Just here to show one method that you may like
Just a reminder that you DON'T need methods to shift, but some people may like to use them, and others may find it helpful, but you don't need them to shift!!!
The VOID STATE method
I recommend, before starting, a meditation (5-15 minutes is good) to calm down, and to let you mind empty
1. Get into a comfortable position
(sitting, laid, stand, whatever makes you happy)
2. With your eyes closed, take deep breaths
- In this part you can do other things actually, you can start counting, repeating affirmations like:
"I'm in the void state" "I'm not attached to any reality" etc
You can do basic math accounts (1+1, 1+2), till you feel like you're floating/numb & in the void state
3. Then you start affirming
Ex: "I'm in my DR/WR (waiting room)"
or things of your DR/WR
Ex: "I'm (Your DR name)"
4.1 - You can do it till you fall asleep
4.2 - You can do it till you feel your surrounding changing
Congratulations! You've shifted!

NO VISUALIZATION METHOD TO
Enter The Void

I have received so many messages from people about how difficult it is to visualize while entering the void state. I can empathize because I too have struggled with visualization.
I believe that struggling to visualize is one of the most common hurdles that people face when trying to enter the void. Many people find it difficult or even impossible to visualize anything, especially if they have Aphantasia. However, I want to remind you that visualization is not necessary or required to enter the void state. I know visualisation is something that most people struggle with, so here's a "No Visualization Method" to help you enter the void State.
Do this method when you feel so sleepy
STEP 1 : Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes and say "I give my body permission to enter the void".
STEP 2 : Start counting to 100 until you loose track, when you realise you have lost track start to focus on your breathing in out and keep doing so until your body feels weightless.
STEP 3 : Keep affirming to yourself, I give myself permission to enter the void, I give myself permission to enter the void right now and just fall asleep.
STEP 4 : When you will wake up, you will be in the void. Now just affirm for your desires and ENJOY ! 🤍

Hi! I saw your post about zoning out and affirming, if I’m affirming that I’m in my Dr but I’m zoned out and my eyes are open would my surroundings just magically change infront of me?

Hey! No need to apologize.
I have yet tried that method on shifting, so I can't precisely tell you.
But if I were to guess I'd say you wouldn't know your surroundings changed since you're zoned out.
When you snap out of it you would just be in your dr.

mas para não haver confusões, pense assim: é apenas mais um estado, onde você reconhece ser pura consciência, ou seja, você em sua mais pura essência, em sua verdadeira forma.
você pode encontrar muitos posts sobre o void state aqui no tumblr, visto que muitas pessoas o usam para manifestar ou shiftar.
por estarem em estado de pura consciência, não haveria 'barreiras', mas o void não deve ser superestimado, no final das contas, é >você< quem está manifestando, é voce que possui esse poder, por isso, não o coloque no pedestal, isso é, não o faça ser inalcançável, pois ele não é. esse é apenas mais um estado qualquer no qual você pode 'entrar' a qualquer hora (afinal, você é deus). é basicamente o estado do eu sou.
como já dito, você pode encontrar muito conteúdo sobre void state por aqui no tumblr, principalmente, nas contas gringas, já que é bem popular por lá.

Hi, I need your advice on void state. First of all, the void state is taking too long for me. I can't get in quickly. These are times like 40 minutes, 50 minutes, 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I can't stand it and give up trying. I want to enter now, it's been 1 year, but it still hasn't happened and I can't stand it. hey honey! the first thing i need to say is your energy is SCATTERED and SCREAMING!! you really need to take a deep breath and regroup.
your energy almost feels desperate— and that’s not a bad thing! it’s just a sign what you’re working towards seems too hard to reach on your own, when in reality you can reach it if you just take a deep breath, and recognize that you’re getting it regardless.
as someone who struggles with time and commitment to things that take a log time, i get this. i’ve been reality shifting for i want to say 3 years and manifesting (consciously) for 2. it’s really hard to keep it up — but somehow, even if i say i’m going to quit, i always come back (ok william afton.)
what you need to do right now is take a break. like seriously. just regroup, do some grounding meditations for a day or so, and just allow yourself to get your thoughts straight. you’re disoriented, like you hit your head. it’s going to be okay, and taking a break is not defeat.
when you get back into trying to get into the void, go ahead and use a different method. i want you to try a method that’s maybe an asleep method if you’re doing an awake one. and an awake method if you’re doing a sleep one.
i want to tell you that it will be okay. it’s all going to work out. you will get your desires. they aren’t going anywhere. and even if you have to sit down and make a resting place, let that be. other people will find you and lift you up.

So the method I'm going to talk about is The Trance State
It's a state of semi-consciousness , a sleeplike altered form of consciousness in which a person is neither fully awake nor fully asleep . In essence, the trance state involves walking between the world of the conscious and subconscious mind . Trance states are sometimes referred to as “zoning out,” “being off with the fairies,” “out of it,” and even “day-dreaming.”
Overall it's the state before the void
So , what you have to do now ?
First of all Do a guided meditation then listen to this video and follow the instructions She's giving

After finishing this u will be in a trance state and from there u can enter the void within 5 mins or even less
So after that video finishes u have to affirm for the void and BAM! Done <3
For those who want to wake up in the void instead of tapping in it , u guys can do this method at night and fall asleep as u continue to affirm u will either enter the void at that moment or u will fall asleep and wake up in it...or if u want then u can also just command your subconscious once and go to sleep after doing the method . Don't worry if u didn't enter the void or wake up in it after doing this method , REMEMBER atleast your subconscious will be reprogrammed after doing this for atleast 2-3 nights... consistency is v imp , stick to one method only ( which is compatible with u ) .

So you just meditated and counted/listened in sub and that's it? You didn't affirm or anything? How long did it take you to enter?
I actually do affirm, but normally just after I’m in the void state, I start affirming “I’ve shifted” “I’m currently in my DR”. But when I affirm while entering, I say “I’m in the void state”, with the affirmations always in the present
I usually take 20 minutes
But that’s what works for me!!
Something that shifters also have to keep in mind, is that when you do a method, you have to adjust it in a way that is comfortable for you
