You’re My Ideal Type
Request: I’m bad at thinking or suggesting scenarios but I really want a fluffy scenario of loona Jinsoul x fem reader if u r ok with it,thanks🥺💙
Pairing: Jinsoul x Fem Reader
A/N: Never a problem, I’ve got you. I hope you like it. Feel free to request more even if you don’t have specifics, it lets me try to be more creative.
P.S I feel like it was a little rushed since I changed my mind the day of upload but I hope you like it because I’m satisfied with the concept as a whole. Also, if you can guess what song inspired this I’ll give you a virtual cookie. 💛

“Hurry up Sol unnie or we’ll be late for practice.” Jungeun called out to her friend.
The two girls along with 4 of their other teammates were going to be late to their volleyball game if they didn’t hurry. They had been caught up talking and walking like turtles when Jungeun noticed the time on her phone. So now here they were running down the hall to their locker room. As soon as they enter, they are met by their coach angrily tapping her foot and their captain Sooyoung shaking her head while pinching the bridge of her nose. They didn’t need words to know they were in trouble. Before they knew it their worst fear came to be reality.
“Jinsol and Jungeun, you’re out for the whole match.” Jinsol’s jaw drops and Jungeun practically chokes on air.
“But coach we’re supposed to start tonight!” Jungeun cried out almost in anguish.
“You should’ve thought of that before you showed up late so now the other six that showed up on time will be starting.” Coach left no room for argument or discussion and just walked away. Sooyoung followed behind her, having nothing more to add herself.
The girls get changed in silence and make their way out to stand on the sidelines. The game begins and things go without a hitch. That is until someone comes off of the other team’s sidelines that Jinsol has never seen before. From the sound of the opposing crowd this girl sounded like bad news for her team for sure. She leans forward to get a good look at the girl’s face and actually gasps when she succeeds.
“Wow. Who is that?” Jinsol doesn’t mean to say it out loud but her teammate Yeojin heard her loud and clear. Yeojin was probably too small to even be on this team but she had hops and strong arms so the coach kept her around.
“Oh that’s Y/N she’s a transfer and apparently she’s become their secret weapon since she showed up. Why?” Yeojin leaned over to the older girl in curiosity.
Jinsol didn’t respond right away. The moment she looked at you she recognized it. You were exactly her ideal type. Her eyes fixed on you and they wouldn’t look any where else. She could’ve been in mortal danger but missing the chance of catching your eye was something she refused to do. The hope that you would look her way just for a moment was intense and as if it was by design, you did. Your eyes scanned the gym like you were looking for something, and in the back of your mind maybe you were. The search comes to an end when you spot her.
The two of you are standing pretty far away but the space between you began to feel unusual. A bizarre kind of feel that can’t quite be named, stirring up electricity between you. Jinsol watches as your lips part and you remember to take a breath before your teammates nudge you to focus. At this moment Jinsol has decided, she needs to talk to you or even just to be in your immediate vicinity. Her eyes didn’t leave you the whole match, even when coach finally had mercy and put her and Jungeun on the court. The match ended with your team winning by a hair and all Jinsol could think about was getting to you before you got on your bus to leave.
“I have to have her.” She muttered it under her breath and Jungeun looked over at her in confusion. The blonde followed the brunette’s eyes until her own landed on you packing up your stuff to leave.
“Who? Number 25?” Jungeun squints at the number on your back but she’s so loud when she asks that you look up and around.
When you look over to the other side of the court you see Jinsol and can’t help the small grin that takes over. You planned to approach her but she comes to you first with a rare kind of confidence you aren’t used to seeing first hand.
“Hi, I’m Jung Jinsol.” Her smile is nervous but bright and it draws you in.
“Y/N, Y/N L/N. It’s nice to meet you Jinsol, that was an impressive match. If you had been in a little longer I think you could’ve killed us.” She smiles sweetly at you and goes against her better judgment. Jinsol touches your arm in as flirty a manner as she can, lingering on the touch to make it clear she was indeed flirting.
“Thanks but with your skills there is no way I could’ve come out on top.”
You glance down to her fingers, daintily tracing your bicep then back up to her ridiculously pretty face. You can’t deny how attracted you are to her and she’s clearly throwing you signals so you decide to ask for her number. Jinsol beats you to it though, she grabs your coach’s sharpie off a discarded clipboard and writes her number on your bare forearm.
“You better call me. I really want to see you again Y/N.”
The look in her eyes shows nothing but hope and sincerity, so you give her your best smile and a kiss on her hand before taking your leave. Neither of you are usually the type to be so forward but there was just something about your chemistry that felt different. Something about each other that made you both a little weak just by meeting the other’s eyes. Jinsol heads  to the locker room with a newfound bounce in her step, nothing could possibly ruin her day now. She just hopes you’ll at least text her.
——————-
The next day during lunch period Jinsol is sat with her 11 teammates as usual but she picks over her pizza instead of scarfing it down as usual. At first no one really notices or pays any mind, until she feels someone rubbing comforting circles on her back. When she looks over it’s Kahei giving her a concerned look.
“Are you okay Sol?” At their oldest’s concerned voice, the other members look over to see if everything is okay. Jinsol just shrugs in response. Technically everything is okay but she can’t help feeling disappointed that you haven’t tried contacting her. Jungeun catches on rather quickly and gives her a questioning look.
“25 didn’t text you, huh?” Jungeun patted the older girl on the head after she practically does a faceplant on the table. The others look at each other in confusion.
“25? Who’s 25?” Hyunjin leans on the table with interest.
“Oh! You must be thinking of Y/N unnie. She’s the new member for the team we played last night, Southside.” Yeojin speaks nonchalantly and everyone looks over at her with curiosity, including Jinsol.
“Unnie? You know her Yeojinie?” Heejin speaks up with the question they all wanted to ask.
“Oh yeah, she’s a family friend. Our moms are best friends, so she comes over to my house sometimes. She’s basically my big sister.”
“Oh so I’ve been replaced, huh?” Haseul speaks up in mock offense
“You said your only sibling was a boy so yes, Y/N unnie would never disown me like that.” Yeojin crosses her arms and turns her nose up at Haseul while Jinsol burns a whole in the side of her head with her gaze.
“Yeojin,” the younger girl looks to her nervous from her tone.
“Hook. Us. Up.” She doesn’t break eye contact even when the rest of the table starts smirking at her.
“Oooh Jinsol likes Y/N.” Yerim’s tone is teasing but Jinsol really pays her no mind. All she’s seeing right now is Yeojin and a direct doorway to you.
“But didn’t you already give her your number?” Jungeun chimes in and gets a nod in response.
“I wrote it on her arm.” Jinsol confirms it but becomes nervous at Yeojin’s shake of the head.
“You should’ve put it in her phone. She probably went home and showered it off without thinking about it, so she couldn’t reach you even if she wanted to. Here let me give you her numb- oh.” Yeojin pauses looking at her phone when she sees a text in all caps from you.
Unnie<3: JINNIE DO YOU KNOW A JINSOL ON YOUR TEAM?
YeoYeo: Actually I’m with her right now.
Unnie<3: NUMBER
Unnie<3: NOW
“I think I was right about her losing your number Sol unnie. Here I’ll send you her number and send her your number too. Save it as soon as you get it, okay?” Yeojin speaks while typing away at her phone screen.
Jinsol sits upright waiting for her phone to register Yeojin’s text with a new kind of energy. Not long after she finishes naming you in her phone, does she get a text from you. She looks up at Yeojin and thanks her until the younger girl gets tired of hearing it.
The two of you talk all day through text even transitioning to phone calls over the next few days. Without even realizing Jinsol finds herself wanting to to know every thing about you. What you’re doing, how you’re feeling. The two of you have even set up little training dates together and practice. One by one, little by little, day by day her feelings grow for you more and more until she decides she’s waited long enough.
You are on a walk holding her hand when Jinsol stops you in your tracks. She gets nervous under your curious gaze but she convinces herself that it’s now or never. The warm smile you give her only further assures her that this was the right move. You had to feel the same, right? Would you really be here with her smiling at her like this, looking at her like this, holding her hand like this if you weren’t the least bit interested? Surely not.
“What’s on your mind Sol?”
“Just…Y/N would you like to go out with me? Like actually date me?” She’s worried by the dumbstruck look on your face and the way you awkwardly release her hand to rub the back of your neck. Then you open your mouth and her jaw drops.
“Oh I um… I kind of thought we were dating already?” The sheepish look on you made her want to coo at you but she was lost for words.
“I mean I guess I should have said so but I mean think about it Jinsol. All my free time is yours, I practically hang off of your every word like I’m out of my mind. Any where you go I wanna follow and I pretty much do, I figured it was pretty clear that I thought we were in a relationship.”
You can’t seem to make eye contact with her and Jinsol can’t believe you get cuter by the minute. She tries to meet your eyes but you keep looking the other way. Her hands reach up to hold your face affectionately and make you look at her her. Now is when you both start to realize just how close she’s gotten and this close you can really see just how pretty her brown eyes are. Jinsol smiles at you sweetly and gives you a small peck on your lips, shocking you stiff.
