint. Cheap tints may peel or bubble over time, leading to the need for frequent replacements. High-quality tints, on the other hand, may be expensive, but they provide better heat rejection, UV protection, and durability.
The Tint Percentage
The tint percentage refers to the amount of light that can pass through the tinted windows. The higher the percentage, the lighter the tint. Most states have specific laws regarding the maximum allowed tint percentage, so it's essential to ensure you comply with these laws. The tint percentage also affects the amount of heat that can pass through the windows, with darker tints blocking more heat than lighter tints.
The Purpose of the Tint
Your reason for installing window tint Grand Prairie will determine the type of tint you need. If you're looking for privacy, you may opt for darker tints that can obscure the view from outside. If you're installing window tinting to protect your car's interior from UV rays, you may opt for ceramic tints that provide excellent UV protection.
Conclusion
Choosing the right car window tint Grand Prairie TX can be a daunting task, but with the right information, you can make an informed decision. Before you consider window tinting, ensure you're aware of the tinting laws in your state, the different types of tint available, the quality of the tint, the tint percentage, and your reason for tinting. By considering these factors, you can select the right car window tint that meets your needs and preferences.

Purpose of Truck Wraps in DFW and Dallas, TX
It is customary for many small business owners to use their automobiles for business. Sure, this saves the operational costs substantially and enjoys protection from financial risks via superior insurance coverage. The car may be used for another purpose as well. The body of the auto may be transformed into a promotional sign thus spreading brand awareness on the way. This is a unique concept that has grabbed the attention of many commercial entities today. Finding the best professional to ensure the display of the right vehicle graphics in Lewisville and Carrollton, TX is most important, therefore. Alternatively known as vehicle or car wraps, such a move may give rise to many questions as well. First, the purpose is going to be lost on the public who have no idea about this wonderful way of advertising a brand/product. It helps to know that the auto wrap will act as a mobile advertisement, capturing attention as it passes through rural areas or smaller towns. One can thus introduce a brand, spread awareness, and provide information about an upcoming event and/or discounts plus other offers.
There are advantages galore! Some of the most obvious benefits of driving a vehicle made attractive with beautiful graphics include the following:-
· Paint Protection- Overlaying the body of the car with vinyl graphics can help one to protect the new paint on the body. The contaminants are found on the wrap and will not touch the car body at all. The pricey automobile or any other vehicle is thus spared from being ruined by bird droppings, harsh chemicals used at car washes as well as scratches and dings. However, one must remember that a car wrap is not the same as paint protection film and has a few limitations when protecting the surface.
· Rust Prevention- An old vehicle may develop rust spots over time. The rust will spread when not addressed immediately. Thankfully, a car wrap will prevent such an occurrence. The metallic surface of the car will not come in touch with oxygen or water, helping it to avoid rusting altogether
· Easy Washing- One does not have to scrub the dirt vigorously when cleaning the vehicle. Most users are surprised to find that the vinyl wrap will repel water, causing the dust and dirt to be brushed away easily. The wrap also performs like ceramic coating, thus ensuring perfect cleaning of the vehicle with little effort
· Simple Replacement- Continuing with the same graphics for months is not feasible. Since vinyl wraps are usually used for advertising it is essential to get or replace as necessary. No worries! The strips may be removed completely and replaced with new graphics as required. One may opt for a different color as well. The entire process of replacement will take an hour or two, depending on the type of coverage and material used
It is common enough to see truck wraps in DFW and Dallas, TX, with heavy vehicles informing pedestrians and onlookers on the streets about their services. Such wraps often include the company's contact information for ease of communication and placement of orders.

