Someone requested me to draw a tiger on instagram so I doodled one.
The colours and bg are very obviously me being like "nah idc" wnd its pretty rough but I think I like it :) especially cause I dont really draw animals that much (anymore. I mean, I started my art journeyby drawing warrior cats fanart-)

Study of an illustration by rene gruau
I didn't spend too long on it, but I still have some things I think I should've been able to do better, most notable both of their faces. And the fact the whole thing turned out too 'wide', loosing the intricacy of the original i also dont think I got close choosing alot of the colours, there wag too red compared to the more orange/yellow undertones of the original. Next time I guess. Also don't ask me why Ididn'tt keep the furcoat all white it started like this because the brushwasn'tt on 100% opacity, and I liked the look (terry definitely completely understood how studies work. Hm.)
