I’ve never created a fan blog before but I’m obsessed with Good Girls and need to get my thoughts out on some platform.

I haven’t been this excited and dedicated to a ship since Olitz (ugh will we get get chemistry like that again on tv). Manny Montana has me hooked on Rio. I just love what he brings to character and his acting is 👌🏾. I need them to properly utilize him or kill him off so he can become the star of a new show. I agree with everyone who’s saying that I’m upset Rio has been reduced to a love interest. Montana is such a great actor it would be great to see him become a full fledged character outside of his relationship with Beth. If they gave us an entire episode just following Rio around I might die. I think the writers think they’re giving us what we want with the Brio and it’s true but I’m really just obsessed with Rio himself so I’d love to see more him. I don’t want the writers to write as if they’re worried about a cancellation. The shows great and I need that season 1 energy back though I still love the show. 💕💕

Pro-Choice... I feel like this is very onesided. It requires a sperm and an egg to make another human. A male and a female conceive a human life together. The woman has the right to decide if she wants to carry this human to full term life outside of the womb. The male human has no say in the matter. Females want equal rights. I believe humans should all be awarded the same rights. So, with that being said I believe this Pro-choice idea needs some adjustments to make it equal for both the male and female. 1. All decisions and procedures must be made before the first trimester ends. 2. Women can choose to abort within the first trimester. 3. Men can choose to release all rights of any physical and financial duties to the unborn child within the first trimester. 4. The woman pays for the abortion if she chooses to have one. The man pays for the court order to be drawn up and executed. 5. All decisions are final and cannot be reversed. If a woman can choose when she is ready to be a parent, then a man should be able to make that same decision. Equal rights to both sexes! What are your thoughts? (To be clear, I personally do not think abortions are ethical unless it is medically necessary. Shet, expectation really hurts pala talaga.

Sobrang babaw ng rason ko para iyakan 'to pero ewan ko ba. Siguro dala nadin ng pagod at stress.

I was really expecting na makakausap ko siya ngayon kasi wala kaming pasok. Since, the past days sobrang busy at pagod kami kaya hindi kami nakakapagusap ng ayos. Kaya sabi ko, makakabawi ngayon. PERO IT TURNED OUT na may training siya from 8 am - 1 pm tapos nag lunch out pa sila ng ka-varsity niya. Tapos ako naglalaba ng time na yon. So by the time na nakauwi siya, tulog na ako then nakatulog na din siya. Tapos nung gabi, akala ko makakapagusap na kami pero wala eh, kaylangan niya umalis kasi may laban daw sila. Tapos wala na, umiiyak nalang ako. Pero kaylangan ko magawa school works ko kaya laban lang. Tapos sinabi ko na sa kanya na matutulog na ako kasi inaantok na ako tapos umiyak nanaman ako. Nakakabaliw. Huhu. Pero hindi pa kasi nga school works is life. Hahaha huhu.

Social media - good, bad or ugly?

When you think of social media what is the first thing that comes to mind? For me, it’s Facebook and Instagram. Those are my go to apps. I feel like I may be dating myself by my choice of apps, because when I think of the variety of apps there are out there like Tik Tok, Snapchat, Twitter to name a few there are so many platforms that a person can use. But what are these apps really used for? You see a lot of random posts poking fun and/or criticizing some of the more recent topics in the news. You see a lot of selfies. There a times people share old photos that may otherwise be hidden in a box never to be seen by the very people in the photos. My personal favourite are the variety of food dishes that are shared with variations that other folks have tried. Mmmmm! I love me some good food.

There are some really good shares on social media, but then there is another side to social media. Negative comments, links to articles of things not going right with the world. Posts of party’s, outings, and various activities, sometimes questionable activities. And sometimes, these posts when shared and reshared come look questionable to some, but okay to others...It’s all in the eye of the beholder.

When we are younger and trying to “find” ourselves, we sometimes do some really dumb things. When these things get captured on camera or video, sometimes find themselves on social media. These blunders can sometimes have a negative impact later on in life. When going for that dream job, some employers now search you on social media, are they going to like what they see, are they going to think twice about hiring me because I used to be a “partygirl” when I was younger and did some crazy things, that somehow found its way on social media?(I wasn’t by the way)

Will my kids search my name and find that time when I was rude to another person for no good reason that somehow found it’s way onto YouTube? How do you protect yourself from the bad and ugly of social media? Do you just not join?

Sad to say, but you would be missing out on a lot. The people that you can reconnect and network with is amazing. The milestones that sometimes you forget that you get reminded of are so helpful in keeping your connections to people. Did you forget your friends birthday, only to be reminded on Facebook it’s her birthday today, wish her happy birthday! Thank you Facebook...you just made me out to not be a shitty friend. And let’s not forget those recipes!!! Did I mention that I love food! I love trying new foods. The variety of recipes that I have gotten and tried that I otherwise probably wouldn’t, priceless!

All in all, social media, good, bad, ugly? It’s all in how you use it. It’s been great for me as an avid viewer as opposed to an active poster. From social to career, I use as a means to communicate something that is meaningful to me. When I post it’s because I want to share something of importance to me, I don’t share random photos or posts. That’s just me. Some others have more to say, and that’s ok. Just know the world is watching!
