Zosan being parents would honestly be so funny to watch on the outside but once you get to the nitty gritty you’re like “who let these two procreate….?” (And like. Yeah this is about my zosan fankids!!!)

They’re not terrible parents! Like not at all! They just never had perfect examples of parenting growing up so it’s a hassle for the first several years (for the first kid; the other two were rough too but they had more experience this go round) and neither of them are really open for advice either. They’re stubborn and wanna do this without help because asking for help would be admitting defeat and admitting defeat would mean neither of them were ready for this after all.

Zoro ends up being overprotective, like to the point where he’s not gonna let his kid out of his sight for even a second. Separation anxiety is pretty prevalent postpartum and even returns full force once she’s starting to push away on her own to explore like any toddler does. He’s thankful she’s always running back to him and making grabby hands to be lifted up and held, lets him know she does still need him after all, a nice reminder. But he absolutely refuses to let her climb or go down stairs! Not on her own! His anxiety spikes, not like he’ll admit that. His anxiety of the kids pushing away from him sticks to him for years. And once they do leave, he doesn’t really take kindly to being an empty nester. He traveled a lot while also raising them at the same time, but that was different. At least he knew where they were while he was gone.

Sanji’s biggest struggle actually comes during the toddler stage. Toddlers tend to waste a lot food, either because they still lack that impulse control and dump it out or because they don’t want to eat that particular food. Now their daughter Sora isn’t a picky eater. She’ll eat anything you give her as long as it’s not touching. But there are times where she will, as per toddlers do, throw her food or dump it out, ect. As that’s Sanji’s biggest pet peeve. It takes some time to really gain the patience to deal with this, to not lose his temper (he never loses his temper with his princess, he’s very proud to say that!), an adjustment period he calls it. Eventually he does figure out how to perfectly portion out her food so it IS enough. Rinse and repeat when the boys transition to toddlerhood; like Sora, they aren’t particularly picky eaters, but just as toddlers like to do…

Together, they do have differing parenting styles that surprisingly they did talk through just not as extensively as they should have. Sanji wanted to spoil the kids, buy them toys and gifts whenever they went shopping. Zoro wanted to teach them they needed to earn special treats like toys and candy, such as starting them young with little chores that he knew they would be capable of doing at the age of 4 at the least. They would end up compromising—after an argument that quickly turned into a very long drawn out deep discussion about bad childhoods and the fear of not raising them correctly, something they very very very rarely ever do.

They aren’t perfect but what parents are? They love their kids equally and would go as far as to die for them.

this is the cover of my upcoming Zosan fanfiction Nasu to Kaiso, (Eggplants and Seaweed)

the first half of the story will focus on Sanji's parental relationship with Mori (as you recall, he's called "Gabu" by the townspeople).

this particular scene takes place when the Straw Hats are reunited, but before the Onishimaga battle. Sanji takes Mori with himself on a late evening walk and they finds themselves in a field with fireflies. Mori is amazed while Sanji has an epiphany to himself, where he finds that he can't leave the boy behind once his time at Wano is up.

unbeknownst to them, Zoro witnessed the whole thing and realized how pretty the cook looks. ;)

just...a soft moment between Mori and his Papa. :')

First mate and cook of the Chimera pirates (led by Eusttas Kafika (name under review), the Chimera).

Her nickname is "Iron Leg", but when they found out about her family she started being called the Princess of Hell.

She is the sworn sister of Monkey D Water Mika and Nefertari D Najini (and also the sister of her younger sister, Nefertari D Bell-mére).

She has two cousins, Vismonke Nanami (Nijin's son) and (Vismonke Charlotte) Yon (Reiju and Pudding's son)

Please Natsu and Erza were my first Fairy Tail ship, at first it was just a soft 'aww she goes out of her way to comfort him and she's awkward and he's weird, how cute' and then Tower of Heaven happened and shit got real. It's one of those few first ships I've never changed my mind on. They would be such a goddamn power couple if canon wasn't such a coward /j. I love they. So much.

Finally finished this, I have no clever caption except that I'm finisheddddd!!! Kinda sorta a joke continuation from my fic, I was an island (before you came along), but I think this would be along the lines to how they'd react to Sora lmao

A big factor in Zoro’s inability to lose this last bit of weight months and months later is just the general fact that pregnancy changes your body :d his fat distribution is different is all. Also doesn’t help that he most likely experienced quite a lot of stress that just made things harder that first year Sora was born. He’s still just as strong, nothing’s changed in that department, he did regular exercises that got more and more limited until he physically couldn’t do those exercises anymore. His stretch marks will probably fade more within a another couple years but probably wont be gone entirely, just faint lines—also I thought itd be funny to give him a mullet. But also its for good reason. It’s a physical indication that he isnt really paying attention to his needs, hes either just ignoring them or paying too much attention to Sora’s needs, which is reasonable, shes a toddler. Eventually hes forced to get a haircut, hes gotten into a better habit of taking care of his hygiene—still bathes once a week but hey at least hes using actual soap now that isnt 4 in 1 or plain water.

I think his weight and physical appearance would be a sore spot because this man has been training rigorously since he was like 10. Hes always had a very fit, sharp, toned body. He fully expected to have that body back shortly after giving birth and when that didnt happen in true Zoro fashion he tried to speed run his bedrest to train only a week postpartum. It didnt work out obviously, hes still human, hes still a slave to his body’s limitations. I think that now that hes back with the crew and sees that theyre fine with his own eye, hes far less stressed, and collaborating on a good dietary plan with both Chopper and Sanji would eventually produce the physique Zoro would prefer having (Chopper keeps saying he’s perfectly healthy this way, hes not underweight or overweight, that this is a common aftermath with pregnancy, but noooooo Zoro wont listen and is insistent that he wants the rest of this weight gone tomorrow) which wouldnt be what it was like before. The closest I can think of would be a typical body that Ive seen many wwe wrestlers have which is apparently called an endomorph body type? Either way, his body has changed, he has to really learn how to accept that because obviously he doesnt think too highly of his physical appearance in the comic above.

Also I went ham and gave him a mole on his tiddie that tbh I think Sanji likes to kiss :) ^3^
