While waiting for glaze to dry I made some #ostracon today! Ostracon were pottery shards used for voting by the first democracy in Greece, and used to cast out bad members - it’s where the word Ostracism comes from. Working today on my @theartoflove_auction plate for the fundraiser in October. Almost all of the beautiful plates folks have painted were made by my mentor @samdowd_tinkerer but I am making my own in his style, it was a fun challenge- I made 2 just in case!
