Ubisoft’s newest product line had them team up with winemaker Lot18 to liquify and bottle the most wine-worthy protagonists of the Assassin’s Creed series for a limited time. Aveline, Arno, Altaïr, Bayek, Connor, and Ezio are each getting their own label.
Many Assassin’s Creed characters inhabit locations world-famous for their wine, like Italy and France. As for the others, it seems like Ubisoft decided they had spirits worthy of some spirits. Here is the full wine list Lot18 is producing:

Željko let out a nervous laugh, but Anubis had a point. It was pretty pathetic that he was still acting this way. The male took a moment to breathe in and steel his nerves. It didn’t change the fact that he stared in awe at the staff for a moment before answering the Isu’s initial question.
“I’m just here guarding the lab, like I always do. Before I was here, Nikola usually left his lab unattended, and well... Some Templars set it on fire because of his war with Mr. Edison. That and his affiliation with the Assassins.”
