"Every time I close my eyes I feel like I could disappear, I could overflow an ocean with the cavalcade of all my tears. And I know I sound dramatic, but that's just how it feels. I'm holdin' to the notion that I'll find something real. I’ve been looking for somebody to tell me that I’m real."

what's your favorite theme/lesson from aftg? i know you dont recommend it in general but im curious abt your thoughts aside from that
Oh boy... okay, hmm... I guess my favorite theme (or lesson I guess) is anyone is allowed a second chance but it’s up to them how they use it. That seemed like a huge thing in the books. Everyone in the foxes were handpicked by Wymack because he believed in giving these kids a second chance (most of which were given up on even by the people who were supposed to care about them).
But between you, me, and everyone reading this I think Wymack would have given his kids 100 chances because he believed they were all capable of good somewhere deep in their core (even if half of them refused to believe him).
Another decent lesson/theme is the idea that while your biological family can be important, blood doesn’t necessarily make you a family, (but I’m a sucker for found family in general so like the fact that I like this theme is nothing new) and just the way each fox views family.
I didn’t take nearly as much from these books as a lot of fans have (I only ever read them once), but these are the things I really liked about them.

hannah what are your top THREE hozier songs
I’M GLAD YOU ASKED GRIFFIN
3. “From Eden”
2. “Nina Cried Power”
and number one, according to my Spotify statistics and the truth abiding deep in my own soul, is “Work Song,” which only gets better every time a lady duets it with him and increases the sapphic factor by an order of magnitude

eddie has a whole playlist of soft old country songs and it's what he puts on when he cleans, helps him find a good rhythm to get into it. when they get together and buck sees it for the first time, he thinks eddie's just trying to seduce him. he keeps trying to get eddie to dance but eddie's oblivious, until buck finally catches him and they slow dance across the living room, laughing at first bc it's eddie smelling like pine sol and them in their socks - but then it's buck's hands on eddie's waist pulling him closer, it's foreheads touching, it's eddie humming along so quietly it's not really even a tune. after that slow dancing becomes a regular thing
GRIFFIN. DUDE. now i’m picturing them dancing to “neon moon” by brooks and dunn and that’s not even a romantic song but the VIBESSSS
rating: 😭😭😭😭😭😭

🐉😳🍀
😳Any way to make you blush?
2 standard drinks will do it, and so will compliments of a certain... i want to say calibre? Just. People paying intense attention to an aspect of me in a way that makes me embarrassed, for good or ill, makes me blush.
🍀Whats your favourite season?
Autumn. It’s cool, but not cold, and the trees do interesting things.
🐉Zodiac Sign?
rooster! Fun fact, my grandad is 60 years my senior so we share a sign for divisible by 12 crimes
