We still have the talking head in the next episode. we got nandermo CLASPING HANDS AS WARRIORS. TOGETHER. AS EQUALS! We got explicit confirmation multiple times that Nandor cares deeply about Guillermo and we got Guillermo realising his self-worth with perfectly reflected call backs between Jordan and Nandor.

Nandor said "I want you by my side even and ESEPCIALLY as a human. I want you as you are. I will alter my ways just to keep you in my life." IF THAT ISN'T LOVE I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS!!!

I really really hate how much they’re trying to cover up nandermo. Like the actors and the writers are all acting like it was always a close male friendship when it is so clear that somewhere down the line they switched up. I feel like an insane conspiracy theorist but before it was constantly getting teased and brought up in interviews and spoken about as if it was exclusively romantic, and now it’s like they’re trying to pretend nandermo was always fanon and that the fans are just not understanding their complex deep “male friendship” dynamic.

I don’t mean any hate to the actors when I say this. But it feels so disappointing as a fan to be told that wanting nandermo to be romantic is closeminded and simple. Why is sex so hilarious that it is 90% of the shows humour but wanting to see nandermo have sex is somehow dirty and unnecessary? Why can laszlo have sex with Colin Robinson? Who he at one point raised? But nandermo is too problematic because that’s his boss??

Damn it now I'm thinking about the universality principle in psychology and how kissing is not actually seen as a romantic thing, it's seen as gross in many different cultures (because that's where you put your food).

How the culture you grow up in will determine the behaviours you find meaningful and how these are heavily dependent on, and different across, many cultures.

Nandor grew up in Al Qoulanudar and we have no information on what is a typical expression of affection there. That hand clasp could have been declaring his undying love for all we know.

After watching wwdits for three times ( not finishing the third since there's no alternative endings ) I'm sad to see the show go but I'm happy to imagine them all off on their silly adventures. I appreciate the small kiss on the cheek between Guillermo and nandor even if it was only something Nadja hypnotized the audience to believe in but overall I am content with the throwback finale full of the silliest vampires that I will forever love.
