dethklok plays WoW

Nathan - main tank. Horde of course. Probably orc. His only toon. Absolutely a blood death knight both for aesthetic and because you know he's pulling top dps in addition to holding agg on everything in the room. Guild leader, does not take his title seriously but will still kick your ass if you bail on raid night. likes pvp but prefers pve

Pickles - plays mostly trolls, has 2 or 3 toons, probably also has an ugly forsaken and an ugly goblin (although goblin is a later race so depends on the year). Cat druid, often forced to spec into healing because mythic dungeons are only 5 man. But prefers to be cat or combat rogue. Incredible dps when he's allowed to do dps. not nurturing at all as a healer, WILL let you die if you piss him off (unless you're Nathan, but Nathan never dies). loves both pvp and pve but gets super steamed during pvp

Skwisgaar - paladin paladin paladin. Belf, of course. has secret female alts as well as secret ally alts. constantly adding his girlfriends to the guild and taking shit from the bank without asking. But he doesn't get in trouble because his dps is second to none - topping the charts even over Nathan. Ret pally, could technically heal with holy but his dps is just so insane that they can't afford to have him healing. pvp is beneath him

Toki - altaholic. Lots of female toons, lots of ally toons, gets bullied for both. Really wants to main a hunter so he can have a bunch of cute animal companions (and because it would be easier dps) but the others say that's gay so his main is a frost DK. the others make him spec into unholy because his crowd control brings clusters together so that Skwis and Nathan can wipe them out. So, so fucking angry that he never gets to do any actual dps because his plagues never get the chance to stack - and despite knowing it's a DOT issue the others clown on him for being the absolute bottom of the dps chart. pvp is too hard for him, no one protects him and everyone picks on him

Murderface - orc arms warrior and tauren fury warrior, dps but mostly off tank. makes cringe jokes (abt both native americans and milking) if tauren. One secret ally toon (human no less), also a warrior, that he uses to /walk around stormwind and RP badly. constantly brags about his dps but he's actually garbage, only above toki. makes a big deal out of his rank in the guild but he actually has no bank privileges. loves self harm through pvp

Charles - undead disc priest. a few alts, equal numbers male and female but almost all undead. probably a GM. heals when pickles is on dps and there's room or in a raid setting. guild treasurer, full bank permissions, has to constantly police the boys and spends thankless hours filling the bank back up with pots, food, etc. Also in charge of recruiting, so he should just be guild lead at this point but he dutifully never complains :) plays an affliction warlock and a couple rogues (combat and assassination) on a different server, when the boys give him one free fucking moment to do his own thing

Magnus - used to be a super powerful destro warlock that matched skwisgaar in dps. was super involved in the guild, help build it into what it was, contributed lots of materials, consumables, and money to the bank. Recruited some of their best players. after a horrific falling out (he was the asshole in the situation; controlling, etc) he was kicked from the guild and replaced. has since (due to wotlk) abandoned his warlock for a death knight. now he has a forever grudge and badmouths dethklok any chance he gets, but the majority of the server knows he's the drama so he has trouble finding others to play with. because of this he's been forced to switch over to alliance side. hence he falls in with...

MMA & the revengencers: MMA is yet another DK, probably blood, guild lead of the revengencers - rival guild to dethklok, constantly butting heads with them in pvp, ganking their low level members/alts, just generally being a nuisance. MMA wants revenge for Nathan (with the help of GM charles) getting his OG account banned

Edgar - human arcane mage main ("actually, the rotation is quite simple"). has lots of female alts. treasurer of the revengencers, takes everything way way way too seriously. Definitely works for blizzard or is a GM. very tense, sometimes outright hostile, relationship with Charles despite being essentially coworkers. "umm you sir have won the internet" "updoot" guy in chat. full collection of mounts, even the rare and/or limited edition ones

I forgot to post this over here but! WoW AU Minfilia from October 2023. I directly combined elements from her ARR outfit, her HvW-onward hairstyle, and a WoW transmog I made for her using primarily WotLK and Legion gear. I have a ton of lore for her in the AU I'm cooking that I won't put here but like... trust me.

This is Akaji. My shaman, yes, I decided to touch the shaman finally because I'm not in the druid mood right now.

Think he'll be a cloth shaman. Stupid, yes, but

1. I want to make my own armor and gather mats for it, too, and don't really see this guy mining metals. I'm not saying that he's a gentle and fragile flower, but I'm not sure he's a "get hands dirty and calloused without a really good reason" type... So maybe he is a gentle and fragile flower after all, by troll standards. Can't see him skinning everything he kills, either, just enough to make boots.

2. Mail armor jingles like a pocketful of change and it's PISSING ME OFF. That's the main reason.

3. It's not like I'll trouble anyone with my choice. Can't mess up someone's dungeon run if I don't plan on teaming up anyway.

As for why I'm playing a shaman at all. Well. Was always hunter or warlock, recently druid too, buuuut. Well. I think I'll keep my hunter back on the WotLK server and assume he maybe didn't even survive to this time because I've been him for a looong time. Kinda tired. Still like him, but new times, new trolls.

