The brunette turned his head away, letting out a quiet 'hmph', until he felt it cool off a little, when he turned back, Masaru had started walking away; the younger boy jogged to catch him, slowing to his pace when he was by his side. Takuya deadpanned, "I-I guess that's better than just going off instinct." he said, letting out a brief sigh, "But why not. It's not like I have any better suggestions." he chuckled.

Takuya looked at Masaru out of the corners of his eyes as he spoke, closing them and letting out another sigh when asked for an answer, "Eh, you said it's on you...so it's whatever you're willing to pay for." he said with a shrug, re-opening his eyes and clasping his hands behind his head as he walked lazily onward in time with Masaru, "I don't care one way or the other."

A Friendly Brawl [Takuya/Masaru]

Masaru frowned slightly as he listened intently. “Don’t buy new ones. I’m sure you could find someone willing to repair them,” he muttered, noticing that Takuya didn’t seem all too happy with the thought of buying a new pair. Now that he thought about it; the pair seemed awfully familiar. Didn’t Takuya even wear them when they helped out this… other kid. What was his name again? Tagiichi? Tagiya? Something like that. “N’aw, don’t worry. Your head just appears a little empty without them,” he snickered teasingly, glad to see Takuya grinning again.

Shrugging playfully, the street fighter laughed, “Take it easy, no need to turn red.” As he smirked mischievously, Masaru took the lead, certain that the younger boy would follow him. Just where could they eat something? It didn’t seem like they were any stores or restaurants closeby, it was annoying. “Haa… I can’t say both, can I?” he grinned weakly, scratching the back of his head as he glanced around some more. “I know a few places just a short while ahead, I thought we could take a look there?”

What wanted Takuya to eat anyway? Pondering over that thought, the brunet glanced to the boy next to him, “Do you wanna eat fast food? Or something Japanese?” he asked. Slowly a grin formed on his lips, “I gotta know that! The great Daimon Masaru-sama can’t take care of ya if I don’t know what you want!”
