I've gotten a bit of interest in terms of the designs and backstories I've been creating for Sun Wukong's children from Journey to the South, and so decided to post some of my current ideas for Yuebei Xingjun, the Monkey King's large and powerful daughter. Some sketchy thoughts below, with a quick heads-up that there is talk of violence and child death.
The underlying idea here is that the monkeys that do not belong to any of the ten species--i.e. the spiritual primates--come into existence in pairs: the red-buttocked baboon and the bare-armed gibbon; the intelligent stone monkey and the six-eared macaque; and some 500 years after the westward journey is over Sun Wukong adds to that number by crafting his sons Qidou and Luohou from fragments of carbonized bone from the Mt. Huaguoshan massacre and debris from the mountain that the Monkey King, being a stone and therefore a lava monkey, melted and squeezed into the shape of another divine rock out of which his sons were eventually born. Some 500 years after this Sun Wukong decides to expand his immediate family and repeats the process. Yet this time, the vagaries of nature result in his daughters Yuebei and Ziqi not only being born thoroughly conjoined at the head and the brain, but Ziqi dies a few seconds after emerging from the rock. Heartbroken and desperate to at least save a rapidly fading Yuebei, the Monkey King uses his vast knowledge of medicine to perform emergency surgery on his surviving daughter. While it's too dangerous even for him to try and "detangle" Yuebei from Ziqi completely, he does manage to save Yuebei, even though she's left with her sister's face forever merged with her own.
Though Yuebei Xingjun had often been left in tears at the comments of visiting entities on her appearance, the consistent love of her father, brothers, and extended family gave her a pretty happy childhood and gives her a pretty happy life as an adult. Even so, the devastation Heaven's war against Sun Wukong left on Mt. Huaguoshan gave her a bitter hatred against her father's past enemies, and left her fearful of the prospect that her family would face extermination once again. Though the Monkey King frequently warned her against letting this hatred fester, and though both father and daughter were often left perplexed as to why Yuebei Xingjun wasn't capable of learning any of the magic Sun Wukong possessed and tried to help her cultivate, she later found out through listening to the voices of her deceased family members who were killed in the war against Heaven, who were now being led by Ziqi in Diyu, and all of whom refused to enter the cycle of reincarnation until they felt they had been appropriately avenged--that she was capable of cultivating powerful death magic. It was through their help that Yuebei Xingjun eventually formed her skull treasure, which only she can wield and which gives her the ability to curse anyone, even immortals, with a death spell so powerful that it inevitably kills its victims within three days. This was something that caused an paradoxical escalation in tensions and desire for further negotiations between Mt. Huaguoshan and Heaven when it was first revealed. Between the fact Yuebei Xingjun agreed to only use her death curse if her father allowed her to do so and the still sharp memories of the devastation Sun Wukong wreaked during his havoc in heaven, the monkey yaoguai and Heavenly deities now exist in something of a tense peace under a kind of mythological M.A.D. situation. In the centuries since that agreement during which Yuebei Xingjun became one of Mt. Huaghushan's guardians and further appointed herself a "helper in hell" to try assisting her deceased family members in moving on, she furthered her study of curses, and has become extremely proficient in both making and breaking them, something that has become very useful for strengthening diplomatic ties between the Mt. Huaguoshan monkey yaoguai and the yaoguai, immortals, and even humans of other regions.
She also enjoys afternoon naps in Mt. Huaguoshan's orchards, making sculptures from stone, and traveling with her brothers. She's further currently being courted by two monkey yaoguai from other caves, both of them having became enamored with her after she saved their lives. After a lifetime of hearing whispered insults from other entities Yuebei Xingjun is scared to pursue either relationship due to the fear that they're playing a cruel joke on her, but her friends and family are trying to bolster her confidence.

Here’s some brainstorming sketches of a couple of spooky scary supernatural creatures (yāoguài) that inhabit Eleturn. So far, these two are the only two of their kind. One seems to be a super-hetran with terrifying power that resembles a canine, and the other is hetran-like but is but has the upper-half of a faun and the lower-half of a tailless phouka who has similar power.
Hetran- “Hetero sapiens,” meaning, “the wise others.” These people may be different when it comes to specific characteristics, but they all have advanced intelligence and posses bipedal, digit-grade stances. In other words, they are the “humans“ of Eleturn.