Warlocks... Not fond of the idea of a troll warlock. Not fond of the looks of orcs. Got trouble taking goblins seriously except as rogues. Elves are too... Elves (and what more reason can you need). And I'm not so fond of the undead anymore (because. You know. Not. My. Warchief). Like, the warlock and warrior I got back on WotLK are fine, but running around the starter location, hearing "Victory for Sylvanas" on every corner again? Ew.

And the druid. Look. I love my stupid kitty-troll (or maybe he's a smart kitty-troll. Dude's an alchemist. That takes brains). But I want mounts and even if mounts can be faster than travel form it just still strikes me as excessive. So I gotta have a character that I WILL be getting mounts for in addition to the one that'll probably stay on his own feet/hooves/fins/wings.

GOOD QUESTION it really depends on what expansion im playing

with vanilla, i've really enjoyed rogue and warlock. with rogue i can avoid a lot of mobs + eventually i have enough abilities to kill super quickly warlock is fun to play with my sister (who has a mage) because we have this fuck ass rotation that we do together that lets us mow shit down (i cant remember it right now rip)

with cataclysm all i ever play is warrior. once you get victory rush youre undefeatable you can just keep getting health back and nearly one-shotting stuff its fun

with every other expansion (the only other two i actually played were wotlk and legion) i just play druid ive been a feral druid main since i was 8 or 9

You want to avoid that ability

Shaw has a hard time engaging with normal activities or hobbies. There are very, very few things Shaw comfortably does for 'fun', since growing up, any if not all of his interests were weaponized in some way.

Young Mathias gained an interest in art? Good, Pathonia encourages it -- you'll need that to be able to draw locations you scout, capture the faces of suspects, log key details about certain items and places, etc. (Remember that the camera wasn't invented until roughly WotLK)

Mathias likes climbing tries and running around in nature? Good! Pathonia urges him to perfect this skill -- a decent rogue and spy should be able to hide in the shrubbery and scale these trees and make this environment his own. He'd make efficient assassinations in this type of terrain.

Mathias finds an interest in birds? Cool, we'll get you set up with the best Falconers -- the SI:7 and Guild utilizes falcons and hawks for their missions, if you like birds then it should be easy to have this skill.

Mathias finds a knack for tracking animals and following them (not to hunt, but just to watch) around the woods just for fun? Good. Use that to kill a man.

Any interest was repurposed. Running, climbing, swimming, hunting, art, music, birds, everything was twisted to serve in his training as Spymaster. Scarcely anything he does is just for himself -- there was always a way to repurpose it for something that actually matters.

Right now, there are probably only four small things he does that hadn't been repurposed, and are things he does for himself: bird watching, whittling, feeding alley cats, and reading novels. And this is mostly because there's no real way to weaponize such things anyways.

So, if he ever engages in a new activity, it makes him antsy if it's not productive, if it's not serving Stormwind or his function in some manner.

So the new WoW xpac hits tonight and I've decided I'm gonna get back into it... for a bit at least. The question is, what to play? I have a lock and a hunter at 50 from when I briefly played BFA, but I dont know if either of those particularly interest me so I'm open to suggestions. I have a level up token that came with the purchase of the new xpac so I can literally have any class at 50. So let's go down the list and I'll give my thoughts.

Warrior: I have no strong feelings about this class. They seem smashy which I'm cool with but I'm worried about their self sustain when solo questing.

Paladin: retadin has long been one of my favorite classes, but they are so easy to play it seems a shame to level boost one when I could be speeding through the leveling process as a draino Lite and get the heritage armor.

Rogue: I played rogue a bit back in WotLK. I have no idea if theyve changed at all. All in all a solid melee class, but i seem to remember them being a bit on the squishy side when it came to soloing.

Death Knight: aesthetically they're a fine class. Last I played, ice spec seemed a little weird, but solid all around. My issue with them is they have that silly ass intro questline which takes hours and I've done like 12 times.

Demon Hunter: similar complaint to DK vis a vis the intro questline. I've done it before and wish I could skip it. I cannot abide the purple rage bat and wish he stayed dead in BC.

Hunter: I got one. They're aight. Solid solo class but I dunno if I'd say I enjoy it.

Warlock: same as hunter.

Monk: I dunno this class so like. They seem like a fine enough melee class. I'm mostly interesting in something good for solo questing to see the world so the ability to tank or heal aren't super interesting to me.

Priest: last time I played priest, I hated it. Granted this was around cata but like. I'm not a fan of the WoW theory of healing and shadow spec bored me. It's possible they made it more interesting but...

Shaman: I used to main ele shaman during ulduar. That was a lot of fun. I dunno how they play nowadays tho. Last time I played Shaman, I did enhancement and it felt awkward and clunky. This was during cata tho so they may have made it cleaner.

Durid: if I'm gonna make a durid I'm gonna make a kul tiran for the boss ass wicker beasts, but I've got a bit of work ahead of me to unlock them. (Yeah, I'm going ally side. I've been a hordie for ages but the friends whose guild I'm crashing are ally side so...)

Mage: a solid choice, I suppose. I dunno how their self sustain is nowadays, but in the olden days they had magic shields and the universal o shit button that is invis. I leery of going clothy tho because I kinda feel like I want to play something a little meatier.

