you know that feeling when you realize just how much you *know* someone, when you notice these little things that you didn't before?

like we were once strangers... but now i know your favorite ice cream flavor. your sweetest memories. that little happy dance you have.

i know how whenever you're sad, you cover your face with your hair. that when you're excited, you start jumping. and i love when you try to hide your smile but your eyes just give it away.

all these little things i know about you, i once never noticed. once they were just that. but now they're things that make me think of you and smile.

once, mint chocolate was just an ice cream. now, mint chocolate is that twisted face you make when i bring it up. once, chairs were just chairs. now, chairs are our joke, because you can never seem to not fall off.

it's strange that at one point i didn't know you, and you didn't know me. we could have so easily passed by, never meeting each other. but we did. we met, and now i can't imagine what life would be without you here.
