Last but not least, my Balance Wizard, Paige Caster ⚖️
Paige grew up in Mirage with her parents, Hassan and Farah Caster. She had a fairly normal life being a hardworking top student. That was until, she started hearing an old woman’s voice. Which was non other than Grandmother Raven. She told Paige that the Spiral will be in grave danger and it was up to her to protect it. During this time, Paige was already attending classes at the Wizarding School in Mirage. But Grandmother Raven wanted her to transfer to Ravenwood in Wizard City. After so much convincing and encouragement, Paige finally transferred to Ravenwood where she was placed into the School of Balance. Away from her studies, Paige loves reading about different forms of magic, collecting, exploring, and solving puzzles. During her time at Ravenwood, Paige met six wizards from the other schools of magic. Their names are Scarlet Fireflame, Jacqueline Icebreeze, Kimiko Stormcloud, Esmee Lifeflower, Destiny Mythdreamer, and Llewella Deathwhipser. Together, they formed “The Spiral Sisters”, a group of wizards that protect the Spiral from evil.

Okay so Christmas is sort of a thing in the Spiral. Which means that they have to be tangentially aware of Jesus right.
Hear me out.
Jesus was a Life wizard.

Content warning for social pressures, religion mention, military mention, running away, theft.
Arthur Whethersfield wasn't a popular man.
Granted, he had never been the most liked of his peers. But now he found that others turned away from him, refused his company, and outright denied him basic courtesy.
Considering the emphasis on etiquette in Marleybonian society, it was jarring to suddenly be ostracized as such.
Deciding to become a magical practitioner, a wizard, was not an acceptable choice in the public's eyes. In high society, even less so. So many options, a scholar, a military man, a priest, even a sailor or dockworker, and yet he decided to choose the path of a charlatan and criminal.
At least, that is what Marleybone high society saw it as. The only son of a revered military man, all of that good upbringing gone to waste.
Arthur always knew he would never enlist, nor enroll at a trade school, nor the universities of Marleybone. None of that had ever been in the cards for him.
Magic was something most had the potential for, yet few pursued in Marleybone. Elsewhere, Arthur had heard tales of nearly every person in a world practicing some magic or other. It seemed like being a part of something far larger than he was. Having a real purpose, discovering more and more of what magic was capable of.
So he decided to go to the root of it all. He may or may not have stolen some of his father's fortune to do it, but purchasing a ship wasn't a cheap errand. He put the naval skills his father instilled in him to use, and sailed that little boat across the skyways, into the stormgates with nothing more than magic and one or two illegally obtained windstones.
It is not as if he ever planned on going back to Marleybone anyway. What did it matter if he were a fugitive in their eyes?
It took weeks of sailing, but one day he exited a storm gate into the dry heat of a desert world, and couldn't help the barking laugh that left him as he clutched to the railing of his boat.
Nothing was going to stop his pursuit of knowledge and magic.
