It's super Crazy how a workout can make you super emotional. #coredeforce #mmapower is 12 Rounds of Hard Core Fighting And I Finished. The first time I started this program I was afraid of letting go of my walker to throw punches; so I gave myself permission to do less then I was capable of and I did my first month of #coredeforce On my knees. I got the awesome opportunity to attend a #coredeforce master class and I was challenged to stand up during the entire class and I did it. So often. I hear people say " this is easy and it still works for me". I've been totally guilty of saying that in life myself but I am speaking to all of us when I say just because something is easy and still working that it should continue. This was taken at a swing dance that was a fundraiser for our local youth center and just FYI the gentleman I'm dancing with is someone I was head over feet in love with senior year.
