Someone tell me how an electrophysiologist can review the results of my 24-hr Holter Monitor (it was the CAM monitor, wireless version, if that means anything to anyone), see that my heart rate went up to 150 bpm despite having the activity level of a sloth, and say "Everything looks great!" on the report. I sent a message to the GP who originally said I have POTS to see how to proceed from here, see if I need a Tilt Table Test to confirm (or if we're just going to diagnose off of my recorded symptoms) and how to treat my current issues as clearly it's not solely a caffeine issue like the ER suggested.
My EKG in the ER: -shows a potentially enlarged heart, sinus tachycardia- ER Doc: Looks fine, no concerns!
Holter Monitor: -heart rate goes to 150 bpm just from standing- Electrophysiologist: Looks alright to me!
