Everyone must be like listening to music, whatever the genres and the languages. But I found only some people like listening to music while studying or working. Some people think that listening to music while studying or working are disturbing. But the fact is there are some music that can increase our concentration and some can relief stress.

It all started when I was in high school and I was studying math for exam. At that time, the atmosphere of my home was not conducive for me to study. I decided to listening to music so the back sound of my home lost by the music I listened to. However, I felt that the music were disturbing me studying because I sang along and not focus on studying.

Because I was listening music from Youtube, so I immediately search ‘music for concentrating’ on Youtube. Maybe it sound weird, but that’s the keyword that I typed. Then it showed many videos of music for concentrating, studying, stress relief, even brain power. I clicked one of them that titled ‘3 Hour Brain Power Study Music: Nature Sounds, Focus Music, Studying Music, Work Music’ from YellowBrickCinema - Relaxing Music channel and I never regret it.

The first time I listened to that music, I felt so lucky because I finally could focus on studying math at that time. The duration of music is 3 hours and I spent 2 hours for studying but didn’t realize that I have spent a lot of time which is I have successfully focus on studying.

So, if you want to focus on studying or working; or for having a better sleep, you can listening to relaxing, soothing, or studying music on Youtube or other sources that can help you with your problem.
