Minseok has always been quiet.

And for someone who's quiet, no one will have a clue on what he's feeling.

So when he reads something online about what he's really worth,

He became more silent; torturing himself with thoughts,

Of self-doubts and insecurity,

He masks away with silence and a smile.

Minseok looked at his reflection at the mirrors of one of SM's spacious dance practice rooms.

They were just dismissed from practice and everyone's preparing to leave so that they can finally rest. In midst of the chaos of who goes first in the showers and his other members shouting at each other about misplaced and missing items, Minseok stood still and inspected himself from the mirror, his phone in his hand. The screen was showing screenshots of tweets. Comments about his SMStation with Mark. Comments about him going to destroy the collab. Comments about him not doing anything right. Comments questioning people about what he's worth.

He began to think.

Before he debuted into EXO and its sub-unit EXO-M, he first auditioned in JYP two times. He didn't make the cut but he continued to work hard. He entered a contest - S.M. Everysing Contest. He was scouted by SM when he won 2nd place. A lot of people didn't know this, but as an SM Rookie, Minseok was not chubby. He was chubby ever since he was a child, but after being accepted as a trainee in SM, he lost weight, probably because of SM's diet plans for their artists and trainees. He looked the same as he was right now, so there's no such thing as him getting plastic surgery as well.

When he debuted, he was introduced as EXO and EXO-M's Xiumin, the lead rapper and the lead dancer. It was seen that he was a chubbier during MAMA era. A fan called him fat. He decided to diet and the next thing we knew, WOLF era welcomed us with a thinner Xiumin. In a 2016 interview, he revealed that during GROWL era and the previous era, he only ate one meal a day and kept drinking coffee.

During the year 2014, a lot of things happened in the fandom and EXO. With a lawsuit filed and one member, the positions of the EXO-M members were affected. Luhan became the leader, Tao and Xiumin became the rappers, the rest still keeping their positions.

Until they dealt with more losses, however. The second leader left them, and Lay became the duizhang. Tao followed the steps of his two geges and the moment he did, the sub-unit EXO-M ceased to exist. Even without an official announcement that the Chinese sub-unit is gone, everyone, especially those who stanned the whole Chinese sub-unit has to accept this painful fate of the remaining members of it. Chen still is the main vocal, Lay a main dancer, and Xiumin? What had become of Xiumin?

In the year 2015, Xiumin was given the chance to be in a collab with Jimin of AOA, was Na Dojeon, the lead role in the web drama, Falling in Challenge, and a movie where he starred as Gyeon, a sidekick's of Seondal the feud master. It was apparent that he was made the point, the center of all of EXO's releases that year. Everyone recognized him this year, so he thought everything will be alright. Everyone thought he'll finally get what he deserves.

EX'ACT came and his presence in the album is well-known, cinematography-wise. Some says he was the mastermind behind all of the experiments happening to everyone in the concept that Lee Sooman picked for them but who knows? Even then, Xiumin still have these doubts lingering somewhere in his mind - what's his position now? He shrugs it off every time it pops in his mind. He doesn't have to confuse himself further. He have better things to worry about. Like the upcoming comeback and the Station. Yeah, right, the Station--

"Minseok-hyung? Are you not going to take a shower yet?" It was Kyungsoo who came up to him. The younger probably wondered why Minseok's still not fighting his way inside the shower rooms. He came up to Minseok, blinking, as if asking why Minseok's not his usual self suddenly.

"I'd probably stay back for awhile. You all can go ahead." Minseok was sheepish as he said the words, something that made Kyungsoo worry - the one already knew why Minseok's acting like this, but he knew Minseok's a private person, so he didn't press on the topic any further. He only gave his hyung an assuring back rub and a soft smile, before he left for the showers while Junmyeon's busy bickering with Jongin and Sehun about who's next in line.

When the main vocalist left, Minseok moved to arrange his things for the meantime, coming out of the practice room afterwards so he can get some fresh air. His heart was beating way too fast, and he coudn't understand why. Why is this happening? He himself is not sure about it. He was trained to not let these kind of things affect him. But why is this getting to him? Because of him, they'll--

Boycott.. the song? This is too much for Mark. He thought as he reread the comments, scratching the back of his head. He's still too young to experience this. I shouldn't have asked the company to make this if this'll happen. Sighing heavily, he read more even though he felt lost, seemingly can't stop scrolling the feed of his dummy account. And he thought the first ones weren't bad--

"Minseok-hyung?" Another main vocal called out to him. Minseok didn't even need to turn around to see who was the one called out for him. He knew that voice. Baekhyun. "Minseok-hyung, why are you still here-- Hyung?"