“From now it’s day one, okay?” Her smile infectious and you return it tenfold.
“Okay.”

If you were church, I'd get on my knees [Stolitz Week Day 4 - Wedding]
Ao3 Link
Event Info Link
The paparazzi are everywhere. They sit in the trees, in the windows of neighboring buildings, in the cars on the adjacent streets, some have even made their way onto the premises. They’ve been taking pictures of everything all morning. Of the seating area, the flower arrangements, the early guests, even the waiters. They’re prepared to fill the tabloids with the most scandalous wedding in hell. A Prince and an imp. The highest and the lowest. It’s gossip pages simply filling themselves.
They’re prepared for everything. Except for the ceremony not happening in the elaborately-staged venue. They will sit there for hours until dawn comes and there’s still nobody there, except the guests and waiters who have been roaming the place since the morning. “We’ve been duped,” someone will say eventually but nobody will have any idea what to do next.
Sometime in the afternoon, the real wedding congregation is happening in the I.M.P headquarters, with only a handful of people and a private wedding photographer. Everything is decorated in the crispiest shade of white they could find. It’s smaller and simpler than the fake venue they’ve coordinated, but it’s still stunning and gorgeous and perfect, and Stolas is slowly losing his mind in his little pre-room where Millie and Octavia are doing their best to keep him together. He picks at his white suit, wrings his hands and runs to the mirror every single minute to check himself.
“You need to calm down,” Via says, slightly exasperated considering Stolas hasn’t exactly been calm in hours, “Everything’s going to be fine.”
“What if it isn’t? What if the paparazzi come here? What if they find out? What if Blitz decides he doesn’t want to marry me after all?”
“Blitz is…” Millie says while fine-tuning her own hair, “Not gonna lie, I didn’t think he’d ever marry. Didn’t seem like the type. But he’s decided to marry you and that’s something, right. Plus, you’ve gotten married before, you know how it works.”
“That was so long ago, I scarcely remember.”
“The point is there’s no reason to be nervous, everything is going to run smoothly.” Millie gives him a hearty pat on the back.
“Weren’t you nervous when you and Moxxie married?”
“Oh, I wasn’t, Moxxie almost lost it, though. But do you know what I told him?”
“What?”
“That marriage isn’t that big a deal. We love each other before the big party and we’ll love each other after the big party, just with more tax benefits.”
“That’s not very romantic…” Via remarks from across the room.
“It’s true, though, isn’t it?” Millie shrugs. “You’re just having a big party to celebrate how much you love each other. And to get tax benefits.”
“Maybe.”
“So, don’t worry about it! Also, there’s no paparazzi, they’re still swarming the fake venue, Moxxie has CCTV on them.”
“Thank you, for organizing this whole thing, I just… Didn’t want to do this with the press present. It’s… I don’t know, it feels less special when everyone gets to watch, you know?”
“No problem, and now get out there and marry my boss!”
Stolas takes a deep breath and his daughter by his hand and walks out of the room.
He walks in with Blitz already waiting in bated breath, wearing a matching white suit that makes him look just obscenely handsome and when their eyes finally meet, it’s as though all worries fall off him in an instant. It’s going to be fine, Stolas thinks, maybe all of it is going to be fine. Forever.
“You look great,” he says shyly and takes both of Blitz’ hands.
“You are absolutely smoking hot,” Blitz responds. Stolas chuckles.
Next to them, Loona, their impromptu officiator, clears her throat to get their attention. “So, uhm, again, can someone explain to me why we’re doing this all proper and pseudo-Christian??”
“Because I like to spite the establishment which I’m marrying into. Also, Christian weddings have a very good aesthetic, we’ve been over this, now ask us for our vows, Loonie,” Blitz replies sharply.
“Okay, sure, uhm, vows please?”
Stolas breathes in deeply. “Blitz, when you came into my life, I never could have imagined standing here with you now. You were loud, abrasive, vulgar and… Well, you still are all of these things, but now I love you for it. Now I want to listen to talk about nothing and rant about your least favorite fruit all day. I want to hear your voice from morning to evening and I won’t tire of it. When I met you… I thought you would be nothing but a tiny speck on my night sky. Seen once, but quickly forgotten. But now I know you’re the brightest star of them all, always leading my way. I love you and I wish to always find my way to you.”
There is some sniffling in the room, though someone is probably also throwing up.
“Wow, okay. Dad, would you like to go next?” Loona says, then, her voice shaking just the tiniest bit.
Blitz looks around and takes a deep breath. “I’ve never been lucky with relationships before, they were… Yeah, they were all pretty terrible. And I didn’t even plan on having one with you for a long time, frankly. But… You know, sometimes you don’t really have a choice. You don’t want to fall in love with the weird bird prince. You just want to get his book and you have sex with him to do, but… It becomes more than that and that’s why we’re here now. Because I love you, even though it took me a long time to accept that. And I can’t wait to be married to you and rail you in the Hellton Hotel honeymoon suite.”
There’s an uncomfortable silence for a moment. A silent, disturbed “What?” comes from Octavia.
“What?! Do you think I’m not gonna fuck my husband harder than ever before in our wedding night? Fucking prudes.”
Loona clears her throat again. “So, uhm, right. Stolas, do you wish to take Blitz over here as your husband?”
“Yes, of course I do!”
“Great. Dad. Blitz. whatever. Do you wish to take Stolas here as your husband?”
“Hell yeah, let’s go!”
“Good, then blah blah something something by the power of whatever is going on here, I pronounce you two married. But please wait until after the party with whatever you two want to do to each other…”
“And…?” Blitz says.
“Oh, right, yeah. You may now kiss. As if you need my permission for that. ...Wait, we didn’t even do the thing with the rings yet!”
But they’re already kissing. And so they share this, their first kiss as husbands, it feels exactly the same as always in the best way possible. They’ve kissed before, hundreds upon thousands of times, and this time is no different, it’s an intuitive motion, a well-practiced one, carried out with pure trust and comfort.
And yet, it absolutely is different because that kiss now carries a promise. A promise for many, many years of more kisses, years of just them, together.
The party goes into the dead of night, people dancing and drinking all in celebration of their love, it’s an almost surreal concept. Octavia gets drunk for the first time and that’s a whole piece of work, but Loona is there for her, them being sisters now and all.
But in the Hellton Hotel honeymoon suite they’ve booked for the night, nothing much actually happens because they’re drunk and tired and exhausted, so all they do is cuddle up against each other in the gratuitous pink bed and fall asleep soundly, secure in the knowledge that there’s more than enough time for everything else during the rest of their lives.
The next day, the tabloids will be filled with only one picture, the one their own wedding photographer made, the one they actually want the world to see on their own terms. It shows them, in their matching white suits, Stolas with one hand on Blitz’ hips and a content smile on his face while Blitz has his tongue out and gives the camera the middle finger.

Maybe It’s Not So Bad
Idol: Choerry (Loona)
Prompt: heyyyy could I request loona’s choerry/yerim in “Person A as a babysitter of Person B's younger sibling, who got hired to watch over the kid, because the parents don't trust Person B enough to leave them alone with their sibling for extended period of time.” with choerry as person A and can you make it kinda fluffy pleaseee? thank you so much!
Writer: Admin Kiwi
A/N: I ended up using her real name because it’s just more comfortable to write. I hope you all enjoy!
♡ Tip Jar♡
Tumblr media
“Mom, I don’t understand why you’re hiring a babysitter! I’m in high school, I think I can take care of us just fine.” Your voice rose as you crossed your arms, glaring at your mother, who just shook her head and picked up her purse.
“Listen, we already called the babysitter,” she said, and you resisted the urge to scream, sighing instead to calm yourself down and running your hands through your hair in frustration. Behind you, your younger sibling watched from the couch with wide eyes.
“But why? I already watch them whenever we go to family functions or to the mall. And you’re having us order pizza, so it’s not like I’m going to mess up cooking or anything. I’m practically grown already! Do you know how embarrassing this is for me?”
“We’re not trying to embarrass you, we’re just worried. When you watched your sibling before, we weren’t very far away for you to call if you needed help. But tonight we’re going out for a while. I also don’t know if they’ll listen to you since you’re just their older sibling. And since it’ll be late when we get back, we just think it’ll be safer if there’s three of you instead of two. Plus, Yerim knows how to do CPR and has her babysitting license, so she can help in case of emergency. You don’t have that, (Y/N). That’s why we hired her.”
“But-!”
“End of discussion.” Your mom held up your hand and you snapped your mouth shut, still angry but knowing better than to talk back. “We’re about to leave. The money for pizza is on the table. If Yerim needs your help with anything, listen to what she says.” There was a knock at the door and your mom smiled. “Oh, that must be her now.”
Groaning, you covered your face and wondered if it was possible to actually die from embarrassment. Were your parents trying to ruin your school life? Maybe you’d just go over to your friends house. Wait, your sibling would probably tell on you if you did that. Wasn’t there any way to get out of this?
“Hello Yerim! Thanks for coming on such short notice.”