However, to us, they’re a dog-boy and a human female with magic, named Ben and Lucille (my persona), respectively. Eventually I’ll make a full ref of both, but right now, here’s just basically what they look like, with censors because, you know, this stuff is iffy on here. Here’s an uncensored version on FurAffinity: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/51351275/
Hey hey, to those who followed me here from deviantART, and have been with me for over a decade, you may remember Ben as being a cat. Yeah, I changed him to a doberman, but I’m not 100% sure I’ll stick with it.

SonicAsura's Doodles #44
"Sweets are something I love to indulge in! Come visit my bakery where the treats aren't just delicious but leads to healing of your choice!" Tikki Cho, owner of the Sweet Healing Bakery.
Meet my new OC, Tikki Cho. A White Rabbit Yaoguai specifically a special subspecies I'll be introducing to you all in my other blog. Her pink and violet fur is actually a birth defect since her parents have white fur. Tikki does resemble Angoramon, a Digimon from Digimon Ghost Game. This unique appearance stems from her subspecies called Mimic, a type of race born with appearances and abilities of specific characters from media, urban legends or mythology.
She runs the Sweet Healing Bakery, a shop that serves pastries of all kinds but also offers various therapy based services. Tikki is a kind motherly woman who likes to help those in need, however she doesn't let the more malevolent ones take advantage of her.
This rabbit yaoguai has incredible physical strength that a full power punch can decimate a mountain alongside powerful kicks capable of causing magnitude 8 earthquakes. Tikki's ears can also be used to fly and create small wind blasts.
There is one side of Tikki however that no enemy wants to meet. She maybe a kind woman but behind that is a beast ready to rend all with her claws...
In a future Lego Monkie Kid fic/AU, Tikki will be serving the role of MK's foster mother. Her life becoming intertwined with two monkeys but also different versions of them alongside other peculiar characters from other franchises. More info on Glitch.
Until next time folks, I'll see you later!

Author note: Finally finished this story! This one is for @digitaldoeslmk AU lmk by the book. Featuring their OC Zhenfu and mine. No warnings on this. Enjoy!
The sound of waves rolling onto the beach, the gentle breeze, the warm sun on her fur reminds Zhenfu of Puppet. Calm, peaceful, and safe, this small hideaway made her feel at home compared to the vast manor she grew up. Surrounded by walls, darkness, thousands of eyes on her and the looming threat around the corner. But here, despite the small home and the lack of luxury that’d fit for her status and station. She wouldn’t trade it, nor would she trade Puppet for her father back.
It’s been months, or was it a year? She wondered. Since Mk sealed her father away, the six ear Macaque, the man who was there, but wasn’t there. Always busy, always absent, only there during her fumbles. Rarely handed praise and eagerly delivering punishments; for her own good, he added.
Her childhood has always been lonely and short-lived, growing up too fast among his horde, his commanders, Lady Bone Demon, and his puppet. Puppet a weapon made for bloodshed and thirsty for blood like a feral rabid dog. Teeth bared at anything and everyone one.
‘View it as a guard dog’, her father commented to her one day after she witnessed first hand of what it was capable of. ‘it’s here to protect you but it’s incapable of loving you, unlike me.’ Zhenfu remembered that day and how small she was, trembling from her father’s bitter touch who left her alone with it.
And yet, it was the first warmth that’s been part of her life since she could remember, a plushie that no matter how hard she throws it or how venom drips from her mouth, it always comes back. A guard dog, yes, but more importantly, a nanny dog to her. Zhenfu thought that thing was following orders from her father; the hugs, the honey coated words, the spoils of affection, she thought it was an act. A role to fulfill while her father is absent. It never loved her, but her father did. Until she realizes it was all lies on that day.
The day her life crumbled from her feet, how alone she was without her father, his horde, and his puppet, all abandoned or dead. Oh, how the heros celebrated the defeat of her father; all rushing to hug each other while she sat among the rubble, eyes on them. The sight of smiles, their tears, and words spoken as they all held onto each other dearly. She was once part of the group, even if it was all a lie.
