Nandermo power imbalance is a seesaw.
It's not just one sided "that's his boss", it's also "I let you live", it's Guillermo leaving and Nandor spiraling into despair, it's Nandor going away and Guillermo freaking out, It's Guillermo killing vampires to protect the household and Nandor covering for him when he finds out, it's Guillermo winning in combat against Nandor and later running away when Nandor's seriously furious. It's Nandor fucking up and Guillermo saving the day, it's Guillermo regretting turning into a vampire and Nandor turning him back.
They're exchanging power back and forth like they're playing ping-pong.