“Hello! It’s no problem at all!” A perky yet somewhat familiar voice rang from the doorway, and you looked up to see that the babysitter Yerim was the same Yerim that was in your class, because of course she was. As you wished to melt into a puddle, she looked away from your mom and saw you, then raised her eyebrows.
“Oh? (Y/N)?” She let out a laugh. “Am I babysitting you too?”
Oof. Even if she meant it to be a joke, it still stung. You frowned and her face fell a bit, her eyes widening, but your mom spoke up before you could say anything stupid.
“No, we just wanted someone who knew CPR to look after the young one, they’re over on the couch. There’s money on the table for pizza and if you need any help just ask (Y/N).” Suddenly chipper, your mom turned and waved at you. “Have a good night! We’ll be back!” And with that, your parents were out the door, and you scoffed.
“Wow, were they that eager to get away from us?” You asked, and Yerim let out a small laugh.
“I guess that’s just an adult thing.” She placed her bag on the coat rack and took off her shoes, falling quiet. Suddenly, the atmosphere was awkward, the room silent except for the sound of the Disney movie your sibling was watching echoing throughout the room. “Um, hey,” she said, clearing her throat, “sorry about what I said earlier. I meant for it to be a joke. I didn’t mean to offend you.” Yerim was nice, you knew that from being in class with her even though the two of you weren’t close. She always offered to help other students and was known for her bright smile, so you knew she meant her apology. Awkwardly, you rubbed at the back of your neck.
“Nah, it’s okay, I was just sensitive. This is super embarrassing, you know.... My parents, calling a babysitter when I’m in high school.” You kind of wanted to cry, but you just let out a short laugh instead. “It’s pretty pathetic, right?”
“Actually, a lot of parents do it. More than you might think.” Yerim smiled as she approached you. “I think they’re just worried. But don’t worry, if you don’t want me to tell anyone at school, I won’t.”
“So you’ve babysat other teenagers too?” You asked, unable not to smile as well. Her smile was too contagious.
“You bet.” She laughed. “With some of them, they were so immature that it actually felt like I was babysitting!”
“I’m sure. I promise I won’t do that to you.”
“You seem responsible in class, so I didn’t think you would.” She glanced at your sibling, who was contentedly watching the movie, then back at you and shrugged. “We can always make it fun by playing games and chatting! It’s nice to have company other than kids sometimes.”
She had a point. If you were left alone with your kid sibling, you’d probably be bored out of your mind. Maybe this wouldn’t be such a bad thing. “You’re right. If you want to order pizza, I’ll go find the card games we have. Oh! And order whatever you want to eat, my parents left enough for all of us.”
“Okay, I will!” Her smile brightened up the room and you blinked, feeling a skip in your chest. Oh.
-
Yerim was a fun person to be around. She laughed and smiled easily, didn’t take the games too seriously, and kept your sibling happy and mostly quiet. Oh, and she was cute. As in, the cutest person you’d ever been around. How had you never noticed this in class? All of her reactions were adorable and bright, and your heart wouldn’t stop skipping a beat every time she let out an excited little squeal or did anything remotely cute. By the time she had put your little sibling to bed and joined you on the couch to watch TV until your parents got home, you were pretty sure you’d fallen for her already.
“How were we never friends before this?” She asked you as she sat down, accepting the snacks you held out to her. “We have so much in common!”
“I don’t know, I guess our friend groups just never overlapped,” you replied, pondering the question. “We’ve talked a few times, but it was never enough to learn anything about each other.”
“You’re right. Our class is pretty big and we weren’t in many classes together before this year.” She held out her hand and grinned. “Let’s change that from today on! We can exchange numbers and get to know each other better!”
“I’m down.” You took her hand, then paused. “How are we going to tell people we became friends if they ask? Because I still don’t want to admit that my parents got you as a babysitter.”
She laughed and tucked her hair behind her ear with her free hand. “We can say that your parents hired me as a babysitter because you were gone, and when you came home we hit it off?”
You thought about it for a moment, then nodded. “That should work. Thanks for keeping my secret, I appreciate it.”
With a giggle, she took back her hand and shrugged her shoulders. “No problem! I’ve had fun tonight. I’m glad your parents hired me.”
“Me too,” you admitted, despite your annoyance at your parents distrust. As embarrassing as this situation was, you wouldn’t have become close to Yerim without it. Despite your earlier anger, you found yourself yourself looking forward to school and, even more, the next time your parents went out. After all, there was still much more you wanted to learn about her, and plus, when else would you be left (mostly) alone with the cutest girl you’d ever met? “Do you think there will be a next time?” You asked, and she beamed, blinding you with her beauty.
“I certainly hope so!”

🎡 The Ferris Wheel | Yves
Request: Can I request a first date with Yves of Loona where she goes to the fun fair with the fem reader please? :)
Plot: Sooyoung, a reserved girl but much desired for having a unique beauty, invites Fem!Reader to a first date at a fun fair. The place for a friendship to become something more.
Words: 1,872
Genre: high school!au, fluff
Notes: i smiled while writing this one. have a nice read! ♡
Tumblr media
You were very nervous and kept playing with your own hair strands. When you were at home, you kept looking at the time on your cell phone, waiting for a message from her to arrive, canceling this date. Or that the hours passed and she didn't arrive at the time she had scheduled. Or even worse, that she never came and didn't even warn you.
Would she arrive? Did she really take her own request seriously? Have you been part of a gamble? Because everyone seemed incredulous that you were asked to go out with her, Ha Sooyoung, the most desired girl in high school and who had never shown interest in anyone until she met you. Even you couldn't believe it yourself.
She did not talk to anyone other than her group of three other girls: Jiwoo, Hyejoo and Chaewon. All with their distinct personalities and the only one that was not known about anything was Sooyoung.
Always reserved and never chatting to anyone, she was the owner of an intimidating beauty and a mysterious look that made boys and girls fall in love with in the school hallways. And whoever tried something, always received a look of indifference followed by the same ever sentence from Sooyoung's pink lips: I'm so sorry, but it won't happen.
But now, you were face to face on the subway, on your way to the fun fair she invited you and you didn't know what to talk about. You were nervous, anxious, it felt like your heart was coming out of your mouth. How could it be possible? You talk to her in every class, since she took an initiative. But this time was different. It was a date. A date is different because a date has an explicit romantic intention. And you were her romantic interest. She had made it very clear when she invited you to the fun fair.
"It's a date, Y/N... a date like...", she bit her lip, anxious to say. "Like... a couple. Of girlfriends. Lovers."
And you said "yes" because it was obvious that you were falling in love with her. Anyone could see this. But it wasn't just because she was a beautiful girl. That was something everyone could see. However, no one had known Sooyoung at all. The outer beauty was nothing compared to her inner beauty. Having met her real self made you see her as she really was.
"So... how was your week?", you asked, nervously holding the metal bar, your fingertips turning white.
"You know, Y/N... just because it's a date, doesn't mean you can't be yourself.", she replied, smiling softly at you. "Come on, don't be nervous. It's me, Ha Sooyoung, your chemistry partner."
You were a little embarrassed. Partly because you were acting so strangely with a girl who you had made a good friendship during the last 3 months. And also because "chemistry partner" made it look like a pun. Sooyoung realized the same as soon as she closed her mouth and just like yours, her cheeks flushed.
"Okay, forget the last sentence. Or not. I don't know. Okay, now I'm embarrassed," she said, laughing.
The subway slowed when it arrived at a station, she lost her balance and almost fell on you.
"Wow," you said, holding her. "Are you already falling into my arms?" you joked.
She laughed again. That was great. And you were only halfway there.
Yes, Sooyoung is a beautiful girl and you knew that, she sat next to you in class and you noticed her beauty every single day. But she was especially more beautiful at that very moment. Long, dark hair falling down her back, the sunset kissing her skin, while she handed the tickets she bought online for you both to go through the turnstile and have fun at the fun fair. You both got yellow bracelets that you discovered that would allow you to go to any machine without buying any other tickets. She waited for you to pass and get to her.
"Is it okay if I hold your hand?"
"There is no problem.", you replied and joined your hands at the same time.
Her hand was warm, soft and smooth, you were happy that she took this initiative. She was not ashamed; whoever you met during that date, would see the two of you hand in hand, would see you two together.
"Look at that tent.", Sooyoung pointed with her other hand. "Hit Me With Your Best Shot.", she read the name on the sign above the tent and let out a light laugh. "Isn't that the name of a song? Great pun."
"What if we play?"
You walked to the tent and, despite having a lot of people having fun there, it was not difficult to walk nor were there many lines to face. What made the date lighter and more dynamic.
It was explained to you that it would be enough to shoot the targets below the toys and stuffed animals that you were interested in. 5 bullets only. It seemed very cliché, who knows if you’d won a huge plush bear or plush heart and then give it to Sooyoung and vice versa.
"If I win anything, we'll stay until the park closes.", you said, holding the toy rifle in your hands.
"If I win something, you owe me something.", she replied with a seductive smile that made you breathe a little more deeply.
"Deal."