Finally, a taste of genuine community and love only to have it ripped away from her arms like how her father did with her beloved plushie as a little girl. So small, so lost, so helpless, and so very alone. Then, all eyes were on her, so many eyes with thoughts of what to do with her. Hateful, hesitant eyes and mummers of what to do to hear, how to dispose of her. She remembered how she barely kept herself from crying. Warriors don’t cry; a lesson father drilled into her, even when she so badly wanted to. Someone stepped forward with a hand to reach for her and-
“There you are Zhenfu, sunbathing in the sands again, I see.” A voice broke her thoughts and suddenly she’s back on the beach again. Puppet placed a hand on her shoulder, smiling down at her; a once rare, but daily, occurrence now.
“Hi…” she replied, her orange eyes looking up into their brown eyes, eyes she hasn’t seen that color before their change; their transformation from human to yaoguai monkey, like her, but is it really fair to compare a puppet to a human? She thought so, but now, after everything? Her hands fiddle her braids, grounded and out of her head, her eyes cast down to her notebook in her lap. Words jolted down, thoughts, feelings, plans, and a goal.
Names scribbled and crossed out one after another in her notebook, the reason she’s out here at the beach resting under the shade. This place, in a way, reminds her of Puppet and the hopes inspiration will strike. Puppet needs a name, a real name, not the one her father forced on it. No, them; they are not a cold, heartless object, but a living being who always gave her the best hugs. Zhenfu never heard their real name and after all these years, there is a good chance Puppet doesn’t even remember their name either. Puppet has done so much, give so much, even when heaven demanded her for familial connections to her father, they bare their teeth and been on the run for her. She never realized they’ll go to such lengths for her, she’ll find a name that fit them. A perfect name for them, and the growing dread of them if they reject the name. Reject her.
“Is something the matter?” they ask.
“Just...just thinking about something, but I’ll let you know once I’m done.” She said with a chirp and a smile. “This place is helps. I feel safe here.” Her eyes moved to look at the vastness of the ocean. The waves gently roll onto the sands and the distant sound of gulls’ cries.
They hum, “That’s good and I’ll patiently wait for that something.” Their eyes, soft and full of loved to her, only her, stared out into the ocean. “I need to travel into town. I’ll be back before sundown.” Puppet said, eyes back on her. They give her a reassuring smile when her smile drops. “I promise to be back by sundown, or I’ll pick up Dragon’s Beard Candy. How does that sound?”
“You promise?”
“Promise.”
“Good, come back late.” Zhenfu said her smile returned and her ears twitched at the sound of Puppet’s laughter before they pat her shoulder. Alone again with her thoughts and her scribbled in notepad on the cozy beach. She’ll have time to think while they’re out. All she has to do is write on the pages. Just think of a name, one that Puppet won’t reject and regret being with her or. Zhenfu puts her head in her hands and groans. Her tail thumped against the sand, her chest slowly and steadily rise and falls. A name, a fitting name, that it’s theirs and theirs alone. A name that won’t leave her.
‘They have a vast qi like the ocean.’ She thought, eyes back on the ocean, but it wasn’t good enough for her or at least, there was something missing to add. They did so much, their love and compassion so vast despite everything that happened to them. Always holding her close and letting her listen to their heartbeat, the thrums reminded her that Puppet is alive and here. Zhenfu quickly opens her notepad to write; inspiration finally strikes. A name; vastness like ocean for their empathy, and heart for always keeping it open and loving; Haoxin. A perfect name for Puppet, for them. Now all she has to do is wait for their return.
Plopping her back onto the warm sand, she gets herself comfortable and closes her eyes. A nap to unwind and reward for a job well done, she can commit to chores after. She sighs as the tension washes away and drifts off to sleep at the sound of waves.
“The bastard is dead and so must his kin,” a voice called out, drawing a sword and marching towards her. Even in her dreams, scenes of the aftermath haunt her. The figure grows and towers over her, all eyes everywhere on her, all chanting for her death. “No need for a trail. Heaven will execute her and have her head on a pike.” Her body can’t move, hands of the dead, those who died by her father, by her, hold her down. Zhenfu opens her mouth to object, but more hands stop her and forces her to stare at the executioner. Smiling down at her as he reaches forth to grab her, sounds of crackles and sparks in the air.
“Zhenfu.” She’s jolt awake and on her feet, Puppet staring at her with a box in hand and the sun already set.
“Um…I..” grabbing her braids, hands playing with it to the point it frays. “I…” her shoulder slumps and head is down. Something small and white catches her eye, she blinks, and it was gone. ‘Must be a spirit’, she thought. “You’re late.” She mumbles, attention back to the older monkey beside her.