Minseok didn't know what happened next but Baekhyun's hands were on his face, cupping his cheeks. He considered snarling at the younger male - everyone knows that he hates it when someone holds his face, and Baekhyun's not exempted from that - but the next things he knows Baekhyun was frowning at him. He was taken aback and confused. Why was Baekhyun frowning?

"Why are you crying?" Baekhyun mumbled, eyebrows knitted together in concern.

It's a stupid question. Minseok knew he wasn't even crying. So what the hell is Baekhyun talking about?

Baekhyun slowly caressed the spots under Minseok's eyes and Minseok's vision immediately blurred. It can't be. Was he really crying? He's not crying. Baekhyun's just pranking him right now. Baekhyun's fingers must've been wet. Minseok closed his eyes and more tears kept coming, the drops wetting Baekhyun's delicate fingers. He was crying. He was really crying. When was the last time he cried? He forgot, but who was he fooling? He spent countless nights crying himself to sleep.

"Tell me." Baekhyun's voice was soft, assuring, warm and everything that Baekhyun is. Minseok cried even more at the tone Baekhyun used. He felt safe and assured and he's exploding.

"You have to answer me honestly," Minseok breathed and leaned against Baekhyun's hands, eyes remaining closed as he gripped his phone. "You have to tell me, everything that I'm worth. Tell me please, I am too tired, everyone's saying I have no right to be with you all, they say that everything I do is wrong, always wrong, and will not be right no matter how hard I try.."

Baekhyun's heart ached at the sight of his hyung crying in front of him, the hyung who remained strong for them in the darkest days, the one who kept a smile on his face despite hurting inside, his hyung who was supportive of them and remained watching their backs as they have fun. He wasn't used to this sight. Minseok breaking down in front of him is too much. Minseok looking weak is too much.

"I have no right to say this hyung, but I know-- I know what you're feeling. I may have never experienced it but I know you're doubting yourself and judging yourself way too hard because some things are not so clear to you. Hyung, without you, what would have become of us? You are worth everything, and we deserved you, so please don't say you don't deserve to be with us. You were the one who was behind Suho-hyung who was behind us as well. You were the one who kept us upright with your strength as an individual. You were like the wall who kept our leader upright. You helped him make us alright, hyung." Baekhyun breathed, emotions awakening but he controlled them; craning Minseok's head up so the older was facing him because Minseok gazed downwards. "Hyung, without you, what do you think will become of us? You can sing, and can easily become a vocalist if one us are injured or sick. You can rap -- you have always been EXO's rapper, and you'll always be a rapper even if you don't have bars of your own. You can dance -- hyung, you're one of the best dancers of EXO! To think that you got solo dances of your own, that proves your worth. So stop, stop crying,"

Minseok cried harder, too emotional to even say anything. He was bing enlightened with the things he's too confused to know. He was assured that he was worth it, but what should he do with the information? It hurts him so much. His chest feels heavy.

"You know what, you should go take a shower now," Baekhyun suggested and drew his hands away from Minseok's face. "Afterwards, let's chill with the others in Hongdae. You could use some of it."

Exo When Jealous

Junmyeon

He will be very mature about it. Junmyeon will asses the situation and think about what he will say to you before confronting you. He will listen to your side of the story and then decide how he will react from there. If he sees you with someone else and is REALLY jealous, he will not hesitate to confront you and figure out what's going on. Junmyeon is not the type to repress, so he will talk it out with you because he trusts and respects you.

Baekhyun

Uh oh, watch out! Baekhyun is a grudge holder. He is carefully watching you from across the room, taking in every detail. If he considers something to cross the line, he is by your side in an instant. He probably won't initially confront the person flirting with you. Instead he will put his arm around you hoping the other person gets the hint. Expect him to act like nothing is wrong in the moment. But, Baekhyun will probably bring it up months later during an argument.

Chanyeol

According to Chanyeol - he didn't see anything. He is always trying to maintain a laidback, cheerful demeanor, so he will act as though everything is ok. However, he is feeling threatened. If someone is flirting with you at a party, he will watch you out of the corner of his eye, but still joke around with his friends. If he ends up confronting the person flirting with you, he’ll try to make a joke to lighten the tension - even though his blood is boiling.

