I WANTED TO MAKE AN AU WITH BLUNDER AND FOLLY BECAUSE STFU I LOVE THEM

I finally finished the main story of 3 (so just 90% more game to go 💀) I know there’s some quests with blunder and folly which I have not yet done, but my friend told me after they turned into ghouls for like 5 minutes they gained the ability to see Yokai

BUT JUST HEAR ME OUT OK (more rant and art below vvv)

THIS AU IS BARELY THOUGHT OUT AND WILL PROBABLY JUST BE THE OCCASIONAL DOODLE DUMP BEFORE EVENTUALLY BEING ABANDONED BUT THIS AU IS KIND OF APART OF MY MAIN AU WITH MY OCS (comyst, Sam, saturn, etc) BACK ON MY MAIN @mystic-warriors so the events of the game didn’t even happen, (just pretend they’re researching other wacky shit around town ok again this was not well thought through just let me have this)

I like to think they’re in the same world as my main Au but I don’t have any plans of them actually meeting the protag comyst, they’re just off on their own doing their own shit, maybe they might reference or bump into eachother for a joke or something but that’s about it. (DONT EVEN START ON ASKING WHERE TF COMYST OR BLUNDER/FOLLY LIVE THEY JUST… IDK EXIST IN THE SAME PLANE OF EXISTANCE CLOSE ENOUGH LEAVE ME ALONE)

ANYWAYS now that you all understand that (TLDR) this Au is purely so I can give the two a team and draw them in wacky shenanigans while lore/plot is not a worry I MAY DOODLE DUMP

AU where Nate is reincarnated as a cat during Academy Y

Despite loving to draw, I've never really been one to make OCs myself. I love drawing other people's OCs (though technically any character made by anyone is an OC haha) but didn't really care that much about coming up with my own ones. However, with a franchise like Yo-kai Watch having both a lot of characters and variants, and the community having a lot of Fan-kai, it was inevitable that soon enough I'd end up giving it a shot myself.

I'm sure that at least some of you know about the fanmade Yo-kai "4Reel" made by JoJo/SquishyBlooper, a (very cute) interpretation of what Hailey Anne would look like as a Yo-kai. And one day she jokingly said that it'd be funny if she had a Boss form (think like Rubeous J) where she's a buff alien woman.

I present you: Sailor Rollecnahc IV

Now before saying anything, this drawing is kinda old and I will redraw it at some point, so I apologise for the weird/incorrect anatomy.

First, the obvious question: what the hell is that name? Well, you can probably tell already she's inspired from Captain Thunder and Pink Emperor, to mirror the relationship Usapyon and Hailey have. The "Sailor" part of her name is a reference to how 4Reel's design is based off Hailey's Sailor Psycho outfit, while also following the theme of Blasters Bosses having an adjective in their name (Shogun King, Whisper Cream, Dark Master) and the "IV" is both an obvious reference to "4Reel" and also acting as a regnal number to tie her with Pink Emperor.

As for her actual name "Rollecnahc", it has a really funny story. When thinking about her name, I wanted to follow the Star Wars theme that Usapyon has (Vader Mode and Emperor Mode) and tried to think about a character that's "close" to Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine. Then I remembered Mas Amedda, who had the title of vice-chancellor, and got probably the biggest big brain moment. What if, I reversed the word "chancellor" and used the number 4 in Roman numbers? And thus, when reading her name backwards, it says "Vi-chancellor" and her name being "unusual" fits since she IS an alien!

Ok, that was a really long wall of text for her name, now for her design.

This is one of the drawings JoJo made of 4Reel (I didn't put it earlier in case people mistake her for my OC instead of Rollecnahc). So what I did is take her, give her a similar body structure to C. Thunder, and make her hair shaped like a "IV" (funny fact, 4Reel's hair looks like a "4" no matter where she's facing, JoJo said they act like Mickey Mouse's ears).

As for the Bazooka, I mixed the one 4Reel has with the Captain Launcher. And since 4Reel's one has a keychain of that one in-universe mascot that resembles Usapyon (I forgot its name, please don't hurt me) I gave Rollecnahc 2 keychains of characters from the in-universe parody of Star Wars called Space Wars, along with a character from Y Academy called Dober Vader (since JoJo is also a big fan of Y Academy hehe)

And I think that's all I have to say! I find it kinda funny how the first Fan-kai I ever made was based on another Fan-kai heh. I really liked how she turned out, so I'll try drawing her more in the future. Lastly, here's a very adorable drawing JoJo made about both alien girls, I love it so much 🥺🥺🥺

Sometimes I find a very obscure part of a fandom and it just feels like I’m staring into an infinite abyss that stares back

More random yokai watch headcanons cause I'm bored, and it's been a while! Pretty much none of these have real Canon basis, so role with it.(and some of these I stole from a friend. ;3c)

Lily's maiden name is Aizawa

Katie plays yugioh. She built her deck around Blue eyes.

Isabel's a yakuza baby. No one is aware that's why she's rich.

Francesca Stein has unresolved romantic feelings for both of Nate's parents.

Damona started yelling "shaddup!" To people after seeing it in a Kuromi cartoon.

Whisper has weirdly good romantic game.

Nate's maternal grandfather is basically Tatsu from Way of the House Husband. He taught Lily everything she knows about cooking.

Zoey inexplicably hates Katie. Katie isn't really aware of this.

The entire final arc of the Academy Y anime was Jinpei's sugar induced fever dream, and didn't actually happen. This is supported by the entire arc not mattering to the final episode.

Huskian is Dober's daughter. Neither of them know this.

Every single yokai species in the world inexplicably hate leprechauns. The leprechauns know what they did.

It's actually pretty rare for an insect to become a yokai. But because they die so frequently, bug yokai are still relatively common.

Enma has a magical surveillance system on Nate. He watches his life like a sitcom instead of doing his royal duties.

Buck does not understand any sexuality including his own.

Damona is secretly a gamer girl.
