Give/take relationships creates trauma bonds when one person is doing all the giving and another is doing all the taking.

You're putting all the emotional labor on the other person or persons while you cross legs on the emotional table and do nothing at all. You gonna sit there and watch them break their backs carrying all the emotional load and doing all the work in the relationship like sir that's not a good look.

Healthy relationships don't work that way. But I'm sure he's just exaggerating lol. When they use language like this it's often a show of humility and their own way of acknowledging they have to put in more effort because in their heads they receive more than they give.

Jimin uses similar language as well.

But truth is, they do too much for the internet 🙄

They sacrifice a lot of their autonomy, censor themselves, have to be careful what they post on the internet, watch their weight all the time, can't pause and enjoy their youth and their life and have to indulge in work work work till they are too old to keep gyrating on stage at which point we all would have moved on from them onto the next big thing.

On a personal level however, do be doing too little for eachother sometimes 😩😩😩😩😩

We always take the people closest to us for granted cos we stop desiring their validation and crave it from others.

As long as you give them the bare minimum of affection they'll stick to you and work their bones to powder to prove themselves worthy of your love.

They are also the ones often with the anxious attachment style who very often want their partner by their side always and start checking their phones two seconds to see if their partner called.

They often attract people with avoidant attachments who come off as cold and closed off and hard to reach emotionally.

I think a healthy relationship take work and both parties must give in equal proportions, take in equal proportions and put in the same amount of effort so it's not lopsided dynamics.

What he is describing here is a codependent relationship dynamic and I think I've talked extensively about that aspect of their relationship in jikook.

Recently, me and my gf fought because she insists on sending me good morning texts every morning- and she does this consistently when we are apart. Its sweet and all but that's about all the effort she makes when we are apart- when I'll rather speak to her at the end of her day to know how her day went, what she did so I know know what her emotional needs are and meet them or express my love for them by comforting them or encouraging them.

Seriously, though, I had a lot of fun with this and I just pulled some fits from random chapters so if you'd like to see anything specific, lemme know and I'd be glad to do them.

Starting off with CH1 we've got a tactical and practical fit. Something that would be fairly easy to pull together in a jam (if a god attacked a helicarrier and you were forced to defend the earth from him and an alien army on a random Tuesday) The thermal long sleeve is light and breathable but will keep you warm if you need it. It also provides a needed layer between skin and tac vest. Pants from being a SHIELD mechanic come in handy, they're heavy duty and padded. Complete the look with durable boots, glasses and a hat to keep the sun outta your face and a few more accessories and you're ready to go.

Covering from an everyday out on the town look to a stay at home bc you broke your leg tryna stop the Winter Soldier from killing Captain America look, you're ready for anything and everything...until the Winter Soldier breaks into your house.

From fixing up the Firebird in DC to tinkering with a tractor in New Eden, your work clothes go from stylish in the city to practical outside of town.

Lastly (my personal favorite and possible spoiler) the Villain Arc. A warm coat for traveling through the night and staying in forgotten safehouses. Durable pants and boots for fights, planned and unplanned. And a bag big enough for all the essentials.

PG - I loved all the healing scenes with the guys it was wonderful, WYs smut scene was just absolute filth in the best way possible I loved it and all the sweetness, the way he was clingy after was really funny OC knows how to handle him though 😂, the garden scene was great San and Captain are just angels 😇, I love seeing her get stronger too and the scene where she hits the dummy their reactions 🤧🫠, her little nephew is here 😍, the weapons rooms were awesome love that she's making her own weapon with Mon's teeth, SHs scene was unexpected but greatly appreciated he needed some loving 🤧♥️ oh and I can't wait for HJs scene I'm excited 🤗

MM - YH and YS going to the market with her is just so cute I loved it, the whole scenes with the kids were adorable I wanted to cry when they started calling them uncle🥲, how OC saved YH from the situation is so wonderful plus she got rid of the problem couple so great😌, OC really put the couple in their place but YS calling OC his fated had me dying 😫🫠 I'm excited for what's to come

Sy soon knows he wants you to move in with him, actually it takes him only a few dates to realize you're 'the one' for him

He still thinks it through very thoroughly and he doesn't tell you about it until he's completely sure and has considered every aspect. He's not the type of person for knee-jerk actions.

He knows how much you want to move in with him and he starts to tease you a bit, being cocky about how much you love him

He's never cruel or mean though. Just cheeky, dropping hints without officially asking you

When he finally does he doesn't make a fuss about it. He finds his own Sy-ish way to tell you that he wants to share his house with you.

When you go to his place after work one day you find your name on the nameplate beside his

Syverson / @cavillsthighs is engraved and a sticky note tells you to take a look under the doormat.

You find a key there and of course it fits into the lock of the front door

The keyring has a pendant attached that says "I hope your day is as nice as your butt"

When you enter the house Sy is sitting on the couch, watching a football game as if it was just an ordinary day.

He gets up to meet you, handing you a bottle of beer with a wink.

"Cheers and welcome home, sugar" is all he says with a wide grin before kissing you like only he can
