        “I’ve got a history question, but it’s not really related to the lecture.” Shiloh adjusted her hold on her note books and adjusted her wings to let someone pass by more easily. “With the Boston tea party; I get that they obviously dumped a lot of tea into the harbor, but I don’t completely understand why it was such a big thing news-wise. Did they have a different tea back then, or was it like a meme thing? Like, how people changed the Hollywood sign to say Hollyweed and news spread everywhere because of how strange it seemed and now Hollyweed is this weird online meme thing.”

           Micah was slower with his notes than usual, copying them twice instead of just once and having to pause to write down questions he’d been too embarrassed to ask every so often instead of writing them down to show Jake so the more outspoken boy could ask them. But... Jake wasn’t in school and he didn’t want his friend to fall behind so he was trying to make sure the notes for Jake were as coherent and easy to understand as possible. Then there was the fact he always wrote Em’s notes for xer as well, to make sure xe had a good set to study from in case of auto-writing. 

            At least history was his last class period of the day. He’d have to go drop off Jake’s notes and make sure he knew what the homework was, even though he knew Jake would be annoyed. Once the bell rang, he didn’t get up, continuing to copy things down and look from one paper to the other. His own notes weren’t done, let alone Jake or Em’s...
