♥️ Just another day for you and me in paradise :) We had no plans for today but ended up kayaking in a beautiful lake and found hidden caves and waterfalls - still haven't capsized, go us! - then had another go at surfing which was hilarious again. Lots of GoPro footage of Karl falling while I cry laughing and me managing to stand for about 4 seconds! Woo! T1:- Time to arrive to the table is just as important as the meal itself.  We will evaluate time from order to eat, as well as freshness of the burger.

T2:- Temperature is not only important to reduce the risk of bacteria growth but also for the overall eating experience. 

T3:- Texture and mouth feel of a meal can have just as much impact as the taste. The bun, meat, salads and the amount of sauce used all play a part in this T. 

T4:- Taste is the number one deciding factor when rating a burger.  All ingredients and condiments are rated and collated to achieve this rating.

T5:- Tummy health is important for long term health, but in the short term it can be the difference between a lovely night out, and a night in the bathroom.  How easily a burger is digested and how it leaves you feeling is the final T in the T5.

Texture:- How firm is the bun, the meat and the salads.

Taste:- The ultimate decider, how does the burger taste?

Tummy:- No one likes an upset stomach, we factor in how well the burger sits after its been eaten.
