I’m terrified to talk to you Because I’m afraid of how you’ll perceive me My hands shake and sweat in the anticipation of introducing myself I constantly fix my clothes because I just know someone will say something about that wrinkle I avoid large crowds Even small crowds Crowds are crowds And I know I don’t want to be near them I constantly say the wrong things And they haunt me everyday I panick in public places Because Well That’s just what I do I’m scared all the time And I can’t help it So be patient with me It takes me awhile to get used to you But, I’m really cool I promise Just awkward And scared And worried And terribly socially anxious