You said you had a whole backstory for phillip graves? Please spill!
Phillip Graves's Backstory
Notes: i kinda hate it and idk why. also if you have any questions, my asks are open
DISCLAIMER: None of this is canon as we know very little about Phillip's backstory, and this is just my headcanon
Tumblr media
WARNINGS: domestic violence, alcoholism, child abuse, racism
Phillip Graves was born in Texas, just west of San Antonio, close by the Mexican border. His ancestors have lived here for centuries, they've always owned a big chunk of land that has been passed down by generations. If you dig deep enough, you will find a poorly concealed history of slavery and cheap work force exploitation, but you could say the same for most local farms.
For as long as Phillip can remember, his father had his whole life planned out for him. He will graduate and take over the farm as soon as he can, just like his father and his father before him. He will get married, have a son, pass the land down to him. Keep the cycle going. Phillip never had strong feelings about the idea, mostly because he couldn't picture himself being good for anything else.
His sister once told him that he can be anything he wants, that he doesn't have to follow in his father's footsteps, because he is the master of his own destiny. And Phillip believed her, he really did. That was before she betrayed him. She just left one night, never to be seen again. When Phillip asked her where she was going that night, in the dark, empty hallway, she promised to come back for him. She never did.
His father's drinking problems got worse after she left. Before, even in his drunken stupors, he would never dare touch Phillip. That changed. Every night, Father would come home late at night, reeking of alcohol, and every night, after dealing with Phillip's mother, he would make his way to Phillip's room to give him the same treatment. "It's your fault she left," he would grit out as he struck Phillip with the heavy letter belt, again, and again, and again.
After he calmed down, fast asleep on the bed in his office where he would sleep most nights, Phillip would make his way downstairs, treating his mother's wounds before retreating to the bathroom to take care of his own. "Don't touch me! It's all your fault!" she shouted at him. But he could never just leave her there.
Phillip was homeschooled - his mentors never mentioned the bruises littering his face, his split lip, the bandages wrapped around his arms with blood seeping through them. Phillip guessed his father paid them handsomely to keep their lips sealed.
At fifteen, Phillip reached his limit. He would run away from home, never making it far before Father found him again. He would be back at the house before noon, with countless new wounds to add to his collection of scars.
At sixteen, Phillip gave up on the idea of running away from home. He had nowhere to go. He knew he would escape eventually, he just needed a better plan. He started obeying his father's every word, gaining his trust. Father would even take him to patrol around their property near the Mexican border with him, making sure no one running from Mexico even as much as touches the land.
The night Phillip turned seventeen, he managed to run away. He took the truck keys when no one was looking, clothes and some other necessities already packed in the back of the vehicle, covered with a tarp.
He waited an hour after the lights in Father's office went dark, until his snores could be heard through the door. He snuck out the front door, swiftly making his way to the truck. He started the engine, wincing at the loud noise. The porch lights didn't suddenly turn on, nor did the lights in his father's office, or his parents' bedroom. He drove all the way to Dallas - a nearly seven-hour drive.
Phillip knew Father would track him and hunt him down. He had to go somewhere his father couldn't follow him. On the morning of his seventeenth birthday, Phillip enlisted.

In the Safehouse, it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
As a compromise, Dallas had ruled that no Christmas decorations were to be installed before December 1st - “Not everyone likes the holidays, y’know,” he explained to the crestfallen and disbelieving Hoxton.
Once the first day of Advent rolled around, it seemed that every day there was something new to be seen in the Safehouse.
Things usually began small, as they typically do, with advent calendars being put out and the odd bit of tinsel appearing here and there; the bright wrapping decorating everything from the barbells in Dragan’s gym to door frames. Even the getaway vans got their own little makeovers, with Christmas-themed air fresheners hung in place, filling the vehicle with fragrances like pine and cinnamon.
Aldstone gets into the spirit of things midway through the month, trading his typical work-wear accessories for more festive ones - a reindeer tie here, a bauble tie there.
Being artistic, the likes of Sydney and Duke would produce artwork to commemorate the season. Sydney made Christmas-themed masks and offered them to any heister that wanted them (the white snowflakes on a blue-background proved rather popular, with the flaming Christmas pudding design being a close second favourite). Duke opted for a more subdued look, painting gorgeous wintry scenes depicting families launching snowballs at one another, or city streets decorated with festive lights and trees and tired shoppers.

Tumblr media
Name: Natalia Maria Cruz Age: 18/19 D.O.B: August 3rd, 2014 Residence: Mikaelson College, Mystic Falls Hometown: Dallas, TX Gender: Cisfemale Pronouns: She/Her Sexuality: Bisexual Species: Hybrid- Werewolf/Vampire Parents: Maria Sosa-Cruz & Jorge Cruz Siblings: N/A
About: (TW: car accident, death, blood mention)
• The only child of two seemingly human parents, Maria Cruz, a local high school teacher, and Jorge Cruz, a mechanic, Natalia had a normal upbringing for most of her life, her parents making the best out of what they had to make sure she lived a happy childhood.
• Ten months ago, Natalia and her best friend were coming home from a party where her best friend was the designated driver. As she drove her home something appeared out of the woods, causing her to lose control of the vehicle.
• Natalia woke in a mangled car to her best friend in serious condition. Whilst her friend was alive, she very clearly would not be for long, and her best friend begged her in her final moments to end the pain for her. Natalia refused adamantly, but seeing her best friend in agony was too horrific and Natalia had no choice but to end her suffering. This heavily impacted Natalia in more ways than one, but the most pressing at the time was that she had unknowingly triggered the dormant wolf curse in her blood.
• One of her parents unknowingly carried the wolf gene, passing it onto their only daughter without a clue, and despite one of them having carried the same gene as she did, the horror of seeing their daughter turn into a wolf for the first time drove them to defend themselves against what had just been their daughter, using their gun to protect themselves from the wolf that has emerged from their daughter.
• When Natalia had awoken from her first night as a wolf, the pain was unbearable. Having taken multiple hits, Natalia was losing blood fast. Greeted by a stranger who introduced himself as Alaric Saltzman. Bringing her back to the Salvatore School, Natalia was losing the battle for her life. It was then that Hope Mikaelson saved her with her blood, turning her into one of Hope’s hybrids. • After all that had happened, Natalia needed time to process her newfound existence, and has been in New Orleans working with Freya and Keelin on how to wrap her head around what has happened. Now, she finally feels like she can take the next step in her life and attend the college in Mystic Falls. Hope being there has also caused her to desire to be close to her, with her loyalties rooted in her sire.  • The death of her best friend and the loss of her family is continuing to haunt her, and whilst she tries to remain strong whilst she works out who exactly she is now, Nat is struggling to comprehend how quickly her life has changed. With her world upside down, she’s taking things slow as she rebuilds herself.  Wanted Connections: • New friends! Especially wolves who can help her feel a bit more comfortable. • Ride or Die: Someone maybe Natalia grows to defend with everything she has, and will take care of with her newfound powers- can be platonic or romantic, female or male.

