"Your a coward." Taz declared, face set it a frown.

Atrix's hand stilled on the page, and she slowly placed her pen down. "A coward?" she repeated quietly.

Taz nodded. "Yeah, that's why you won't go out and do something yourself! You're afraid of all the new stuff that's cropping up so you're leaving it to me and Alice and everyone else!"

"Tamzin! What are you doing?" Alice hissed.

Atrix chuckled darkly, shaking her head. "No, Tamzing is perfectly right. "I haven't sacrificed anything to this fight, and I don't intend to." she said quietly. Still she hadn't turned, and the only sign that perhaps Taz's words had hit a sore point was the slight twitch of her hand before she drew it beneath her chin and stared objectively at the wall.

"Why not?" Taz pressed. "Don't you want a free world, isn't that why you bothered to reveal that magicians existed?"

Alice squeezed her eyes shut, and walked silently from the room, murmuring an excuse of going to find Will to ask about enchantments.

"I thought you were cool! But hiding is real admirable, this is just another step along the way-"

"And one I will not take myself." Atrix twisted around at last. The look in her eyes was severe enough to make Tamzin physically recoil. "I'm contractually bound to doing what I think is best if it kills me." Atrix started. "Need I remind you, again, that I have never once forced you to do anything!" She took in a shaky breath. "I have already fought one portion of this battle, I've already lost all my family and have witnessed more friends deaths than I still have living! How dare you accuse me of doing nothing! Yes, I'm afraid! I have every right to be. I- I-" Atrix stopped, her face crippling in agony, a hand smothering her mouth. "Go, just go." Her voice was hoarse. "If you don't want to do this, then fine, I'll take up the fight."

Taz's face had gone grey, and she stumbled back. "I- Jus- But-"

"You don't know anything about war Tamzin, I have lead a revolution and spent the better part of five years trying to avoid war. You have no idea what pain I've been through and for your sake I hope you never do. Forgive me." Atrix stood up and left the room quickly.

Taz stayed frozen for minutes. Never had she seen Atrix so unhinged, never had she actually thought it possible. She clenched and unclenched her fists, gnawing agonisingly on her lip. She needed to ask Will about what had happened.

What does it feel like to be a boss?

All women even if they don’t know that, have boss lady power moments every day. Whether it’s something minor, like speaking your mind at work, or something grand like a promotion, there’s a boss lady in all of us. The first step in being a boss lady is to feel powerful and confident. Leadership doesn’t just happen. Leaders work, often for years, toward top positions. I was never a school type of person, as much as I tried, I just couldn’t get through it. I learned to develop my own skills, obviously being a musician and using my marketing skills to create ideas such as Tinks. Ladies, be your own boss and earn your own money!

Keldamuzik on being an entrepreneur and dabbling in other industries.

I believe most should know that Keldamuzik has proved herself capable, both mentally and physically of excelling in industries other than music.  She has proven herself worth in other areas including fashion, dancing, and acting. She has done all this while managing her music career efficiently. So, most would ask, how do Keldamuzik do all this? Well, that’s simple, she is a diva with numerous talents.

Keldamuzik believes one shouldn’t spend 100% focus on one business or industry, it might seem an easier and better way to success, but things don’t turn out perfectly. So, one should have varied interests and better or learn other skills as this is the key to efficient success. Dabbling in other industries might have its downsides but its upsides are something to take note of.  Dabbling in other industries and businesses would not lead to your downfall, instead, it could be a way to support your business, learn new tricks, and create bigger ideas to help your business grow. 

While dabbling is a very incisive and interesting way to stay on track and earn more, it is not for everyone as some immature dabblers tend to lose focus and go bankrupt or lose their businesses, while others tend to crash due to multiple plans and obstacles. Some entrepreneurs believe dabbling leads to consecutive failures which would consume your confidence, but truth be told, it is not. Failures and setbacks are crucial criteria for successful entrepreneurs. As they say, experience is the best teacher, and many entrepreneurs need to understand, that failure is part of the process to success.

Keldamuzik has proved herself worthy of being called the entertainment diva, as she has done projects with different industries on different occasions, and has excelled in most. Why I Never Signed With a Record Deal

OK, so when I was about 16, I had my first music audition to be included in a girl's pop group. I didn't know how to sing for shit even though I thought I could, LOL. My mom always supported my music career, so she allowed me to take a few days off of school and paid for me to fly to Santa Monica and audition for Columbia records. I was working with this older lady who was my manager, and she was managing her daughter, Who was in many movies, and she took me on as a client. I flew to LA to stay with them in Hollywood on Lankershim Boulevard. My manager Helen was to take me to the Columbia records audition and then to a town agency called cavalier associates to sign up as an actress.

