I had… a weird thought the other day, which was “Oh in Winx there are two main fairies from Earth and they have like complete opposite roles, what if they switched places” so here’s Bloom as a teenager who finds out she’s a fairy and Roxy as an adult who will have to train her. Also featuring Selina, who I remembered existed AFTER I started drawing, she’s there too but if she’s a fairy or not is a mystery in this AU.

Featuring aroace Roxy, service-dog-in-training Artu, and slight redesigns for all three of them. Selina and Bloom share star decals (I thought it was cute) but Selina is already starting to take on design traits from her older form.

This AU would take place in 2009, the same time the OG Season 4 came out, which is why Roxy’s got a flip phone.

Decided to draw The Gals of @not-officialfanbug’s Roxy Chronicles!

Been in a weird art block lately and thought they were cute so it might be fun to try doing something spontaneous and purely for fun:)

I'd love to know if you've planned to include Selina! I kinda see her as a part of the Wizards of the Black Circle, at least like an apprentice.

She and Roxy gould go from enemies to lovers.

i personally dont have any personal connection to selina, so i'm not really gonna include her in my rewrite, BUT the idea of her being an apprentice to the wizards as a foil to roxy being an apprentice of the winx is really cool.

i guess i sort of accidentally gave that role to nabu in a way tho, and i dont think the wizards would have a female apprentice (they suck)

i had an idea of giving Selina a cameo as Lucy's cousin but it seems kind of lame so idk

Here is my finished coloring of me, Nove, and Bee's art trade! The theme was unpopular favs, Nove sketched Selina, Bee lined her, and I colored!! I think she came out looking super cool!

Weeny little redesigns

Acheron

(and the legendarium ig)

Acheron has light tan skin, glowing yellow eyes, a crooked pointy nose, and a black goatee. He has black marks (which might be Kohl) around his eyes with triangular black marks on its edges.

Acheron was a sorcerer researcher long ago, who was endlessly curious about myths and stories of all the planets of the magical universe. He found an entrance to the imaginary dimension and became obsessed. He created the legendarium as a magical link between the imaginary world and the real world, and he travels between planets to connect the stories in the book to the places they match with the best. This brought forth a turbulent time in history, where mythic creatures ravaged the magix dimension. Acheron didnt realise the damage he had done, only wanting to bring the mythical creatures into the magix dimension to share them with everyone. 

Because of that, the 7 ancestral fairies (long said to be the first company of light) go into the mythic dimension to learn about it and they gain mythix after putting all their magic energy into random objects they found (becoming the mythix wands) afterwards they trapped acheron back in his own book (this was after he realised he could basically ransom the entire magic dimension). before slowly trapping all the creatures back in the dimension they came from. And because they were worried that he would escape, they used their entire life force to trap him specifically in the pages of the legendarium (not even the mythic dimension, they basically trap him in a piece of paper), leaving their wands behind for future generations in case (its basically a failsafe for the legendarium in case it is misused ever again)

This final fight happened on earth in egypt and thus, thousands of years later The Legendarium was kept in the lost Library of Alexandria, until it was discovered by the Fairy Godmother Eldora and her protege Selina. 

Acheron was able to convince Selina to help free him by promising her power and revenge on bloom, transforming Selina into the "Witch of Snakes". One night, Selina stole the Legendarium from Eldora and fled with it, beginning her quest to release Acheron from its pages. And becoming the keeper of the legendary dimension. The keeper of the Legendarium can summon any number of wild creatures from the book just by reading it out loud.

It was owned by Selina, which she usually shrinks and hangs it on the belt around her skirt. The book was used to help the Trix during Selina's time with them. 

By the end of Season 6, Bloom traps the Trix inside the mythic dimension. Selina then locks the Legendarium and returns it back to Eldora.

Winx, The Roxy Chronicles: High Witches

I'm getting somewhere with the High Witch designs at last. Going more "classic witch" with the look. Long robes, a funny hat etc

Not their final looks obviously, but I've finally reached a point where I LIKE where the designs are going

the relationship i have w these two daughters of mine completely changed in the making of this. i hope they fail school & get expelled. anyway here's their enchantix. i never wanna look at them again

Eldora has been completely changed. Once a powerful fairy and even a member of the company of light a while back. However, after receiving a strange premonition one day she moved to Earth. Some years after she meets Mike and Vanessa and helps her set up her flower shop. Afterwards when they adopt Bloom, Eldora is given title of “fairy godmother” by Bloom and is the resident babysitter for her and her friends. It’s during this time that she seals her magic away and begins to age normally.

Anyway don’t mind the fact that Vanessa’s in like a completely different art style