I think that's all the classes? I'm kinda trying to earmark some classes to level old school to get the heritage armor for each new race. I.e. kul tiran durid, but I've got some wiggle room there.

While they don't have a Mortal Strike effect they do possess a fair amount of power, however, when they don't have any stones left then their damage is manageable. The only time prot warriors are able to demolish targets is towards the close of the expansion when they've got an armor Pen Set that gives them 100% armor penetration WoTLK Gold for sale. aware that most Prot Warriors don't have any gear for PvP, so casting casters are able to eliminate their abilities since they possess little to no resilience.

You have extra mats to create a few parts of gear

It could be in quests or even playing level at dungeons in heroics that aren't faction-related. Tabare equipped WoTLK Gold. However, the most important one , and one that you're likely to expect is the forever belt buckle that everyone is wearing is playing, whether an old main second or 20. If you will wear an item of belt during your life, it's likely to have several belts with max levels and every single one of them has only a buckle up to provide an additional socket and material costs aren't too bad. All you need is an eternal Earth shadow and water.

In addition to saronite bars This can be simple when the time is right. simply purchase the mats, make the buckles and earn the profit obviously you'd always need to confirm this prior to purchasing or using resting XPS gold or a system that will reveal which items are the most profitable to purchase the materials from the Auction House and craft cheeky plugs in the description below for blacksmithing. However, belt buckles would be my priority. However, if you have extra mats to create a few parts of gear, make those also. The same is true for blacksmithing.

As with tailoring for our every tear, you'll be given some extra recipes such as belts at times during Ottawa or some forge braces in the course of a conversation that you can sell for an affordable fee if obtain them early, or actually cultivate the mats and then sell the big items, since buyers will surely purchase them to ensure not repeating the same things for different professions. Leatherworking shares the same aspects that apply to buy WOW WoTLK Classic Gold it like tailor and and blacksmithing. Apart from the fact that gear is lever or mouth and aimed at specific classes and specifications like Elemental Shaman enhancement shaman hunters, rogues and Druids.

In order of creation

First off: THE BABY! My first wow character, or, first non trial account character atleast (I had like 5 trial accounts XD) 

Pronunciation: K-long U- zee

But yeah, the troll I made when I was 17 years old, 13 years ago  Im old!! From the moment I heard about Wow in middle school I was fascinated with trolls, I had a folder with every troll art I could get my hands on.

I wanted to play Wow earlier than I started, but alas, living on the northern edge of Europe and also in THE BACKWOODS of Norway, we didn’t get WI-FI until 2006-2007 and wireless in like... 2010 I think, atleast where I live

Kuzi is with few exceptions one of my most fleshed out characters, but she still surprises me from time to time.

Next up is Merche

A slightly disgruntled Paladin, and no, it’s not on account of a runaway Tank. Merche might be a Paladin, but she sometimes doubt the light’s way and struggles to be comfortable in her role, having had her training in the military she is stoic, strict and has a no nonsense personality, however she is rarely unjust and tries to be kind. Lately (and I use the term relatively) her newest project is to rekindle her relationship with an estranged sister who has a whole lotta problems.

My Death Knight Kieldaz Pronunciation: Kee-El-daz

Kieldaz (Kiel for short) is Merche’s sister. Despite being a Death Knight she’s remarkably upbeat, when she isn’t delirious from mana abuse, Kiel is a mix of gallows humor, emo kid™ and melancholy.

When Kiel was raised as a Death Knight she experienced amnesia and tried every options she came across to regain memories of her past life, finally she found a seer woman who for a pretty coin induced a trance to let Kiel look back into her locked memories, which was the first mistake, because looking back she remembered her father who wasn’t a particularly nice man and partly to blame for her dying in the first place.

Unable to cope with the memories she turned to mana abuse and somehow managed to locate Merche in a camp in Elwynn forest, the two are off to a rocky start, but they are working on it.

Also, there was a headcanon floating around Tumblr that the player model is just the ideal look for different races and there are really a lot of variations and I support that! 

“Fun” fact: Merche and Kiels father was the Draenei who killed Kuzi’s father.

Next is Sominee Stormcrow (yayy a last name!) :D

I mainly made her because why not, but she’s growing on me.

When she comes to Stormwind she is offered a room in Merche and Kiel’s little house and we’ll see how that goes.

Last, but not least, Valeeria Eveningsong.

Arriving in dusty Orgimmar from bougie Suramar, Valeeria is in for a serious lifestyle change.

Although she’s a rogue by trade she has pretty much become a sugarbaby who takes care of Kuzi’s old hut and opens the lockboxes Kuzi sends her.

I haven’t thrown away a lockbox since Wotlk... think about that!

Callahan and Samantha are twins

During WotLK Callahan fought Garmm who was still under the Lich Kings control.

Garmm has a read leather book call his book of atonement. Has a list of all the things he did when he was under mind control.

Dylan is training under the Shado-Pan to learn the art of Sub rogue.

Chow's bulked up form at first came from a brew he created, but later learned to do it without the use.

Chow and Garmm did fight each other when they first met.
