So a while back, I did a backstory for Belle's mother, who was a fairy who gave up her immortality to wed her mortal love. So in response to that, here's Fairy Belle!
Not sure yet if this is what I'd have happen to her in the future of my DisneyVerse but it's at least a possibility! I based her dress design off of these concept arts and an old paper doll dress I had for her that always intrigued me as it wasnt shown in the movie:
