I always wanted to build a nice gym on Windenburg, but always felt underwhelmed by the lack of workout options in the game. However, after seeing this new CrossFit Set by @syboubou, inspiration hit me like a train! I made sure to include as many activities as possible! And of course, there's a Simsbucks Coffee Shop next to the gym for the after-workout section - because at this point, I'm filling the worlds with as much as I can of it, so it feels like a real franchise LOL.

HOW TO MAKE IT FUNCTIONAL:

In order to make all the equipment functional at the gym, you have to install the Let's Get Fit Mod, by Cepzid & Hakrabr. With this mod, your sims will be able to use dumbbells, barbells, stationary bikes, etc. Here's a full review video I recommend you watch to see what the mod looks like in the game.

If you want a more immersive experience with this lot, I highly suggest you to download LittleMsSam's Auto Employees Mod. With this mod, NPCs will automatically work at the lot, once you place the correct object for them to appear.

"the new sports center" is a new and state-of-the-art construction in Windenburg

you can play any type of sport, and also relax. There is space for the children outside and they certainly won't be bored while you are exercising

as soon as you enter you can already see the modern design of the structure, and you can also relax in the various training rooms

there is a room reserved for meditation

upstairs there is an area to have a snack, and the yoga area with meditation area, but not only that, there is also space to train in climbing

you can't see it in the photos but there are also two rooms dedicated to massages. In the circular structure, which is connected to the main one with an underground staircase, is the fitness centre. Below ground there are changing rooms and a sauna.

Andres Dagon grew up in party city of Windenburg, surrounded by the rhythms of music, the energy of dance and endless partying. From a young age, Andres was captivated by the art of movement. His parents are both lawyers, but always supported their son's choice, to dance. As a teenager he joined a local dance crew and quickly became known for his talent and dedication. They were taking a part in lots of dancing competitions. The boy spent hours practicing different dance styles, immersing himself in the world of performance. The dancing has become the meaning of life for Andres. He started to teach others the dancing styles at the local art school not long ago. During free time Andres hangs out with the crew, partying and having a good time if you know what I mean. The other free days he just chills at home, now having not a really good time after partying and attends gym later. By the way, Andres lives alone after inhereted grandfather's house near Windenburg. Andres wants to make a family one day, in fact he has a great start, but no one's around him. The crew of course is there for Andres, they are great friends, but it's about the true love and feelings. Being a party animal, Andres had lots of fleeting affairs, nothing serious though. It has been okay till recent days and to be honest our guy, since he saw Julia, he couldn't stop thinking about her. Is it love from first sight or another fleeting affair?

Windenburg Bluffs - Part 1

Hey all! I'm back after a short break. I'm happy to share with you the final version of my build on the big lot on Windenburg's Crumbling Isle. This is the second large build I've done on this lot and I absolutely adore it. For this build I was inspired to create a larger version of my previous build on the beach nearby. My reference for the house was a real life modern farmhouse in California. I made it my own but kept many of the same elements. My favorite architectural elements are the skylights and the pergolas. I really love this style and am planning another smaller build on the island in Windenburg to round out this series before trying something different. For the interior, I wanted it to be modern but feel very inviting and comfortable. This home has 5 bedrooms. One of which is a large suite in the main structure with a walk-in closet and spacious bathrooms. Three additional bedrooms are located in a separate structure across from the pool, and a final bedroom is in the basement. The home features a pool, gym, sauna, theater room, artist's studio, and additional recreational rooms in the basement. There is also a detached garage.