Top Perks of Investing in Trailer Wraps in Carrollton and Frisco, Texas
Creating a solid foundation early on is essential to the success of any marketing effort. Trailer wraps are a proven method for getting people to recall one's company's name and slogan. Wrapping a trailer with a company's advertising or brand's logo efficiently reaches customers and builds recognition.
 Attention Grabbing:
Wrapping trailers with bright, eye-catching designs helps them stand out. On the other hand, a well-designed vehicle wrap will catch the eye of passing motorists more than a plain white van. People's gazes are naturally drawn to brightly colored car wraps since they are so eye-catching.
 Reach a Wider Audience:
Depending on the frequency and distance of trailer trips, one might potentially reach tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of individuals per month. The vast number of individuals who might see a trailer wrap makes it a more efficient form of advertising than other methods. Many businesses have found that trailer wraps bring in more customers than their websites do.
 Non-Aggressive Advertising:
Trailer wraps in Carrollton and Frisco, Texas, catch people's eyes without getting in the way, unlike radio or newspaper adverts. People who may become clients can see the message without having to stop what they're doing. Slightly provocative advertisements tend to get a higher response from consumers. Eye-catching car wraps are popular, and many people don't mind what they advertise.
 Get Mobile:
Wrapping a trailer exposes one's advertisement directly to potential customers, as opposed to the expectation that they would see it in a magazine or newspaper. With trailer wraps, the business may reach out to prospective customers without being intrusive wherever they go. The potential for mobile advertising to generate inbound leads is almost endless.
 Cost Effective:
In contrast to billboards and advertisements, which incur recurrent costs throughout the promotion, a trailer wrap may be replaced as often or seldom as desired at a cheaper price. One may get long-term outcomes at a fraction of the cost of other long-term advertising campaigns.
 Local Advertising:
As those near the vicinity only view trailer wraps, the advertising they display is very targeted. Most individuals who see one's trailer cover will probably be locals. Customers like to do business with nearby establishments; therefore, localized advertising initiatives often achieve good results.
 Protection:
Applying vinyl to a trailer might protect it from minor damage caused by pebbles and other road debris. The wraps might be quickly and easily removed vinyl wraps without damaging the vehicle's finish. Vinyl covers help keep cars in better condition for resale or trade.
Using a trailer wrap for advertising has almost no downsides, saving higher advertising costs. Most company owners believe the additional visibility gained from trailer wraps is worth the initial investment. A trailer wrap is a worthwhile investment as long as it helps businesses to stand out from the crowd.
Find a company specializing in vehicle wraps in Dallas, Texas, and DFW. Discuss the requirements with the professional and get an idea of what would work best for the business.

Common Mistakes To Avoid With Fleet Branding
Tumblr media
One of the best business moves you can make is to buy a fleet of vehicles for your company. Your staff will find it convenient to go from one location to another and to perform their duties, such as selling or delivering goods or offering services to your consumers,   Additionally, you may use your fleet of vehicles as additional marketing platforms, which is more significant. When fleet branding in Dallas, you must, nevertheless, avoid these blunders if you want to efficiently and effortlessly advertise your brand.   1 – Not designed to reflect your brand identity
It's simple yet expensive for business owners to make the error of picking fonts and colors at random to make their vehicle wrap design stand out. Your designs used for fleet branding in Dallas should reflect and be consistent with your brand's identity.   Customers and clients will become confused if you choose fonts and colors that differ from those you already use on your printed and digital marketing products.   2 – Squeezing in too much information
Here, it's important to remember that you're creating a moving object rather than a stationary one. Your potential customers only have 5–10 seconds to process your message unless you're in the worst traffic congestion.   Save your time by not adding pointless details and information to the design. Try to make your design as straightforward and as distinctive as you can.   3 – Using bad-quality photos and graphics
On your two-inch screen, that blurry cellphone photo could seem fine, but on your enormous trailer cover, that would probably not be the case. The visuals need to be magnified even on the smallest smart car to be seen. Your design and car as a whole will appear unprofessional if they come out hazy or grainy.   Use only photos with the highest resolution possible, or pay a skilled photographer to get the images you want.   Signing off
Avoid the mistakes listed above when planning your fleet branding in Dallas, and your branded vehicles will develop into assets for your business that serves multiple purposes. If you need help getting more out of your fleet branding design, please get in touch with 360 Wraps.