"Deal."
For some reason, your shots missed the targets. It wasn't intentional, of course, you really wanted to stay with her until the end of the day, until the fair was closed, until it was dark enough. You wanted to enjoy the company of that beautiful girl outside school.
And, unlike you, Sooyoug was taking it easy. She was fixed on a target, and when you looked at her profile, you could feel yourself falling in love with her like in that chemistry class. Maybe it was the way her hair framed her face, maybe it was the way her face took on an expression of concentration when she was focused on something. Maybe it was her naturally pink lips, her thoughtful eyes. Maybe it was... Ha Sooyoung.
You took your last shot and failed at the same time that Sooyoung dropped the target.
"Yes!", she celebrated with a huge smile, receiving what she concentrated on winning. "Here. It's for you.", she held it up for you to take.
You held the small object by the chain and smiled, knowing that it was something that only made sense to you both. A key ring with a test tube pendant.
"What are the chances of this being here?", you asked, putting it in your key as you walked around looking for more interesting tents or machines to have fun.
"I don't know, maybe it's fate saying something to you.", Sooyoung raised an eyebrow at you as she wrapped her arm around your shoulder.
You smiled sheepishly, putting your house key back in your pocket. You felt lucky to be there, to have been invited by her and to see that she was so keen to make it clear that she wanted you, that she flirted with you because she felt something for you.
"And what do I owe you, Miss Sooyoung?"
"I will save this advantage for later."
Your curiosity grew inside you, you wanted to disturb her, convince her to tell you what it was about. But not even tickling would make her tell that secret, you knew that. And the nervousness inside you told you it was better to wait, that something good was coming.
Night came and you managed to go to practically all the scary machines. When one of you was afraid, the other respected and you walked to a tent. But if one of you was afraid and the desire was bigger than the fear, the other provoked enough for the fear to disappear and finally get in line for the fun.
When you got off the roller coaster, you could smell hot dogs, chips, churros, cotton candy, and other good foods, that suddenly made you feel hungry.
"Do you want to eat something before we have fun on another machine?", asked Sooyoung.
"Hmmm ... how about cotton candy and later we eat chips or something?", you suggested.
"Cotton candy will be."
You bought cotton candy and walked through the park to talk. Sooyoung told you what she planned to do over the summer and wanted to know if you would like to join her and her friends for slumber parties and other programs that the five of you could do together.
"And if you want, we can do more of this... I mean, more dates, you know? Just the two of us.", she added, throwing her cotton candy stick into a trash can and you did the same.
"I'm in. Just say the day and the hour, I'll be there with you."
Sooyoung smiled and held your hand again, interlacing your fingers together.
"Look.", she pointed a little further. "We haven't been to it yet."
Illuminated with different colors, the huge ferris wheel spun slowly and beautifully as you walked over to it. The fair was beautiful at night, full of lights, full of life. You waited your turn in line, while realizing that the ferris wheel would only take three turns, a pause at the top for each turn.
When your turn to get in came, you went up the stairs and sat in the small cabin, not letting go of your hands once.
It started to spin.
"I think this is my favorite part.", Sooyoung said.
"From a fun fair? The view is really beautiful," you replied, your eyes on her.
"From this date. To be with you.”, a small pause as her eyes stared at your face. “You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my entire life."
You didn't know how to respond. The cabin was going to the top, the wind was cold but you were feeling hot. Fast heartbeat, reddish faces.
"Y/N...", Sooyoung pulled your chin up so that you were looking at her. "You owe me something."
"A-and what would it be?"
"A kiss."
You were speechless. She could flirt when she wanted to. The ferris wheel stopped, you were at the top and the view you had was not of the city but of Sooyoung's sparkling eyes. It was the best view on Earth and you knew that. And you were lucky.
"Y-you can take it, Sooyoung.". you replied with what remained of your courage.
Permission was what Sooyoung expected before she put your lips together. She held your face with one hand and the other didn't let go of yours. You held her jacket, letting your tongues know each other.
The slight movement of the turn that the ferris wheel continued made you separate the kiss in a slight surprise. Light laughter filled the silence followed by the kiss. You were so full of joy.
"This is definitely my favorite part.", Sooyoung said putting her lips and yours together one more time.
And as you kissed again, the ferris wheel continued to spin round and round.

cloud’s q’s
Do you know a ksong by heart? (bc I don’t :x I can hum a trillion tho) haaaaaaa well i mean i can’t speak korean ofc but i can p much believably sing all of seventeen’s title tracks.. and i generally sing along to every song ever even if i don’t know it??? oH I LEARNED ALL THE WORDS TO IF IT IS YOU BY JUNG SEUNG HWAN BC I LOVE IT exhibit a b and  c for why!
When it comes to friendships, are you low or high maintenance? (As in your friends gotta talk everyday with you or you’ll feel like the friendship is dying OR if you can spend days without talking to them yet you still remain close) i like to think i’m a pretty low maintenance person! i’m easy-going by nature and i don’t mind silence at all and don’t even find it awkward usually. i have friends i don’t talk to for months on end and then we get together maybe once a year and we still remain close:) i like to think i’m easy to talk to so that could be part of it?
Do you have a secret that you will take to the grave? (Ofc I’m not asking you to reveal it)  ajhfdksl tbh i don’t think so??? i’m kind of a private person.. but if someone asked me smth specific i wouldn’t not tell them ? idk tho i used to be a bit of a pathological liar so~~~
Recommend me 5 songs (not necessarily kpop songs) i’ll rec some non kpop since i’m sure you would know anything i recced ajkdhfjdk
honey - kehlani
to build a home - the cinematic orchestra (aka chanhee’s all time favorite song which makes me really emo)
broken clocks - sza
waves - young the giant
window seat - thomston, wafia
bonus! flirt right back - backbear :)
What do you prefer?: first, second or third gen kpop songs? third gen! since that’s when i joined i’m really into it at this point! also i think the variety of music is sooo much wider than it used to be? i’m not super in tune w all the older groups but i think it’s insaneeee how many groups there are rn snd they all have a lot to offer!
What’s the cheeeeeeeeeesiest thing you’ve done? (one time a former friend of mine was telling me about a problem she had and at the end of our convo I kissed her in the forehead bYE) um legit cloud i am cheesy 25/8 catch me being a soft snuggly bean popping trash puns left and right every day of the week
If you were asked to participate in a variety show, which one of the following would you pick and why? (Pick two!): problematic men, master key, hello counselor, weekly idol, one fine day, law of the jungle i think i’d go on weekly idol! i would wanna go toe to toe w doni and coni bc they’re always so harsh to lil baby idols ahhaha i wanna take them on!
Your top 10 kpop songs of 2017? binchhhh i’ll just go by my top nine according to spotify and my number one for apple music:)
When You Love Someone - Day6
Heartbreaker - NCT 127
My First and Last - NCT DREAM (also dunk shot tho byeeee)
Baby Don’t Like It - NCT 127 (tbh don’t remember listening to it this much what)
BABE - Hyuna
Like This - Pentagon
A Supplementary Story: You Never Walk Alone - BTS
Rollin’ - Brave Girls !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Eclipse - LOONA (Kim Lip)
Wake Me Up - B.A.P
bonus! Coloring Book - Oh My Girl :)
Would you rather live in a huge mansion or a compact studio house? definitely a studio house! for sooo many reasons: 1) i hate walking 2) cleaning a large house is the worst 3) if i had the option to spend that much i’d just get a smaller house and spend money on more important things!
Tell me a fun childhood story (I’ll start! One time an aunt gave me money to buy ‘papas’ (potatoes) at the grocery store so bc I’m obedient af I went and asked the counter lady how many of em could I buy with the money I had so she went ‘uhh, not many tbh’ so i ended up getting like two and when I returned to my aunt’s house she laughed her ass off and said: I meant ‘papas fritas’ (potato chips) Not those! - and uh yeah this is funnier in Spanish but it proves that I’m such an innocent angel I mean wow) gIRL I WISH I COULDA SEEN THAT SPANISH EXCHANGE I DEFINITELY LAUGHED um????????? yo idk i can’t think of anything help uhhhh okay so when my sister and i were little our house was two stories so we’d take our stuffed animals and tie plastic bags to them and make them skydive ahahha but it wasn’t too satisfying for obvious reasons so we just attached this one stretchy pink scarf to them and make them bungee jump from the railing ajfdhgfdls classic
If you were offered to start a band, would you accept? yEAH if someone offered i would assume i had the talent and ability so.. yes.. even if i didn’t and someone offered i’d still say yes bye
kiki’s q’s
Link your favourite playlist here if you can and if you can’t write out the first 10 songs on it! (Not a question but shh) here she isssss okay wait so she’s not my go to playlist tbh but she has a mix of western and kpop so.. enjoy!
Is your current ult bias your first ult bias? If not who was your first? yes :) my first ever bias was joon but i didn’t even know what an ult was for a long time and by the time i found out i knew all along wonu was my boy
Who is your ult bias? jeon wonwoo ofc
Who is more likely to hog the aux cord, you or your ult? um me.. i’m kinda a hoe w music like i always play it.. when i drive my friends i am in charge of music bc duh it’s my car but then when they drive me they usually ask if i wanna play music ahahhaha MAYEB THEY’RE JSUT SAYING I HAVE GOOD TASTE THO????
