i think everyone knows that her intent wasnt to hurt miles or none of that and she just did what she had to do, she put herself first (which isnt wrong in this case) so dont hate on her for doin what she had to

yes betraying miles was a bad move but she didnt have any other choice when you think abt it

though the thing that bothers me a little is that she states (not openly) that she wants to be with miles and its obvious that he feels the same but when she obviously isnt in the right place for a relationship and neither is he

she might die in btsv (which i somewhat doubt but after seeing her look at her death in the movie im conflicted) and miles is going through his first major canon event, or artificial canon event if you will and he could lose his parents

but it would be healthier if they stayed platonic cause after btsv they are NOT be seeing each other again (if she lives) and maybe end off the trilogy with a lil kiss or sumn sumn

also we will NOT get into “miles is gonna die in btsv” no he is NOT. that wouldnt make sense

i dont blame her for what she had to do but i wish she didnt have to do it

Okay so normally I do not answer these kinds of asks (I've already talked a bunch about how I feel about questions about update) but this is mostly for me to get my head on straight regarding all the WIPs I have up right now and what I want to do with them

So current WIPs on my ao3 are

How to Rehabilitate a Jock 11/53 chapters

The Only Exception 1/6 chapters

Thicker than Water 1/2 chapters

Well I've Been Afraid of Changin' 8/16 chapters

Which is....a lot. I normally do one maybe two WIPs at MOST so having my brain scattered across all these ideas (plus the ten thousand others I have on the back burner...and the Steddie Big Bang which I'm going to be participating in...) yeah choices have been made LMAO

Here's my plan basically. TH(N)E and TOE are both Vday gifts, and I want to finish them first. I'm going to finish TH(N)E and then TOE, just to keep in integrity. After them is TTW because it's only one more chapter. That cuts my WIPs down from 6 to 3.

And now the harder thing to say. I'm putting Well I've Been Afraid of Changin' on an undefined pause/potentially cutting it where it's at. I've gotten a lot of weird messages about it, there's a lot of pressure around that story, and it deals with subject matter that is personally really hard for me to interact with right now. I delete all anon hate (I have zero desire to give those people what they're looking for which is attention) but I've gotten messages calling me an abuse apologist, a r*cist, and one choice one this week telling me that at best I am delusional to think I wasn't a victim of SA and at worst Im actually the abuser. For a situation that know literally nothing about. I don't need that kind of hassle. Overall it matters to me, and I hope to finish it one day, but as far as actually finishing it now? Well that's up in the air but for right now it cannot be my focus.

The only one I really don't know what I'm doing with is SHSNE I really like that one and it's an interesting story with a great beta, but I have to think about it after HTRAJ. I was never expecting anything I ever write to need 53 chapters, but that one well I wanna get it finished.
