Our very first picture book biography recommendation, and it's a doozy! #tbt to part one of the Muslim Women in S.T.E.M. Series. Amina Jama is a 24 year old Somali PhD student studying Chemical Biology at Imperial College university in London. She has completed a 4 year integrated master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Queen Mary university in London. Last year she finished a master’s in research in chemical biology at Imperial. She is currently in the first year of her PhD.
