I'm thinking about writing a leverage Discworld crossover because I love both of them

But I'm worried if I make Hardison a goblin if it is like racist? To be clear, none of the team would be human.

Goblins in Discworld (specifically mentioned in Raising Steam and maybe Snuff) are the best coders ever for the clacks, and they are amazing with picking up and improving technology, quite literally better at it than humans and other species (Raising Steam)

But... Goblins were until very recently a race that was looked down upon, and is still likened to unclean things even though the people of Ankh-Morpork are quickly warming up to the species

I am just worried if I make the black man a goblin it could be seen as problematic. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Lucian (he/him): he loves to collecting rocks, geocatching, nature walks and reading old science journals hes currently studying to be a botanist! His siblings are a long way from being able to join us which has made him a bit sad but Delilah and Mac are practically like siblings to him so he's not without family.

Mac (he/him): hes the youngest but don't let that fool you. He can be quite mischievous and loves to pull pranks, but at heart hes a very sweet boy. He enjoys playing mario cart, dancing, playing with his toys and going on adventures with his friends.

Delilah (she/her): she's pretty much the exact opposite of her younger brother she's a principal dancer ballet is her life but when she isn't dancing she's reading, advocating for her fellow trans people In her community or spending time with her boyfriend Gilbert. She might not look it but she's very immersed into the underground punk scene and tries to go to shows whenever she has time!

i have arrived at a deep moral crossroads. dennis kills someone and i know that logically speaking they would shit themselves as they die but i dont want to write that. like it would be funny when dennis wakes up from his bloodlust being like :( this guy shit his pants :( but also mac still has to eat that so it would be gross. how committed am i to the bit. i feel like poop jokes are very in character for sunny so it wouldnt be right NOT to do it but also i dont like the concept of mac eating a body that just pooped. i dont want that even for him.

does anyone have a strong opinion on this

In the monster au I know cellbit is a Regular Guy but I think he should also be a bit of a cannibal. For enrichment. The rest of the Brazilians are werewolves and they’ll sit down for dinner and eat a regular steak like anybody else, and then they look over and their human is trying to sneak out the door because do you know what kinds of chemicals the government puts into meat products these days? It’s actually safer to eat human flesh, actually, the disease risk is safer than government chemicals.

Turns out all it takes for me to finish writing the Bite the Hand chapter is a good amount of Fleetwood Mac, and stalking my favorite mutuals' pages.

I'm editing chapter 6 now, and hope to have it out within the hour.

Never shared these here, but here's some early sketches sort of exploring my Always Sunny monster AU wherein Dennis and Dee are vampires, Mac's a werewolf, and Charlie has magical abilities and is trained by Frank as a warlock.

Also Charlie later resurrects Dee as a ghost after Sweet Dee Has A Heart Attack/Is Staked.

Some notes: charlie has the amulet of the Count of St Germain, Dennis always wears hooded jackets to hide from the sun and is even MORE stuck in the 80s, Mac looks the same except hairier and with perpetual Night-Man eyes, and Dee has a shadowy negative aura around her.

Also Dennis was the original owner of the duster. With no other changes to the duster.