Kyungsoo

Poor Kyungsoo is doubting himself if he sees someone flirting with you. Immediately he thinks of all of his own shortcomings and wonders why you are with someone else and not beside him. He is non-confrontational and would try to pull you away with an excuse like “I need to tell you something” or “can you help me with something”. In most situations I don’t see him bringing it up again because he would have figured he was just overthinking things. However, if he does need to talk it out he would be very mature about it. First he would tell you how he feels and then listen to your side of the story.

Jongin

Angry # 1. Not at you - mostly at himself and the situation. He is quietly seething while watching you with someone else. Jongin is frustrated with himself for not standing up to the person who’s flirting with you because he’s non-confrontational. Also, he may want you to pick up that he uncomfortable and to tell the person who’s flirting with you to go away. He does repress his feelings so he’ll hold on to them and push them back into the deepest part of his mind. Next time someone flirts with you, that resentment will re-emerge on the surface - and there’s no telling what he may do.

Sehun

Angry #2. Sehun’s pride is hurt and he’s mad. If someone is flirting with you at an event or social gathering with people he knows, he will definitely be uncomfortable (maybe even a bit embarrassed). He will try to brush it off, but he has a limit. He will pull you away (not caring about the other person😅) and ask you what’s going on. He would be less mad at you and more mad about not maintaining a chill, laidback image. He trusts you, but alarms start sounding off in his head when he sees you with someone else.

Minseok

He would initially be very mature about it and respectfully confront the person flirting with you. But after... whew. Expect this moody man to give you the cold shoulder. He will be annoyed at the situation and need to to calm down and sort out his feelings before speaking with you. Throughout the night, when you try to speak with him expect one word answers like “yeah” and “mhm”. Or he’ll just ignore you entirely. Again, he tries to mature about it (because he definitely knows when he’s being dramatic) but will not be able to shake his bad mood.

Yixing

Yixing understands that you’re an attractive person and people are gonna flirt with you. He trusts you to make decisions for yourself and stand up for yourself. However, if you need him - he’s there in an instant. If he is jealous, he will talk to you about it, especially about the things which made him uncomfortable. He’ll work to come to a compromise with you, because he understands that this will happen.

Jongdae

He is another to talk it through. Jongdae has similar thoughts to Yixing. You’re an adult who can make their own decisions and he trusts you enough to stay faithful to him. People flirt with him too, and he will want you to have faith in him. But, since he is so trusting, if something were to happen which was over the line, he will never forget it. In fact, it may end the relationship. It will take something drastic to get to that point though. He’s not usually jealous - but he is prone to cutting people off entirely if they cross him (so don’t 😩).

Inception - Chapter Five

"This can't be... I-I can't be.." Hongjoong chokes out. He suddenly felt like he couldn't breath. Seonghwa quickly walks over to hold the smaller male. "Shh it's okay. It's okay. Calm down." He says in a soft tone. "I can't be a hybrid. No.. Hakjoon. I thought he was... my dad. W-why would mom hide my real father from me?" Hongjoong sobs out. Others look at their small mate as he cried. All Seonghwa could do was hug the smaller male and comfort him through words. After Hongjoong had calmed down a bit Mingi took the smaller from Seonghwa holding him close. "Is there... is there anything more?" Hongjoong asked sniffing. "The next pages are empty. I don't think your mom wrote anything more." Yeosang says. The remaining pages were blank.

"Why wasn't my own father there for me? Why did mom lied to me? Why?" Hongjoong asks to no one in particular. "There are no answers. But we can track down the witch Choi Haeju. If she is even alive that is." Jongho says sighing. "How do we even track her? It's not like we used to know her or something." San says frustrated ruffling his hair. "..Baekhyun hyung! Maybe he can help us." Mingi suggest. Hongjoong looks at him questioningly. "You are right. Baekhyun hyung is half witch. So he might know Choi Haeju or know someone who in turn knows Choi Haeju. Also we need to know about vampire wolf hybrids. Baekhyun hyung's help is what we need." Seonghwa said. "I will call them." Wooyoung offers as he goes away to call Baekhyun.