Who is more likely to forget an important date, you or your ult? def wonwoo.. that boy couldn’t remember his own birthday if he didn’t pay attention.. for some reason i have a steel trao mind for dates?
Who is more likely to ask the other to pick them up after work, you or your ult? i like driving so i’d say maybe wonwoo? but i feel like he might be the type to want to offer to drive you.. who am i kidding that boy is always tired
Who is more likely to write the other a hand written note expressing themselves rather than just saying it, you or your ult? i think wonwoo.. i get the vibe that we’re both a bit emotionally inept and we would both have trouble expressing ourselves but he might find comfort w writing things down he’s a romantic binch he reads too much not to be
Who is more likely to cry when a dog dies in a movie, you or your ult? me bc dat ho doesn’t like dogs smh.. his only fault (jk he a mess)
Who is more likely to almost burn the house down while cooking, you or your ult? wonu? just bc i’m not that clumsy? he could do it tho
Who is more likely to start a pillow fight, you or your ult? neither of us we’re too tired
Who is more likely to ask the other to come over to cuddle with them so that they can fall asleep better, you or your ult? meeeeee i’m a cuddly bitch and he isn’t rip.. but he would do it for me he better
my questions:D
If you could travel anywhere, but were completely by yourself, where would you go?
What inspires you?
How many pets would you have in your ideal future? Any specific names or types in mind?
What are you opinions on fedoras

tags masterpost (?)
I was tagged in a few tag games over the past few days and instead of posting them all separately I decided to just put them all on one! If I tagged you feel free to do any or all of these (including people who tagged me!!) As always, don’t feel any pressure to do any, I just think these are fun and wanted to share :)
- - - - 11 questions tag - - - -
Rules: 1. Make sure to post the rules!! 2. Answer the questions given to you by the tagger. 3. Write 11 questions of your own. 4. Tag 11 people
these questions are from @moonmyun !! michaela you had me stRUGGLIN OKAY YOUR QUESTIONS WERE HARD but ily still bless you for the tag you angel :”)
1 who is your bias group? why?
BANGTAN SONYEONDAN AKA MEME SQUAD !!!!!!! honestly they just make me so beyond happy wow holly nobody ever says that about their favs ur original a LOOOT of music is centered around love these days and not to say bts doesn’t do that with a lot of their music but they also tackle a lot of societal issues and I really respect them for that. From 21st century girls w politics, spring day mv and the ferry sinking, suicide in the I need u mv and many other things I feel like they take risks for the sake of portraying what they hold true to their hearts/morals not necessarily what will sell best and I can’t name many other groups who do that as well :( also my boys cute af I love those dweebs IM SO WHIPPED HAH
2 which kpop video do you find the most aesthetically pleasing?
this is hard :(( idk my number one but I really like seventeen hip hop unit’s check in, red velvet’s one of these nights, ladies code’s galaxy, kim lip of loona’s eclipse and crush’s fall ! they don't all match my aesthetic but I feel like they match the songs really well!!! watch them okay 3/5 of them are hELLA UNDERRATED bye
3 if you could instantly learn one choreography, what would you pick?
something by either gfriend or bts?? love whisper or not today or blood sweat tears?? OOOH or red flavor by rv!! tbh though I’m really skinny so my limbs look weird af with a lot of dances rip
4 who do you look up to as a role model (in the kpop community or not)?
there’s no person in particular that really sticks out but I will say I’ve always admired jungkook, and really all trainees for that matter, who leave their families to start training really young because its a process thats hard physically, emotionally and mentally for late teen/early twenties trainees but there’s sO many kids who enter in their pre-teens and idk how they survive also I realized this doesn’t answer your question at all I'm sorry its 1:28 AM I’m just waiting for the DNA mv to drop
5 whose concert would you go to if you could and why?
DAY6 DAY6 DAY6 DAY6 !!!!! THEY INVENTED LIVE SHOWS DONT FIGHT ME ON THIS or shoot maybe dean or crush or heize?? I LOVE TOO MANY TALENTED PEOPLE also I would say bts but although there are countless amazing beautiful armys there are def some crazy scary ones that are known to be horrible at concerts so
6 if you could pick one idol to be best friends with, who would it be and why?
OK YALL IVE THOUGHT ABOUT THIS A LOT IN MY DAILY LIFE SO S/H TO MICHAELA FOR ASKING ILY either boo seungkwan or ahn heeyeon!! I feel like hani would be so fun to have girl time with bc I feel like we’re really similar in some ways ?? IDK I LOVE HER bUT overall I’d say boo seungkwan because istg we are 100000000% the same person only he has a weenie ok just trust me I am boo and boo is me
7 would you want to be a part of a kpop group if you had the opportunity to be?
I’d absolutely love to be in the entertainment industry and I think the staging, costuming, group dynamics and publicity (variety shows, fan service/interations) in the kpop industry are all really cool but I honestly don't think I have the mental strength to do it lmao idols go through so much and I don’t think I could handle it regardless of how much I enjoy singing/dancing/performing etc.
8 what languages do you speak, and which do you want to learn?
english and some spanish??? I understand a lot because quite a bit of my family speaks it but my conversational skills have gone downhill recently because I haven’t had a lot of opportunities to practice :( with that said, I’d like to be fluent in spanish and - BEFORE YOU COME FOR ME READ IT ALL OK - I’d like to learn korean BECAUSE!!!!! when I was little before I moved I would go to a farmers market by my house and a lot of the older ladies there spoke korean and little holly though it sounded so pretty and I always wanted to chat w them ok THATS WHY I’m not a creepy koreaboo this has been a thing since before I even knew what a kpop was ok bye
9 what song cheers you up when you’re sad?
fire by bts bc I get hella turnt to that song its a pROBLEM also jackpot by block b, baby/puss in boots by astro, chained up by vixx, not today/bst by bts, knock knock by twice, i think I love you by sonamoo THE LIST GOES ON I HAVE A WHOLE PLAYLIST OK
10 what things do you associate with your bias?
dimples!! pretty hands, closing one eye in selcas, ootds, happiness so cheesy ik sORRY, ryan, studying, awkward dancing, open mouth laughs, second hand embarrassment, sentimental rants
11 what’s your favourite thing to do in your free time?
cry over namjoon tbh I’m one of those people who is constantly listening to music so I’m always doing that and singing along regardless of if its free time or not HAH then I really like reading and catching up on my youtube subscriptions

A Touch
Idol: Heejin (Loona)
Prompt: Hello there, can I request a hogwarts Au fem! reader(Ravenclaw) x heejin (gryffindor) where heejin has a crush on the reader and they start dating after the reader has to help heejin with potions class Please and thank you!! ❤️❤️
Writer: Admin Kiwi
A/N: I haven’t seen the movies in a hot minute, but I’m hoping to watch them during quarantine. That’s one way to spend my time, at least. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy!
♡ Tip Jar♡
Tumblr media
You felt the heat on the back of your neck before you heard the bang. The heat made your skin tingle, and you ducked just as a loud BAM knocked you forward into your table. Behind you, a cauldron bubbled and spit, sending the failed potion spewing onto your robes. The hiss made you wince and jump up, slipping out of the robe before whatever had just exploded onto you could seep through the cloth. A curse lingered on your lips, your nose crinkling into a frown until a low, soft voice stopped you in your tracks.
“I’m so sorry! I must have thrown in the wrong ingredient!” A pretty girl in Gryffindor robes was standing behind the cauldron, her face smudged by her own explosion and her brown hair standing on end. Her lips were turned down in a pout, and you felt your heart skip before you shook your head, looking down at your robes instead. The potion, thankfully, hadn’t left any marks.
“T-that’s okay....” You trailed off, all the curses you’d thought of before disappearing and leaving you speechless. Beside you, your fellow Ravenclaw student Hyewon looked up at you incredulously, like she couldn’t believe you weren’t upset. You’d cursed at other students in potions before, but something about this girl made your heart skip a beat as she whined and wiped at her face, trying to explain herself to her partner, who looked just as shocked as everyone else.
Thankfully, you wouldn’t have to explain yourself to Hyewon, because the professor cleared his throat loudly and stomped over to the offending cauldron.
“Miss Jeon Heejin, do you care explaining how you blew up a potion that is not meant to blow up?”
“I-I must have added the wrong ingredient,” Heejin said, bowing her head and clasping her hands together nervously. Right then, she did not look like a brave Gryffindor. Instead, she resembled a scolded puppy. Your heart went out to her, just as you remembered your classmates talking about her. Heejin, the girl who blew up everything she touched. You’d never been lucky enough to be in a class with her until this year, apparently.
“You have continuously messed up almost every potion we’ve made this year, how have you not learned from your past mistakes yet? Will it take blowing up this whole room for you to learn to pay attention and be careful?”