“I am.” They said, their voice low and soft. “And I kept promise.” They shake the box, sweets rustle inside. Their eyes drift from her to the notepad still on the sand, then back to her again. “I know the nightmares are rough, but I’m proud you’re journaling. It helps just to get it out of your head and-”
“That’s not what I’m using it for.” she cuts them off and continues, “I…I..” Breath in, breath out. “I was writing down a name for you. I hate calling you Puppet and you deserve better, Haoxin!” Their breath hitch and Zhenfu pause.
“What did you just call me?” Their tone is incredulous and Zhenfu can feel her heart drop. She didn’t mean it to slip out and now they’re staring at her with disbelief. The name is stupid and stupid for thinking that they will even accept it, accept her. She can’t look, not with that face they’re giving her; brows shot up and mouth agape, the box of sweets slowly slipping from their hands.  They hate it and now they’ll hate her too; what was she thinking for even trying to name them? Zhenfu doesn’t have the right to give a name, much less without their permission. “How..how..” sand rustles beneath their feet and hands suddenly on her shoulders. “Zhenfu... please look at me.” She doesn’t want to, but a hand cups her cheek and she leans into it; finally she looks at them with tears.
Similarly, the two match with teary eyes, “How did you remember my name? I only said it when we first met.” Did they? Zhenfu never knew they had spoken their name before, Haoxin, to her or to anyone, for that matter. They have been a part of her life as far as she could remember, present since she was a baby. Her body quickly pulls against them, arms trapping her as they hold her close to their chest. The warmth, the familiar warmth, seeps into her like a blanket. The two stay quiet as they held each other. And when she’s carried liked all the countless times, carried into home and tucked into bed.
The aftermath haunts her again, even nuzzled in Haoxin’s arms and chest. Placing her right back where the executor, a heaven’s official, was about to reach out to her calling for her head. Paralyzed and stricken with fear, the chants for her death grow louder with the distant sound of thunder. Thousands of hands, claws, and shadows all reach out from all angles. Zhenfu only has enough will to curl herself into a ball. The air cackles with sparks before a deafening sound and the earth rumbling with rage. She still doesn’t look up, not even when screams and the sound of blades clashing, or when sounds of flesh tearing.
“I don’t care what you do to me,...” a voice booms, something white and very large brushes against her and Zhenfu cautiously peeks up; tattered, dirty clothes with blood smeared and dripping off a curved sword. The owner’s back facing her as they point their blade at the shocked eyes. Her body finally moves, and she rushes towards her protector, sobbing loudly as she clings onto them.  “.. but you’re not laying a hand on this child.” Haoxin declared with teeth, scooping her up with one arm, holding her close and protectively; much like a loving father for their daughter.

Also this is my OC for a story I'm making for an AU— he was named "Hēitán" by Sun WuKong.
He was a baboon Yaoguai and a chieftain of his own tribe! He may seem stoic and Stony (and broody), but he's a nice fella when you get to know him.

Finally finished some sketches of my version of Luohou, one of Sun Wukong's sons from the (noncanonical) Xiyouji sequel Journey to the South! Also featuring a short conversation between him and his sister Yuebei Xing about (im)mortality.
Him and his brother Jidu are only mentioned, and while their sister Yuebei Xing is given more attention there's still very little information about her too. Naturally, this means these three are more or less children of the Monkey King free ocs <3.
My version of Luohou, as with the rest of his siblings, had an overall happy childhood where he spent many contented hours painting and practicing calligraphy. As a young adult though he got restless and decided he wanted to have a solo adventure of the world outside of Mt. Huaguoshan to both find further inspiration for his art and to maybe even get a chance to emulate his famous and beloved father in some of his deeds of heroism and mischief. In Luohou's case he was particularly interested in getting his hands on a divine treasure to "definitively" prove his worth to others but especially to himself; though he was always more drawn to the scholarly arts than the martial arts, there had been numerous times where his pride was sorely wounded from other yaoguai not only besting him in sparring matches but telling him to his face that he only had a high position in their world because of who his father is. It was this wounded pride that ended up defining Luohou's actions for some time, even with the Monkey King's attempts to encourage his son and develop his confidence in himself. Because of course his father's going to say such things. The fear that others could see some flaw in him that his father refused to was eventually the final straw that drove Luohou out of Mt. Huaguoshan and onto the road.
