. Squats: 470 lbs. Bench: 315 lbs. Deadlift: 418 lbs. . Pretty happy with this week of training, especially with being able to bench 315 lbs. easily. Got to try out a new belt today with squats so that was cool. Didn’t feel as wiped out after squats this week either. Deadlift still hanging in there. Sometimes the best meals are from places you had 0 expectations from 🤔🤔🤔. . Spicy Lamb Bolognese with Severino Rigatoni, Jersey Crushed Tomatoes, Wilted Spinach and Basil Ricotta. . Squat: 467.5 lbs. x 1 Bench: 305 lbs. x 2 Deadlift: 462 lbs. x 1 . Besides my grip slipping on deadlifts, this was a solid week of training. Bench has been goated this block, doing reps in the 300s at a below max RPE. . Squats 475 lbs. x 1 Bench: 305 lbs. x 1 Deadlift: 450 lbs. x 1 . Had one of the best squat sessions on Day 3, putting up a 30 lbs. PR on my squat on a day I felt bloated and was not going to squat well. Might have to just stuff myself full of soup dumplings before each future squat session…🤔 . Bench also felt strong this week, might attempt 315 lbs. either this next week or the week after. A three plate bench would be a huge milestone in my journey to have the most grotesquely insane bench ever. 😵‍💫😵‍💫 . Deadlifts were fine, decided to repeat last week’s weight than try and move up, it was the right call. 450 did move better than last week so at least that was good. .