“I was doing better though! I hadn’t blown up anything yet this year.” Heejin gained some of her confidence back, straightening her shoulders before a well-placed glare from the professor made her slump back down again.
“You’ve gotten almost every potion wrong, not blowing them up isn’t something you should be proud of! How you’ve gotten this far in your wizarding schooling with skills like this, I don’t know, but I’ve half a mind to-.”
“Excuse me.” You butted in, surprising even yourself as you stepped forward. The professor stopped and turned to look at you, his eyebrows raising.
“Yes, (Y/N)?”
“I couldn’t help but overhear your lecture. If she needs help in potions, I would be happy to tutor her. After all, I am the top student in the class.”
Heejin’s eyes went wide, before a slow smile spread over her face. “Really? You’d do that for me?” Her happiness made you feel better about your very sudden decision, and you smiled, nodding your head as you folded your robe over your arm.
“Of course. If that’s okay with you, professor.”
“By all means.” The professor sighed and waved his hand. “Anything to keep her from blowing something up again.” With that, he walked away, and you held out your hand.
“I’m (Y/N), from Ravenclaw.”
“I’m Heejin, from Gryffindor.”
“I know,” you said with a smile, “you’re the one who blows up everything you touch.”
Her cheeks flushed at the nickname and she sighed, trying to run her hands the her now-frayed hair. “It’s not like I do it on purpose. I just can’t get the hang of potions. I’ve never been any good at it.”
“Hopefully we can fix that. Meet me here after dinner. I’ll get permission to use the room after hours and we’ll work from there. Sound like a plan?”
Her smile returned and she nodded. “That sounds great, thank you again!”
“No problem.”
As you returned to your seat, Hyewon wiggled her eyebrows. “Since when do you help the helpless?” She whispered, grinning, and you did your best to ignore her, turning your attention instead to your own perfect potion.
“That’s none of your business.”
-
When you met Heejin that evening, she’d cleaned up and somehow looked even prettier, the petite bridge of her nose visible without the presence of soot on her face. She’d washed her hair, and it now lay in waves down across her shoulders. Her Gryffindor robe was big on her, and you had a feeling that someone had let her borrow theirs, because hers had looked pretty messed up earlier. Still, she was smiling, and your heart skipped a beat as you walked up to her.
God. She was too pretty.
“Ready?” You asked, pulling out the key in your pocket, and she nodded, looking all too excited. It made you a bit nervous.
“I’m ready! How did you get them to give you the key?”
“I’m the best potions student in Hogwarts,” you explained smoothly, bragging a bit as you opened the door and let her inside. “They know I won’t mess anything up.”
“That’s impressive. Potions is really hard.” Heejin sighed as she sat down at the single table left with a cauldron, per your request, pressing her hands against the seat and swinging her legs. “There’s just so many things to remember and they all get jumbled up in my head. Same with all the stirring and the temperature of the fire.... It’s too complicated.”
“It’s a science.” You walked to the ingredients cabinet as you spoke. “Nobody ever gets it right on the first time. That’s why there’s so much damage control for the first years. But once you get it down, it becomes easier and easier. Memorization and confidence are key.” After a short pause to look at the list of ingredients for Confusing Concoction, you grabbed the things you needed and turned to her with a smile. “I’ll teach you how I do it.”
Heejin was a good student, despite her reputation. She watched and listened carefully and took notes with a sparkly red pen as you explained each of the ingredients in detail and what purpose they had in the potion. Although she was obviously nervous as she stood next to the cauldron, your reassurance that you were only handing her the correct things made her more confident, and she did as you told her, putting things in one by one and stirring the cauldron slow.
You were mostly just watching as she put in the last thing, put the movement of her wrist caught your eye. She was stirring faster. To make sure that you weren’t just imagining things, you watched a little longer. Sure enough, Heejin seemed to speed up with each stir, and you smiled to yourself. You’d found the problem.
“Okay,” you said, stepping forward and putting your hand on her wrist. She startled slightly as you moved behind her, and you realized belatedly that this was a pretty intimate position. Clearing your throat, you moved to the side a bit to give her more space, doing your best to focus on the potion instead of on how good she smelt. “I found your problem. You stir really, really fast.”
She blinked, but let you move her wrist slowly around the cauldron in a slight zig-zag pattern. “But all the ingredients are in, does the speed matter anymore?”
“It’s the most important right now. If everything mixes together too quickly, it can cause an explosion. For Confusing Concoction, you want to stir slowly and make the letter z. That’s what makes it thicken to the right consistency.”
“Oh....” She fell quiet until you took your wrist away, your throat dry. Without your hand, she continued to do the right motion, and a smile came to her lips. “That’s not so hard!”
“Nope. Not at all.” Once the potion was at the right consistency, you reached over to stop her wrist and smiled. “You did it. That’s Confusing Concoction, the very same potion you blew up on me in class.”
She blushed, but she was still smiling as she backed away. “Wow. I really did it! It didn’t blow up or turn a strange color or anything!” Her eyes were wide as she peered down at it. “How can you tell it’s ready?”
“Three things.” You pointed at how the potion stuck slightly to the stirring stick. “First, his potion is supposed to have this thick consistency. Almost like molasses or syrup.” Then you pointed to the clock. “Second, I know that it takes a certain amount of time to brew correctly. Third, the color is correct. Even one ingredient wrong would have made the color off. Since it meets all of those criteria, I have to say that you have successfully created Confusing Concoction.”
“You’re so cool,” Heejin breathed, and your heart skipped another beat. “This is great! I can’t believe I really did it! With your help, of course, but I’ve never done this well!”
You laughed, and wondered why you found her sheepish smile so adorable before reminding yourself to be a good tutor. “You’ll do even better by the time I’m done with you. Now come on, I’m going to get a sample of this to show the professor, and then we should clean up and get to bed. Oh, and I’ve got some reading material for you.”
When the two of you parted ways at the door, Heejin left you with a quick hug and a wave, and your heart wouldn’t stop pounding.
-
“How’s tutoring Heejin been? I’ve seen the two of you giggling together in the hallway. It seems like there’s a lot more than tutoring going on.” Hyewon cornered you one day as you parted ways with Heejin outside the Ravenclaw portrait (she’d decided to walk you back to your dorms, and you’d be lying if it didn’t make your heart skip a beat).
“Don’t be silly. I’m trying to make sure that she doesn’t blow us all up one day.” You tried your best to scoff like you would have before you met Heejin, but your heart just wasn’t with it. Plus, your heart was beating like crazy, and you were pretty sure your ears were red. Hyewon just smiled and raised her eyebrows.
“But you like her.”
You swallowed and ducked around her, her heart shuddering in your chest. You couldn’t even try and deny it anymore, but that didn’t mean you were confident enough to say it. Not when Heejin looked like a cute, confused bunny, or when her smile was as radiant as the sun.
“Shut up,” you said, for a lack of anything else to say. Hyewon just snickered and followed you inside.
-
Heejin had slowly wiggled her way into your heart with her cute smile and her soft hair and her scrunched up nose when she concentrated. The tutoring sessions were still tutoring, you still taught her potions and answered any questions she had, but there was more... talking. Getting to know each other. Smiling and laughing.
They’d turned into something you looked forward to at the end of the day, and you wondered if Heejin felt the same way.
One thing was for sure, though. She was improving in potions every day. Soon, she wouldn’t even need your help anymore.
And you weren’t sure what you’d do when that happened.
-
“Whatever you’re doing to help Heejin, it’s working. She’s improving exponentially.” The professor smiled widely at you, and you did your best to smile back. Usually, you’d love hearing teacher’s praise, but this time, you felt a sense of dread.
“Thank you, sir.”
“You know, if she passes this upcoming test, she won’t even need help anymore. We’re going to be brewing Draught of Peace, and if she can successfully brew that, she can brew anything!”
Your heart dropped. It was just as you’d expected. Your days with Heejin were coming to a close. But you smiled anyway, nodding as the professor looked at you. You couldn’t do anything to hurt Heejin’s grades.
“I’ll do my best to make sure she passes.”
-
This time of the year was always a blur, only made worse by your worry over what you’d do once your tutoring sessions ended. Before you new it, it was the day of the big test in potions, and you faltered at the door, not wanting to go inside. Was this what test anxiety was like?
“What’s wrong?” Hyewon asked sleepily, bumping into your back.
“I-I don’t want to go into class today.”
She frowned. “What do you mean? You’ll do fine, you’re the number one student when it comes to potions.”
“That’s not it,” you said, and she finally got it, letting out a little sigh.
“Oh, it’s Heejin.”
“Yeah.”
“Listen, you guys have gotten really close. I don’t think she’ll just drop you after she finally passes something in potions. She doesn’t seem like that type of person.”
“You think so?” You looked at your friend, feeling pathetic for being so scared, and she wrapped an arm around your shoulder.
“I know so. And I’m never wrong. Now let’s get inside before we get points taken away for being late.”
The room was already almost full, only a few straggling students still missing, and you turned to look at Heejin before you could help yourself. She was studying the notes she’d taken with you the day before, her nose scrunched up in concentration, but when you looked up and locked eyes with you, she smiled.