Luohou thinks he finally gets a chance to prove himself when during his wanderings he gets an opportunity to steal a Heaven-made ink cake from an immortal which, as Luohou realized after watching the immortal paint and write for some time, never seemed to diminish no matter how much it was used. He does manage to snatch the ink cake, but both the immortal and a host of other beings are soon hot on his trail. They corner him. Terrified but unwilling to give up the treasure, Luohou swallows the ink cake.
The next few months of his life were spent on a bed in an isolated cave in Mt. Huaghushan, crying in pain and in shame over the trouble he brought on his family's head and vomiting up wave after wave of ink as Sun Wukong literally split himself into pieces tending to his horribly ill son and doing everything in his power to maintain the peace with a newly enraged Heaven. Eventually things settle down after Luohou agrees to a number of years of service for the immortal as an assistant in their art studio, with the condition that he had to work there until he learn how to replace the ink cake that he stole. He starts this after Sun Wukong figures out that if Luohou inhales smoke from igneous rocks (and thus triggers some of his own inherent volcanic traits that comes with the territory of being an intelligent stone monkey) that the ink cake firmly lodged in Luohou's body "dries" enough so that it doesn't really inconvenience him, and where he actually has some control over how much ink it produces.
Though they butted heads at first, the immortal Luohou stole from eventually becomes his shifu. Luohou himself, now a much wiser monkey than he once was, came to find true contentment in the art and calligraphy that he loves, though the ink treasure also means he has incorporated its possibilities into his own style of fighting. The chronic pain that came with having the divine ink cake lodged in his body seems a pretty permanent condition, but each year, especially with his family's support, makes it easier to manage.

What was your favorite Slugcat to play and your favorite Iterator to draw?
(i haven't played Saint yet) i suppooooooose it might be actually a tie between Spearmaster, Rivulet and Artificer? the movement of the latter two was a lot of fun, but i'm too attached to Spearmaster that i don't wanna leave it out. constant supply of spears took one of my main worries away for the whole game
and favorite Iterator to draw?? oh boy, i don't think i can choose... i do draw my own designs which i did my best to cater specifically to my enjoyment from drawing. it'd be easier to say what i like drawing the most out of their singular designs, so i'll do that (AND i get to ramble about that i love doin that)
originally i talked about like. all iterators i've ever really drawn but then i fucked up n what i had written was deleted so i guess we are doin only few. the main five i think of when trying to figure out which i like drawing the best:
Tumblr media
• Pebbles: everything about his head is a joy to me. the shape of it, his marks, antennas.. the shape of his feet is a lot of fun and something about the combination of the Gen 3 skeletal body type and hanfu just... fits for him. along with his angry expression. it's like... a certain regal beauty but there's sharp teeth hiding within it. i like to try my best to imbue certain feelings into my designs and then how i draw them (especially on my own time- when i draw for asks i feel like... this important essence, the characterization, gets muddled at least a tad). with Pebbles i'm going for something like "small flame, burning bright- a fighter, yet so soft and fragile, sharp and divinely glorious, determined yet still so damn scared. i want to hold your hands, understand what the time has done to them and say that i'm very sorry. you shouldn't have had to become so rageful. they made you to be alive and didn't let you live." • Nish: of course *he's* here. from the scarf to the general loosenes of his fit (even though he should be more of a Tube, i'm not doin the kimono inspiration justice n i am sorry) is a lot of fun. the looser the clothes are, the more i enjoy drawing them!! i really like drawing his mark and i'm very proud of my design for his headphone audial things this time around. unlike last time, they are meant to be bigger than others' and they are red instead of dark green. the three holes in them? Especially proud of those. he's specifically high up there with my favorite iterators to draw because of his attitude, though • Boreas: he's so stupid big it makes me giggle. drawing him next to Gen 3s is so??? sir please come down we need to have a chat- hello? do u hear me???