Low lunge with a twist. Strengthen your core, mobilize your back! I mean that. Your core should be doing all the work in this pose and if your low back starts straining to hold you in this position you’re probably gonna hurt yourself. Warrior two! I’ve been going steady on my weekday yoga for a good 4 weeks now. It’s nice to feel the differences when I go back to a workout I’ve done before. Also nice to know that there’s still room to grow 😃 Warrior two is a “fun” push and pull between wanting to go deeper with my legs while trying to maintain a centered hip position. Yoga Body Challenge week 3, Day 5 complete. So, I’ve done this level 2 lower body workout 4 times in the past two weeks. And I’ve definitely gotten better at it, but the workout itself is still quite strenuous. The nice thing about Yoga (and Man Flow Yoga in particular) is that even when you get “good” at a pose, there’s always a way to add more work. Sure, you could just stay in your comfort zone and claim you’ve mastered a pose. Or you could go a little deeper, move through the pose a little slower, stretch a bit farther. #yoga #ManFlowYoga #YogaBody #YogaStrong #YogaForBAMFs