“Good luck,” she said softly as you passed, and you couldn’t help smiling as well.
“Good luck to you too.”
As you reached your seat, you took a deep breath and closed your eyes. You were the best potions student in the school. You had no reason to be nervous. You could do this.
When you opened your eyes again, the ingredient cabinet was open, and you were in the zone. You didn’t think about Heejin, even as much as you wanted to. You focused on your own potion until it was done, then sat back with a sigh and a little smile.
You’d done it.
Then you heard an excited yell behind you, and you turned around to see that Heejin had done it too. Her face was flushed from excitement and she’d smudged something on her face, but she’d finished the potion. And she hadn’t blown anything up.
“Very good, Heejin,” the professor said with a smile. “I’m impressed.”
“Thank you!” She beamed from his praise, almost glowing as she stepped away from her table, and you couldn’t look away. Not even when she turned and locked eyes with you, or when she began to walk around her table.
The next thing you knew, your arms were full of one Jeon Heejin, and she was hugging you tight. She also smelt distinctly of vanilla and flowers, and you wondered for a moment if her lips would be as soft as her face was against yours before she pulled away and you snapped out of it.
“I did it! And it’s all because of you!” She was still smiling, holding onto your shoulders, and her smile was too contagious not to smile back, even if you felt a little sad as you did.
“It was your hard work and willingness to learn that made you succeed. I just helped. I’m proud of you.” At your words, the tips of her ears colored pink with pleasure and she glanced down, uncharacteristically shy.
“Thank you. For everything.”
“Of course.”
It wasn’t until class was ending and everyone was moving towards the doors that you had the courage to tell her. Swallowing, you patted her shoulder and put on a fake smile. “Congratulations again. I was happy to tutor you.”
She smiled, but then it faded a bit as your words sank in. “What do you mean by that?”
“The professor said that, if you passed this test, you wouldn’t need my help anymore. But I had a lot of fun with you, and I’m proud of how far you came.”
“Oh.” Her face fell and you wanted to cheer her up, to hug her, to do something, but one of her friends came to her side, whining about how hard the test had been, and she cleared her throat. “Um, I had fun too. Thank you again. I’ll see you around?”
“Yeah,” you said, giving her a little wave. “See you around.”
You turned to watch her walk away once you were outside the classroom, and Hyewon sighed.
“Why didn’t you say anything?”
“I couldn’t.”
“But you guys obviously like each other. Come on, I could have cut that tension with a knife.”
You turned away, clutching your books tighter. You didn’t know why you hadn’t said anything, but the words just hadn’t come out. All you could do was shake your head at Hyewon and say “I know.”
-
Once the evening rolled around, you found yourself restless. Laying in bed didn’t seem right, but neither did doing homework, and eventually you grew frustrated with distracting yourself and stood up, throwing on your shoes and heading out of the dorms. You no longer had the key, but you figured a walk to the potions classroom might help you feel better.
As you approached, you saw a figure sitting outside the doors, her head leaned back against the wall. Your heart stopped and, for a moment, you stopped too. Could it be? When you started walking again, your heart was pounding in your chest, the beating only getting faster as you got closer and the figure turned to look at you.
It was Heejin. And she was smiling.
“I was hoping you’d come.”
You found yourself smiling as well as you shoved your hands into your pockets and stopped in front of her. “Sorry, I don’t have the key,” you said, even though you knew that wasn’t what she was waiting for. Sure enough, she just laughed before standing to her feet.
“I really like you, (Y/N),” she said bluntly, and your heart did a back flip inside your chest. So this was the brave Gryffindor that had been inside Heejin this whole time. “And I don’t want to stop seeing you. Even if it’s not tutoring, I want to be around you.”
“I like you too,” you admitted, relieved to finally have the feelings off your chest. You felt giddy and nervous, yet it was so right at the same time. “And I don’t want to stop seeing you either.”
“Good.” She stepped closer to you, her eyes sparkling in the candlelit hallway. “Then let’s date.”
“Okay.”
You usually weren’t one to be bossed around. But this time, as you smiled widely and pulled your hands out of your pockets to reach out and grab her hands instead, you found you didn’t mind. You also found that Heejin’s lips were just as soft as her skin when she giggled and leaned in to kiss you, silently sealing the deal with her gentle vanilla-scented touch.

Radio appearances always made Olivia a little nervous. She’d gotten used to appearing on TV after a while, but that was because they were scripted and edited, so if she messed up, the show could edit that out. They could also cut out any parts where she might look weird or say something weird or act awkward. But the radio was always live, and although she sometimes got a script, a lot of times it was unscripted in an interview style, and that made her nervous. There was too much room for mistakes or secrets to slip out, and too much room for surprises.
Surprises like one of the hosts being out sick, only to be replaced by the person Olivia had been crushing on for the last few months.
She was technically at the front of the line as they filed into the recording room, but as soon as Olivia saw you sitting at one of the microphones, shuffling your script in your hands, she turned on her heel and walked the other way.
“Olivia,” Haseul hissed, her eyes wide. “What are you doing?”
She was too shell-shocked to answer, but Hyunjin cackled, answering for her. “She’s running away. Look at who the co-host is!” At her words, the entire group rushed forward to look, and Olivia flushed a deep red, quickly stepping away.
“I’ll be right back,” she mumbled before dashing off towards the restroom, ignoring Haseul’s call for her to come back. Once inside, she closed the door and leaned against it, her eyes wide and her heart beating fast. What the heck? Wasn’t the host supposed to be some old dude? Why was it you, out of all people? And why hadn’t she been told?
Trying to calm herself down, she walked over to the mirror to inspect her reflection. As much as she wanted to splash water on her face, she knew her stylist would kill her for ruining the makeup, so she washed her hands instead, then made sure her hair and makeup was perfect.
“I can do this,” she told her reflection in the mirror, fixing one last stray strand. Then she took a deep breath, smoothed her shirt, and walked out the door, headed back towards the recording room.
Thankfully, she hadn’t been gone long enough to cause any problems: they were still setting up to record. On the other hand, though, as she sat down, some of the other members began to snicker, obviously amused. Haseul and Yves, both looking slightly stressed, gave her wide-eyed looks, to which she shrugged her shoulders, trying to play it cool.
“My hair was falling out of the tie,” she lied, and Yeojin giggled.
“Sure. Whatever you say, Olivia.”
“Shut up,” she hissed, turning to give the girl a glare, only to immediately smooth over her features as you turned around in your chair to face them.
“Okay, is everyone ready? We’re about to go live!” Your voice was cheerful, contrasting with the horror music playing in Olivia’s head. She was so not ready.
“Ready!” The rest of the girls said, and she gave a little nod, knowing that she had no choice.
“Then let’s go!” The other host, Kyuhyun, cleared his throat and gave a thumbs up, signalling that the mics be turned on. Then, with a smile, he leaned forward and looked down at his notes. “Hello listeners, it’s your loyal host Kyuhyun here once again to bring you another fun and interesting interview! But today, I have more than one guest in the studio. Mystery host, would you like to introduce yourself?” He turned to you and you laughed, leaning in just like he did.
“Hello listeners, I’m (Y/N) and I’m going to be filling in for Woohyuk today. I’m flattered to be here on such a beautiful day! And speaking of beautiful, let’s introduce our guests. In the studio today we have the lovely Loona!” You gestured at them and, on cue, they cheered.
“Hello, we are Loona!” Haseul put on her best smile for the one tiny camera recording. “We’re so happy to be here today, and we’ll be sure to work hard to be fun and interesting just like Kyuhyun said!”
“If there’s anything Loona is, it’s fun! But first, let’s get into some news.” The show had begun.
After some news that Olivia could care less about and about a billion nonsense questions, she found herself staring down at the table. She’d been a lot more shy than usual today, mostly due to the fact that you were only sitting a few chairs away from her. It made her heart pound: she didn’t want to mess up. So she just didn’t speak, only responding when the other girls sent the question to her and giving short, boring responses to encourage them not to make her talk.
For a little while, her strategy worked. Then, as the questions started to end and the usual chat started, Kyuhyun asked if they had any funny stories and a grin slid onto Hyunjin’s face.
“You know, we have a funny story from today.” No. She wouldn’t. “It happened with our very own Olivia Hye!” She would. Olivia’s faced flushed a deep red as she stared at Hyunjin in disbelief. Some of the other girls had already started to giggle.
“Really?” You looked at her with a smile, only making her blush more. “We haven’t heard much from Olivia today.”
“That has to do with the funny story,” Heejin said, smiling along with Hyunjin. “Should we tell it?”
“Please do,” Kyuhyun said, even as Olivia whined and shook her head. Ignoring her, Yves spoke up. Was this her unit leader’s revenge for making her stress earlier?
“When we were coming into the recording room, Olivia was actually right behind Chuu, so she was second in line. But all of a sudden, she stopped and turned around to walk the other way. It almost gave Haseul a heart attack. She took off to the bathroom and we were all surprised until we realized that it was because she wanted to make sure she looked good for a certain someone.” Yves wiggled her eyebrows, and Olivia resisted the urge to slam her head into the table. Was it possible to die of embarrassment?
