A Prefeitura do Rio, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, abriu cadastro para que todos os estudantes da Rede Municipal de Ensino acessem uma ferramenta tecnológica que permite a professores e alunos adaptarem suas rotinas pedagógicas para o mundo virtual, durante o isolamento social.

O acesso à plataforma Microsoft Teams, que já era disponibilizado para professores e servidores da SME, foi estendido aos 640 mil alunos da maior rede pública municipal de ensino da América Latina. Agora, os estudantes da Educação Infantil ao Ensino de Jovens e Adultos ganharam acesso gratuito a uma conta de e-mail que permite entrar na Microsoft Teams.

Nesse espaço, é possível visualizar atividades encaminhadas pelos professores nas salas virtuais, além de grupos, chats e postagens. A ação é realizada por adesão, sendo identificada a partir das necessidades de cada unidade escolar. E amplia as possibilidades de continuidade de estudos dos alunos.

“Essa ferramenta é mais uma estratégia que os professores poderão utilizar para atendimento dos alunos nesse momento de pandemia, onde todas as atividades remotas encaminhadas ficarão armazenadas nesse espaço virtual. Para os professores, o aplicativo dispõe de ferramentas que auxiliam no monitoramento e acompanhamento das atividades realizadas pelos alunos”, esclarece a coordenadora.
