that entire poem makes me feel so !!!!!!!

#you know how poetry often isn't that interested in telling the full story but instead #picks one specific moment and focuses on what it feels like to inhabit that moment #with such. precision. that you have to carefully read every word #unlike with fiction where the brush strokes are coarser #and you can skim-read. or skip a word or a sentence or even an entire page and the story will still make sense #I think this poem is so incredible for the way it forces you to slow down your reading #to take in this moment together with the poet #I read it and it slows my breathing down #slows my heart down. fills my lungs.#it is a beautiful beautiful poem #and there is so much room left on the page #for the person reading it #like. yea. same boat. moves me to tears

Brb I'm overthinking the placement of injuries in the Riordanverse

#it started with me thinking about tbm and then about my exams #and somehow it all went down the road of 'how the fuck did lester survive stabbing himself'#like okay. he was going to stab his heart. he missed. okay #what DID he stab #because like. the heart is placed right in the middle of the lungs #above it there's a bunch of veins and arteries and the aortic arch and whatnot #below there's the diaphragm #did he puncture a lung? or stab those very important parts above the heart?#reasonably he could've punctured a lung given how he talked about his lungs filling with hot sand or whatever #but then how did medea's little vial of unidentified medicine fix it #and how did the dryad heal him after removing the clot #if the arrow somehow stabbed his diaphragm HOW did it dodge that far. how much can it move #HOW DOES IT WORKKK #lonely thoughts

#random thoughts #the things i imagine......... i have planned myself such a beautiful life inside of my mind #flowers and a cottage. and a beautiful man who loves me. and i love him #and we grow raspberries. beautiful raspberries. he knows how much i love them #husbands. husbands in a cottage. we were happy for so long. but my condition worsened #i was already so sick. physically sick. sick in the mind #sickness. consumed by sickness. always. i like to think it was the pearl #the pearl who told me her secrets and poured her words down my convulsing throat as honey #honey. when i was young i choked on liquid honey. i was so close to falling away #it coated my mouth. filled my lungs. slowed my heart. i want to feel such a way again #to know that something so sweet as honey can take you. enrapt. beautiful #and i should like to think that the honey still remains. from my mouth as i speak. holding my viscera together. inside of my mind #so this is what we meant by “honeyed words”. beautiful prospects. beautiful visions

I think the whole genting area should be evacuated and thorough sitechecks + reinforcement + zoning be conducted because that place is just constant disaster waiting to happen. during rainy seasons please just stay away from all these developed highland areas feels like nobody ever gives a fuck abt safety until a whole bunch of ppl get buried alive

Posted to female oncology ward for these two weeks and all I can say is cancer is cruel but amidst that pain and sorrow, you can really see true love in that ward

#saying this in light of one of my group's fav patient that passed away after my shift last morning #shes in her early 30s and was a teacher and was diagnosed with breast cancer that metastases to lung and cervical lymph nodes #she was weak since she was admitted last week and usually just sleep but shes so nice every time we administered medication to her #or even when we check her vital signs despite how tired she was #her husband is a teacher too and as of late hes there every day as her condition deteriorated #apparently she wanted to undergo chemotherapy but her first cycle led to some severe side effects so her doctor doesn't allowed it #when we read the case note before clocking out the shift yesterday theres a psychiatrist entry so yeah #her husband was just caressing her hands as she slept yesterday and he looks obviously pained when my friend asked what had she eaten #because we need to fill the intake output chart and yeah she was unable to eat much anyway #it was very sad to see her husband wiping his tears silently by her bedside #and then we came to the ward this morning to find out she had passed away and there was a discharge note on her case note #apparently she supposedly will be discharged today so that she will be able to go at home #turned out she left first..#it rained the whole morning today and it kind of summarizes the mood of our group members this morning #it was sad obviously but when i think about it you can really see how much her husband really cared for her until the end #i hope he will be able to heal and that may her soul rest in peace #personal.txt

in my "i am going to die soon i can feel it" era again

#as you may guess from the phrasing i have turned out to be wrong the last times it happened #i usually get it around my bday and i think. i had enough distractions during it so now I'm getting this dread in delay #also in 2 weeks-ish I'm gonna be home alone for about a week which doesn't help this feeling #it's kind of like despair is filling my lungs choking me and i feel like i have no other choice than to die. you know how it is #also been having constant thoughts abt drowning myself recently. again you know how it is 👍#it just happens sometimes. that's just what life is. constantly awaiting death or being distracted enough not to notice the wait 🤷‍♂️#negative //#suicide //#ask to tag

yawning every 2 seconds but my yawn keeps getting stuck. also feel like i have to manually breathe but not that i can’t fill my lungs all the way. why

#nevermind can’t fill my lungs all the way #why. i just washed all my bed sheets with hypoallergenic detergent.#well i was coughing mysteriously earlier but it stopped after i took my inhaler #so either 1) yesterday’s burnt food smell is still bothering me 2) my cat being in my room for 5 minutes was enough for him to contaminate #it or 3) there is something in the air that i haven’t identified yet #what ever it is it’s keeping me from sleeping.

the absolute worst part about therapy is that i have to talk. im not even joking or exaggerating here, having to figure out the right words to express myself is one of the worst things in the world. most sessions are just me going "but yea idk?" and "[hand grsture] you know?" and "[barely coherent but very passionate sentence] and its like... yeah... yeah. (ran out of steam)" and i never get better at it

#like i dont know what emotion im feeling rn #its like my skin is thinner and more permeable and all of the universe is filling me up up up #and its good and awful and i feel it in my lungs #and i cant sleep bc i might miss something (dunno what that something is)#and i desperately want to sleep bc its too much but i cant bc im too full of the world around me #<- if anyone knows what emotion that is ill draw u something in crayon #penis meows #i desperately wish humans had some sort of telepathy so i could just share whatever im experiencing

Vaping and cigs are stupid and you will die sooner if you do them

Weed is like, fine ig but I dont like the smell and I dont wanna do any ever so please dont hotbox the car while im in the back seat like my family does ok thanks. Also maybe dont do a drug that slows reaction time and critical thinking while driving, especially in florida.

Not saying all drivers in florida are bad. Im just saying theres a reason insurance rates are so high here.

tumblr dash stop showing me horror challenge i had the worst nightmare the other night and dont need Help

#literally this weird fucjed up tall dude was just chasing me through like. 10 different levels of dreamscapes #and every time i saw him i would just be filled with so much pain and dread/fear that i would start Screaming at the top of my lungs #ans wake up. again. into a new dream. where he was still hunting me down.#it only ended bc i decided to start screaming on my own and attack him with my bare hands and then i finally woke up into real life #not sure what that says abt my psyche but #tumble dash stop showing me various horror stuff just for Right Now Specifically i am trying to go to bed
