I wake up all groggy after a night out feeling cold..? I go to grab my quilt only to realise that im not in my room and never made it home..

1: i like to think that aisling clocked kie's powers immediately. it's not just the drop in temperature whenever she walks into a room, it's more so the way she carries herself and the way she's so careful about touching other people and the fact that every choice comes from a place of "how do i protect other people from me?".

1.5: i also think that aisling would realize very quickly that kie's parents mapped out her entire life's trajectory since birth (or even before then) and treated kie as an extention of themselves her entire life.

2: it's a bit of an adjustment, going from a huge empty house to a cozy home with so many other people in it (and going from being an only child to having siblings). but kie manages and aisling is a big help when it comes to getting settled in.

3: they probably spar a couple of times if only because aisling needs to know kie's strengths and weaknesses and it takes a long time to get there because kie does not want to hurt aisling. at all. ever.

4: aisling knows the ins and outs of the stronghold seven before she meets any of them face to face because kie has talked her ears off about all of them. especially warren.

5: kie has a habit of just dropping something quite heartbreaking into the conversation and then moving on as if it's not a big deal because it's not a big deal to her. this is how aisling (and maybe the other kids and/or the diner squad too) learns that kie sent the first boy she ever kissed to the e.r. with hypothermia and that her parents deemed her dangerous because she siphoned her mom's body heat all throughout the pregnancy so her entire childhood - with a few bright spots here and there, courtesy of her parents former hero supports dr. farzana nayar and jawaharel patel - basically consisted of training and that she tried for perfection in all she did (whether that's schoolwork related or about ice skating or sculpting or training to control her abilities) in order to get them to love her again - something that never really happened.

5.5: "oh, right, yeah, that reminds me of that one time this lady with sound based powers kidnapped me and used her powers on me. she wanted to use me as leverage in order to get her brother released from max security. and then when that didn't work out as intended, she stuck me in a sauna with the settings way up high and i almost died because my core temperature went up way too much, way too fast!"

6: aisling definitely takes kie out to the ice rink. just the two of them. it's sort of like a mom-daughter day. that's also when kie calls aisling 'mom' for the first time.

First era: active simblrs

The first order of business here is to reblog all the content that was made and is being made by simblrs that are still active members of this community.

This does mean there will be a queue as I go through people's blogs and posting their CC on here, and it might get spammy so I apologize in advance. But hey, look on the bright side, maybe you'll find some old CC of that one creator you really like that you haven't seen before! You never know 😘

Second era: inactive simblrs

The second phase will involve digging a little deeper into other CC finds blogs and reblogging older content from simblrs that are no longer active parts of the community

Third era: separate blogs and wix-sites

Third phase will be to dig even deeper on individual websites of older creators. There will be separate posts made on the CC they released with as much relevant information as possible.

Fourth era: Mod the Sims

Next in the line up I will be going through Mod the Sims and making separate posts on this blog with all the information that is available. I will not be doing this for every post on the site, just the ones that are qualitatively good and/or useful, this includes programs.

Fifth era: The Sims Resource

It has to happen at some point sadly, so The Sims Resource will be scoured for all relevant posts. I will not be including everything that is on there, because there is a lot of frankly ugly and low quality stuff on there from the early years, but I will again be making separate posts for TSR sets and items of quality.

Well, well Gossipers– here we are in yet another month. Let’s recap, shall we?

October. Fall. Pumpkin spice season! Who didn't have a blast, right? The word on everyone's lips was FNB (which definitely counts as one word). The much anticipated premiere fell on Halloween so naturally there would a costume party. The iconic on-screen love triangle Sienna Haven, Frankie Vives and Scottie Takeda dazzled on the red carpet. They were, of course, joined by legendary new cast-mates- including Jamie Park and Kela Zwena!

Not even William Huntzberger's birthday could over shadow such a fabulous event. The press were out in full, including Kouture magazine's top writers.

But where was Gossip Girl? Nate Archibald was certainly sweating all night over it and yet... Not a peep. That's not a good sign, right? Are we all breathing a sigh of relief? Maybe it was a one time thing, right? Well, she got her revenge on Jesse Walker, right? And the collateral damage of a few of his besties... Maybe that was enough.

Maybe not.

Only time will tell... There's never been a more important time to keep an eye on your messages.

So, what's coming up in November? What's the hot goss?

It's time to start thinking tfrparent again! There'll be a wee task posted soon about your characters' parents- especially for those who have never played with them before (we're excited!!). This will set up our next event!
