What do you see here? Let me explain it for you. This is cheese and pork stuffed into chicken wrapped in bacon and roasted. Served with above-average roasted potatoes and a sweet mild red pepper pistachio sauce. @labodegapismo's Ballotine de Poulet is my new favorite dish in Pismo Beach. This menu has gone through a significant overhaul since I was here last maybe a month ago. I only recognized 4 or 5 items from before, and everything seems to have gotten a lot more complicated. I liked it before and it's even more interesting now. If you haven't been to La Bodega for a while I highly recommend checking it out, or even look online.