EXO pack house members comes shortly after they were informed that Hongjoong and others needed their help. They all sat on the living room. Some on the couch. Others on the floor as Seonghwa explained to everyone what had happened and what they have found out. Baekhyun was shocked. "But luna.. we never knew luna even had another mate." Baekhyun says his eyes wide. "How could she let anyone know... You know how it was between vampire and werewolves at that time." Sehun mumbles. Baekhyun sighs. "Finding the said witch is easy. But I am more worried about Hongjoong." Baekhyun says looking at Hongjoong with a concerned look. "Why?" Seonghwa asked. "You know how powerful half vampire and half wolf can be from all the stories you guys might have heard. But as it says. Most of the child dies at young age. Their fragile body unable to handle the power coursing through them." Baekhyun says taking a breath in.

"But they are more dangerous. Not just because of the powers. But also because being a mate of a vampire and werewolf hybrid means you get more power too. What I am trying to say is. When you all complete the mating process you all will become stronger than you already are. It is a blessing but it is also a curse. Years ago when a vampire wolf hybrid is born and if they were able to live until the age where they mature then people would fight. To have them as their. So that they can get the power which comes with being a vampire wolf hybrid's mate." Baekhyun says leaving everyone stunned. "The last known vampire wolf hybrid who was able to live till the day of maturation was from 200 years ago. He died after his mate died." Chanyeol says frowning. "Do you think someone knows? That I am half vampire..." Hongjoong asked nervous. "I don't think so. I mean even you didn't knew about yourself." Jongin says. "Unless. Someone managed to find out your mother had two mates. One of their being a vampire. And that you were the vampire's son." Kyungsoo says.

"Should I tell you about your father? Lee Seokjoon?" Minseok asked Hongjoong hesitantly. "You know about him?" The younger asked. "I don't know much to be honest. I only know that he is still alive. Till now. And it raises the question on why he never tried to find you. We can only know more when we find Choi Haeju." Minseok says sadly. "Hyung do you really think I have a vampire blood in me? It's just... I just never had any signs of me being half vampire." Hongjoong says frowning trying to think of anything weird. "I think your parents kept your vampire side surpressed. In order to keep your identity hidden." Chen answers. Hongjoong nods in understanding. "So let's start some investigation shall we." Suho says trying to lighten up the mood a bit. "I will go outside and call all my witch friends one by one and ask them about Choi Haeju. Chanyeol. Sehun follow me. You two are going to help." Baekhyun says as he goes out with Sehun and Chanyeol following behind. "Come on up with me Hongjoong. Let's have some private time." Kyungsoo says smiling. Hongjoong nods standing up helping the heavily pregnant male upstairs to his room while other stayed behind.

"Hmm they prepared your room so well." Kyungsoo hums impressed as he looks around the room. Hongjoong smiles. "Yeah they made sure everything were to my liking." He says. "Come on sit down." Kyungsoo says as he sat down on the bed patting on the space beside him. Hongjoong obeys sitting down beside the older. "What do you think about the boys till now?" Kyungsoo asked referring to Seonghwa and the other six alphas. "They are really nice. I am glad that I have them as my mates. They are everything I could ask for." Hongjoong says with a blush. "That they are. They are going to start wanting to mate you anytime now. But don't mate with them all at once. Mating bite is too hard to handle. And you can't get seven mating bites all at once. It will be too much for your body and for your wolf. So go for one at a time." Kyungsoo advices. Hongjoong nods.

Kyungsoo breathes out as he rubs his baby bump. "I swear I am never going to let Jongin touch me after this." He grumbled when he felt the baby kick hard. Hongjoong laughs at that. "What is pregnancy like?" He asks curious. "Both heaven and hell. Knowing that you are carrying a child. A symbol of the love between you and your mate. The feeling is amazing. Knowing that the child is your and your mate's blood. When I look at myself in the mirror I feel proud of myself. I feel happy knowing that me and mate have went through lots of hardship and thatnwe finally having a family of our own. It's heaven. But then it's hell. The pain that comes with pregnancy. The exhaustion. The mood swings. Yet all of these are going to be worth it at the end. I am excited to welcome our baby into this world." Kyungsoo says with a smile.

Hongjoong looks at the older and he feels the need to have a baby of himself. "I wish to be mother too." He mumbles. "You will be a great one that I am sure." Kyungsoo says. "Can I touch?" Hongjoong asked referring to the baby bump. "Oh yes of course." Kyungsoo said nodding. Hongjoong brought his hands up placing it on the baby bump. His eyes widening when he felt the baby kick right against his hands. "Woah so active. What's the gender?" He asks in wonder. "It's a girl." Kyungsoo says smiling. "She is going to be everyone's sweetheart." Hongjoong chuckles. "And stuck with a overprotective father who will scare away her mate." Kyungsoo says both of then bursting out laughing at the thought.