“But there’s only two of us in here,” Kyuhyun said, raising his eyebrows with a grin. God, he was egging them on.
“Exactly! Turns out,” Hyunjin said with a grin, “that Olivia is a huge fan of (Y/N). As soon as she saw them in here, she freaked out and ran off.”
“Whoa, really?” Genuinely surprised, you turned to face her, and her mouth grew dry.
“Really!” It was Yeojin this time. “Trust me, she talks about you all the time.”
“Okay,” Olivia said, her voice wavering as she finally stood up for herself. “They’re making it out to be a lot more dramatic. I didn’t freak out or run anywhere. I walked to the bathroom. And I don’t talk about anyone all the time.”
“She’s lying about that last part,” Yeojin said bluntly, and had they not been live, Olivia would have thrown something at her. You seemed to find this amusing, though, as you laughed and turned your chair towards Olivia.
“Are you my fan?”
“I-I mean, yeah?” She felt a bit faint. “But they’re definitely exaggerating.”
“Thanks for being my fan anyway, then. I didn’t know that I had such a beautiful fan.”
Somehow, Olivia’s face got even redder. Her throat let out a squeak without her permission, and she wished she could melt into the floor as everyone laughed. When would this be over?
-
After what seemed like an eternity of teasing interrupted by serious radio, Kyuhyun finally ended the show. Relieved, Olivia took off the headphones, internally planning her revenge against the entire dorm. She had never been so embarrassed in her life.
As everyone stood up and got ready to finish up and leave, you appeared at her side, flashing her a smile that made her heartbeat speed up.
“O-oh, hello.”
“Sorry if I startled you, I wanted to chat with you before you left.” You didn’t look like you were going to tease her any more. In fact, you almost looked a little flustered yourself. “Sorry that your members teased you so much because of me.”
“They just like to tease,” she said truthfully, tugging at her sleeves as she sent you a nervous smile.
“But were they telling the truth?”
She blinked, confused. “Huh?”
“Were your friends telling the truth about you being my fan?”
“Oh.” It wasn’t like she could lie her way out of this one. She blushed again as she nodded. “Yeah, I am a fan.” She wasn’t going to reveal the full extent of her feelings, though.
“I’m flattered.” You laughed softly. “I’m a fan of you too!”
“Really?” Her eyes widened and you nodded, laughing again.
“Really! That’s why I was so shocked when I heard that you were a fan of me. I’ve been a fan of yours for a while.”
“Wow. Thanks. That’s... wow.” She blinked as she tried to process your words, slowly beginning to grin. “That’s awesome.” In the sound booth, someone called your name, and you sighed, reaching into your pocket.
“Looks like I’ve got to go. But here, I wanted you to have this. I figured we might as well be friends, right?” You placed the paper into her hand and smiled. “Hopefully I’ll see you again soon, Olivia. Have a wonderful night!”
“Y-you too.” She watched as you walked away, her world spinning. Was she dreaming?
“Olivia Hye! Come on, we’ve got to go!” Chuu’s loud voice shattered her thoughts, proving that she wasn’t dreaming, and as she turned to follow her group, she beamed, slipping the paper into her pocket. Maybe radio shows weren’t so bad after all.

Loona’s Haseul / Holiday Prompts
7. Persons A and B must convince their child that yes, Santa is real.
Admin Kiwi
A/N: So I’m going to try and write as many of these that have to do with Christmas as possible. The more generic “holiday” prompts will be done before New Years and will most likely be New Years/Winter themed. Thank you as always for your patience!
Tumblr media
“We might have a problem.” It was early in the morning and Haseul had just walked in from dropping Yeojin off at school. Her arms were crossed as she spoke, her eyebrows furrowed together in a pensive frown. “Our little girl has apparently started to worry about Santa.”
“Oh,” you said, slowly putting down the garland you’d been wrestling with since you brought out the Christmas decorations the day before. You were covered in pieces of green plastic that you brushed off as you stood up. “What makes you think that?”
“On the way to school today, she asked me how Santa managed to get inside houses and apartments that don’t have chimneys. She’s asked that before, but today when I told her that Santa has his own magic ways, she frowned and said that she didn’t believe in magic.”
“Huh. That’s new.” Your frown matched hers as you tried to think, putting your hands on your hips. “What age were you when you stopped believing in Santa? I can’t quite remember for me.”
“I don’t remember an exact age,” Haseul said, shaking her head, “but I know I wasn’t six. Six is way too young to stop believing.”
“I agree. But what can we do?” You sighed and sat back down, going back to messing with the knot in the garland. “I wasn’t prepared for this at all. I thought we’d at least have another year or two.”
“Right?” She stood silent, thinking for a moment. “You know, we could consult those parent blogs online. I’m sure they’ll have some kind of advice on what to do when your child starts asking questions.” Smiling, she walked over and took the garland from your hands. “Why don’t you stop messing with this thing and we can talk about Santa over breakfast? My treat.”
Laughing, you stood up once again and put your decorations to the side. “Well, if you put it that way, how can I say no?”
-
The parenting blogs proved to be a good idea. There were plenty of cool tricks to do online, but the one thing that really caught both of your attention was the video from Santa. The preview videos on the website looked genuine, and all you’d need to do was send Yeojin’s Santa letter. It seemed like it would work.
“If we can get her to do the letter,” Haseul said, sighed and taking another sip of her coffee, and you laughed. She had a point. The little girl was going through a bit of a rebellious stage. But you were sure there would be some way to convince her to write a letter to Santa.
-
Eventually, after gentle coaxing and a lot of suspicious and dramatic eyebrow raising from Yeojin, the two of you sat down at the kitchen table with her letter in hand, the little girl fast asleep in her bed upstairs.
“So we just send this information to the website?” She looked over the list and rubbed her face. “Oh god, she’s asking for a puppy. Is that something we can do right now?”
You laughed and fondly leaned into your wife, wrapping an arm around her shoulders. “I guess we’ll see. The gifts never get any easier, do they?”
“They never get any cheaper either,” she commented, but laughed along with you, folding the letter up once again. “I’m happy if she’s happy, though.”
“Yeah. Me too.”
-
“Yeojin! Look what we just got!” It was after dinner a few days later when the video came through, and you had to calm yourself down before you walked out to the living room to show her. “Santa sent me a video!” Beside the little girl, Haseul acted surprised, her mouth falling open as she let out a little gasp and nudged Yeojin’s shoulder.
“Santa?” Yeojin looked excited, then frowned suspiciously as you sat down beside her. “Really? Santa really sent me a video?”
“He did! Apparently he got our letters!” You settled down onto the couch, Yeojin between the two of you, and pressed play on the video.
Immediately, Santa appeared on the screen, all dressed in his red costume with a real beard and everything. Just as you’d seen on the website, the video looked legit.
“Is this thing recording? Oh, I’m too old to figure out these newfangled things.” Santa laughed as he settled back into his chair and pulled out a big book, as well as the exact letter Yeojin had written. At the sight of it, your daughter let out a gasp.
“Wait, that’s mine!”
“Yep!”
“Hello there Yeojin, and Merry Christmas!” Santa waved at the camera as he let out a chuckle. “You’ve been a very good girl this year, as always. But some of my elves told me that you’ve been doubting me! Is this true?” He leaned forward in his chair, and Yeojin’s mouth dropped open.
“How did he know?”
“He’s Santa. He knows everything.”
“Wow....”
“I wanted to send you this video to show you that I am very real, just like your parents said! We got your letter up here at the North Pole,” he said, holding up the letter and envelope. “You’ve got a lot of wishes this year, but as long as you believe in me, I think I can take care of them! A puppy! Now that’s a special gift right there. But as long as you stay good and keep believing, I think I can get it to you!” He winked and grinned at the camera, and you found yourself smiling. This guy was good. “Once again, Merry Christmas, Yeojin! I’ll see you soon!”
“Wow!” Yeojin exclaimed as the video ended and she jumped to her feet, bouncing up and down on the couch. “I can’t believe it! Santa really is real! And he’s going to get me a puppy!”
“Only if you believe,” you said, holding your hand out to make sure she didn’t fall off the couch.
“I’ll believe! I’ll believe really, really hard! I want a little dog so I can name him Frog!”
“You’re going to name your dog, Frog?” Haseul smiled, helping the little girl jump safely from the couch to the floor.
“Yep! I’ve decided! Oh, I drew frogs in class, I’ll be right back.” Distracted, Yeojin ran towards the stairs, and you shared a smile with your wife, tucking your phone back into your pocket.
“That worked great,” you whispered, and she laughed, reaching over to squeeze your hand.
“No kidding. Although I guess we’re stuck getting her a puppy now.”
“Yeah.” You smiled, listening as Yeojin tumbled through her room upstairs. You wanted to cherish these moments while you still could. She wouldn’t be little forever. “But it’s totally worth it.”
“You’re right. One day, we’ll look back at this and miss it.”
“So let’s not waste a moment.”