- okay but seriously, i'm very happy that i've settled on a chlamys for him. the sort of like. collar that i've decided the cloth will make for him compliments his personality well and i like drawing my collars a ton. it's not visible here because it isn't colored, but his antennas go from dark dark blue to vibrant red thru a gradient and i LOVE it so much. combined with the aggressive shape of them? mwah. also the leaf-like things on his audials are so simple to draw and add so much to his vibes that i always look forward to drawin them. revisiting his design and giving him the warranted love made him so so strong and dear to me... p sure he's currently my favorite from my ocs • Notos: a perfect example of why "less is more" is a saying. i like drawing it specifically cuz it's literally just. a bitch playing on a ghost with a bedsheet except when u look under that hood there are some Feckin yaoguai teeth waiting there. Those are a bitch to draw but i did this specifically to learn to draw teeth like that better. also. special shout out to the interaction of Iterator antennas and a bedsheet over the head. shkika keeps bein weak for those "cat ears" in our dms, it's funny to see Notos out of all my kids get those kind of reactions jglkdscmlksdmlk
Tumblr media
• Fish: FISH IS FISH. he has big dumb round glasses what more could i possibly need to enjoy drawing a man. but also those antennas... they make him a lot of fun to draw n i look forward to drawin them each time. my thanks to @/w1ngw0ng and @/medi-bee for bettering them just by being themselves
special shout outs go to Zephyr for being challenging to represent properly (physically relatively weak, fragile, yet burning blindingly bright, sharp, determined and brave- just being a leader of a revolution even though her physical form doesn't really fit it), FAM (@/medi-bee) for bein an absolute freak (i love him. i love Nips even more)
Tumblr media
and NRD (@/splynter) for being different yet familiar and for being colored like a dead body. Very Cool Of Them 👍

Ooooh you are evil (affectionate)
Onto the snippets!!!
This is a snippet of one of Wukong's journal entries in Bootstrap Paradox. Basically, after Macaque was killed, Tripitaka gave each of the pilgrims a journal to document their journey (he saw how Macaque's death had affected Wukong and wanted to help him process everything in a more healthy way since Wukong was not talking with anyone).
I lied. I’ve lied a lot, to a lot of people. The Brotherhood, my fellow pilgrims. Macaque. I lied not because I didn’t trust them. It was to protect them. I have never lied about my name,  however. My name is Sun Wukong, but it wasn’t always. Ba and Liu sometimes called me Shí Hóu or even Stone Cub. Ma and Beng called me a pest. And sometimes they called me brother. I called them my family. Not because we were blood, but because we took care of each other. And a true family should never have to lie to each other. Should never have to hide anything from each other. I never hid myself or who I was from them. They may not have always understood, but they were always there for me when things got tough. Like a family. Like Mei, Sandy, Pigsy and Tang were to me.
This next snippet is part of my OC Mu's story, specifically the beginning of it. He called himself Spider because he was never given a proper name (that he remembers) and so he chose a shortened version of his stage name, The Amazing Spider Monkey.
The inspector raised an eyebrow and knelt down in front of Spider’s cage. Spider shifted uncomfortably under the inspector’s intense gaze and backed away into the corner to get away from her. The inspector hummed and tilted her head. “This one seems to be more sapient than some of the other yaoguai you’ve shown me so far.” The ringmaster laughed. “Nah, believe me. It can’t even talk. Watch.” He crouched down beside the cage, tapping it to get Spider’s attention. “Repeat after me: I. Am. A. Monkey.” Spider blinked at the ringmaster, who simply grinned and stood up. “See? What did I tell you? Too stupid to talk.” The inspector glanced up at the ringmaster for a second, then she returned her attention to Spider. She gave him a small smile before standing up and facing the ringmaster. “Let’s go see the rest of what you’ve got, shall we?” The ringmaster nodded eagerly. “Yes, let’s.”  The ringmaster marched over to the door, pulled it open, and walked out. The hunter looked at the inspector before he followed the ringmaster out of the room. But the inspector made no move to leave. Instead she crouched down in front of Spider’s cage again and unlocked the bolt. Spider watched her in confusion as she stood back up and left without a word. She helped him? Was this a trick? Did she actually work for the ringmaster and this was a test? “We don't need to live in fear anymore.” The Monkey King’s words echoed in Spider’s mind once more. If he really was going to escape, this would be the best opportunity he was going to get.
And that's it. I had to search through all of my WIPs to find stuff that didn't spoil much 😅

Do you have a guide to all your OCs anywhere?
No, but there is one now. :) Brief note that these characters are from the TMAAF verse; minor, non-recurring OCs like Xiao Liuzi from travelers through the empty gate will not show up here. Also keep in mind that some characters, like Nie Yunhua and Nie Yunhai, have more significant roles in my modern verses and Tumblr AUs than in TMAAF.
