Some weird shit but last night I just continuously had dreams where I was in a store containing old cartoons and comic merch and someone opened the back to a computer and there were dolls of Getafix and Asterix and I believe Dogmatix all arranged in a forest scene like some sort of shrine? I found several more hidden shrines throughout the course of the dream

Thinking about how Asterix fell from the top of the rollercoaster in The Big Fight because listen:

He could’ve missed that string of flags that he managed to grab onto.

He could’ve fallen straight down and gotten seriously injured.

(And if he did manage to grab the string, the way he slammed into the trough/bench could’ve left him with a head injury)

And the fact that his sword falling could’ve run him through if it had been a few inches over? You could see it on his face, he knew he just almost died

Nobody gonna talk about how VERY CLOSE that arrow came to being stuck in Asterix’s side in Mansion of the Gods? Like, yeah, it hit his bottle of Magic Potion™️ but a few inches and he would’ve been wounded
