What I use is Photopea, it runs slowly sometimes, but efficient nonetheless! Drop or open your gif in Photopea, like so - it should look like this!

Open your mask as a new layer, and make sure it's UNDER the first frame (the one all the way at the bottom. Then you clip the first frame!

Continue clipping all the frames - NOTE, this might not be a time efficient way, so I'm sorry about that! It does take a lot of time, especially if your gif has a lot of frames. I've been looking for a while now.

Oh, cool! All your frames are clipped down onto that mask, what next?

Well, go to file -> export as -> gif - then you get this window!

Change the speed to however you want, boomerang it, resize it, or reverse it to your liking! Then you press save and...

VAVOOM! Sorted!

This works with any type of gif and mask, go ham! Just be sure to size the mask to your liking.
