Evento Microsoft, Setembro 2023 - Surface e Microsoft Copilot

A Microsoft realizou hoje um evento onde mostrou os seus novos dispositivos Surface para o segmento doméstico e profissional. Os novos dispositivos têm especificações actualizadas e possuem novas funcionalidades, com especial destaque para a produtividade e acessibilidade.

Neste mesmo evento, foi anunciada a integração de inteligência artificial com o sistema operativo Windows 11 e várias das suas diversas aplicações de software, incluindo as do pacote de produtividade Microsoft 365.

Com a designação de “Microsoft Copilot”, a inteligência artificial (IA) desta ferramenta permite inúmeras possibilidades e funcionalidades na utilização diária do sistema operativo Windows.

A próxima actualização de sistema, disponível a partir de 26 de Setembro de 2023, incluirá no Windows 11 a nova ferramenta integrada de IA.

Norton 360 - eine herbe Enttäuschung

Ich nutze seit ca. 20 Antivirus Software. Zum Jahresende ist mein Abo abgelaufen und ich wollte mal einen anderen Dienst nutzen. Verlockendes Angebot: 5 Rechner für 29,99 mit VPN. Ich habe zwar nur 2 Rechner, aber Okay, die Einzelplatzversion wäre genauso teuer gewesen.

Schon schnell tauchen gravierende Nutzungsprobleme auf:

- VPN kann nicht aktiviert werden - ich hatte einen 1. Virenbefall, den Norton nicht “retten” konnte (zum Glück konnte ich ein recht aktuelles Windowsbackup zurückspielen) - der Support meldet sich nicht auf meine Hilfeanfrage - heute zeigt der PASSWORT-MANAGER wieder Fehler an, unmöglich es zu gebrauchen - kürzlich eine 2. Trojaner, der mein Google Browser verseucht hat, auch hier hat Norton geschlafen, nichts gestoppt, nichts beseitigt

Fazit: die Firma Norton streicht wohl weltweit viele Nutzungsgebühren ein, liefert aber eines der schwächsten AV Programme, die ich jemals verwendet habe. Von Service kann keine Rede sein, ich habe mehrfach Kontakt aufgenommen (sofern das überhaupt möglich ist), aber nie eine Rückmeldung über das fehlerhafte und mangelhafte Produkt erhalten.

Ich meinen Lesern von Norton 360 abraten. Bitte sucht euch ein anderes Produkt!