It was around 7 PM, and Helen asked me if I was prepared for my audition. This was my first time performing in front of someone, so it was weird. I wasn't nervous; I was just more anxious to see how the setup was. So Helen and I pulled up to Columbia records, and it was a two-part building. Just so happens Jessica Simpson and J Lo are having a release party for their first album that they dropped. I could see through the glass window all of these men in suits And women dressed up. That was the first time I encountered the "Celebrity thing" that everyone always talks about when they go to Hollywood. Well, obviously, I didn't go in there because that's not what I was; therefore, LOL. So I went into the building across from where the event was. I walked into the office, and a white and black guy sat behind the piano. They told me to put my CD in the player, and then I performed. Got damn, I was horrible! I remember closing my eyes and singing; one of the guys was tapping their seat. I hear him, so I'm like, OK, great, they're enjoying this. 

After that, I flew back home, and my manager tried to tell my mom that I should take the proficiency test, leave high school early, and live in Hollywood to audition for more labels and acting roles. So obviously, I didn't get the Columbia records gig, but it was a great experience; that's not why I never got signed! Once I moved from San Jose to Oakland, and I became Keldamuzik, that's when I started rapping. 

I started to learn the ropes of the music industry on my own and became my manager and entrepreneur. I could obtain opportunities for myself due to my marketing and business background. I was functioning just like a management company/label, using different email addresses to correspond with promoters, event organizers, and DJs...And once I hit the jackpot and got myself booked in Tokyo, Japan, to open up for R&B singer Lloyd, I knew that anybody could play in this game if they had the gift of gab and the talent to go with it.

 I had labels approach me at the time, but I did not want to pursue the deal because I was so successful on my own. I did not want to do the 360 agreement and be tied to a company that is collecting all of my earnings, and I'm just given A standard salary, possibly under 100,000. No way! And the thing is, there's no such thing as record labels like that anymore. It's like social media is a record label, and we build our teams to help market and manage ourselves as artists. So my point of all this is to any artists who are still chasing a deal, don't do it! Let them come to you. When they do, make sure they open their wallets! Haha... But you would rather have it that way because you know you've done something right when a label/investor approaches you. Build your promotion team. Everyone could wear multiple hats. It doesn't take much nowadays to become a success on the Internet and to blow up as an artist. Even if you're not famous, you're still making income off your music and have a loyal fan base online.

Does social media affect our lives?

In the last few decades, the influence of social media has sky-rocketed from being entertainment to a fully integrated part of everyone’s life. Social media benefits us by expanding our social networks and keeping in touch with far-away friends and family. It is also a creative outlet. Growing up with digital technology may be changing our brain development in ways we don’t yet know.

It’s crazy because now I’ve been addicted to my phone more than ever, always checking my Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts linked in emails. What would we do if we didn’t have all these sources? We would be bored and tired. No, I’m just kidding. Science shows it all good and bad. Social media is a great thing to exist but then when people abuse it becomes bad and harmful to others. I’ve seen countless crimes happen on Instagram, people committing suicide or killing others, etc. But then again, thanks to social media think the camera phones were able to capture the brutal and ruthless murder of George Floyd.

We can also capture a lot of Karen’s Beckys and other racist individuals who treat people of color wrongfully. If it weren’t for social media and camera phones, we would not be able to capture any of this footage at all. This is where I would say social media comes in handy for situations like this. And then, on another note, social media comes in handy for businesses of course, so that we can promote our music, our products, our businesses, and brands. And now that social media has given people the option to run ads and other tools to promote our creativity further, it is more beneficial than ever.

Now we have experts who specialize in social media marketing to help grow your business. I think it’s an awesome thing, and we should take advantage of social media because of that. All in all, let’s try to use social media to promote greatness, prosperity, and spread love. Too much hate is on social media, and people are spreading too many rumors about each other’s businesses and stuff; it’s not cool. Also, it seems like social media is damn near an open diary on the Internet for those. I would keep certain things to myself and not post all over social media about how you are going through a tragic situation. Unless you really do want responses and feedback. Other than Again, let’s make social media our best friend and spread positivity on it rather than hate.