Suddenly the door opens and Baekhyun comes running inside. "I have found! Choi Haeju." he said, a victorious smile on his face as he showed them the address where Haeju was staying. Hongjoong didn't knew how to react. He was happy that they found her but also nervous to find out whatever he was going to find out about his parents and himself. 'I am going to face whatever it is. I have my alphas with me.' He thought to himself. Feeling better knowing that he was not going to be alone. "Let's go now. I want to talk to her today. Now." Hongjoong says. He was going to find out what had happened to his parents no matter what.

Now onto our beans!! First monsta x, ahhhh just, perfection. Literally monsta x always delivers with perfect style and music. Legit if you want some mafia themes with some sxhmexy spice then monsta x is for you lol. I'm a bit sad to shownu didn't join the promos *sigh* but i understand! Hyungwon and jooheon did a great job covering his part (which I was surprised to hear their vocals because usually in my experience they would either lip sing to the backing track or leave the spot empty for the missing member so to hear them sing was a surprise!) No wins sadly but its alright, the boys did amazing nonetheless and am proud of them! Fjakdjak me with secrets as well. I'm bopping and am thinking 'wait, why do I understand what they are singing' then I noticed it was in English as well haha. Gambler is on repeat alot I just cannot get enough of it

Now onto exo, the kings. The legends, the boys are back *insert the boys are back from hsm3* this comeback is everything. I legit cannot say anything bad about the title track nor bsides, they are all great and fun to listen to! No skips, the fact they even worked on it to make it like a gift for the fans. I'm going to cry ndkajdja. CAN WE TALK ABOUT LAY VEING FULLY HERE LIKE !?!? HELLO MISTER LAY, WELCOME BACK! I legit thought this would be like tempo but worse because while news was saying a 'full' exo comeback, no news for lay for a while and while I was happy to see his teasers (forever am salty we only have one album of lay at all which is the jewel case version. I understand things might be tricky but still ya know?) I was fishy lol. I had no trust with sm but to our surprise we hear lay more properly. Sure he could have more lines but he isn't pulling an nct winwin so I'm not complaining!! I will take this over tempo lol. Apparently they shot the mv during minseok and his bday so that made me extra soft, exo won over butter so I'm happy dancing. As they should, as they should. Records were broken so all I can say is stan exo for a better life I guess.

Now seventeen!! Its finally comeback time so thoughts on the comeback? Ngl I at first didn't bop to ready to love, I feel bad because always their comebacks were ones I always enjoyed and liked right away but yet, this time around I watched the mv and listened to the song and was sitting there confused like ??? That was all, I felt a bit like there was something missing within the song but I couldn't tell what and it was bugging me for a week njdjajd. However, I had the song on repeat and it grew on me!! Which is very much ok I think, while I did feel bad, im human and we all have different tastes and not everyone will like title tracks! The chorus is super catchy and the guitar? I think it is the guitar lol, that you hear is fantastic. I still think the song is missing something but this might be just me being nit picky. It is a huge summer bop, very much fitting for seventeen.

WELL. I don't really vibe with this comeback tbh idk RTL sounded good in the teasers but then the mv dropped and the album dropped and I- idk i wasn't feeling it (not gonna lie and say i haven't been singing the "runaway" part on repeat in my head FOR DAYS) but idk it doesn't feel like a seventeen song if that makes sense??? as for the rest of the album...I only like Anyone tbh...I feel bad for not vining with the rest but as you said we're human so all we have to do is wait for the next comeback! not gonna talk about the mv bc it was pretty meh for my taste tbh (coming from home; run... now they give me super saturated images, no story and a rain scene that makes it impossible to even see the members...) but yeah also it's so sad all that's happened during this comeback period... first minghao not being able to participate on the choreo, then the covid and quarantine thing not allowing them to step out of their rooms for ten day right after they had their first offline fansign with carats and now coups falling and injuring himself and not being able to end promotions on a high note... this comeback feels kind of cursed :(( but after all they seem happy so that's what really matters! (I'm living for seungkwan's ending fairy moments tbh lmaooo)

Fans really enjoyed interactions with your group and Exo as you were the most popular gg out at that moment and they were the biggest boy group out. There were rumours you guys were dating but they were much further fueled when he loudly shouted when you did one of his high notes, to which he quickly realised what he did and put his head down smiling in embarrassment*
